This hotel was absolutely beautiful—peacefully tucked away from the city center yet just a short walk to the beach. The lush tropical landscape, relaxing atmosphere, and stunning views made it the perfect place for our long stay in Thailand. Our room was spacious, elegantly designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to create a sense of calm. The YHI Spa was another highlight, offering rejuvenating treatments that left us feeling completely refreshed. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and we want to give a special spotlight to Bella, a newcomer to the hotel who was truly outstanding. She was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to help us navigate the property, plan excursions, and explore the surrounding area. Her kindness and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable, and we are so grateful for all her help in making our stay truly unforgettable.

We had such an unforgettable stay here! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. Every single person we met was genuinely kind, always smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. The food was another highlight, everything we tried was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed dining with the sound of the waves in the background, it was such a relaxing experience. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking, right on Mai Khao Beach with direct access to the sand and the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Sitting by the beach in the evening with that view felt like a dream. Truly a five star experience in every way. If you’re coming to Phuket and looking for top service, amazing food, and stunning beach views, this is the place!

We arrived for 3 nights at the hotel and regretted not booking at least 2 more nights. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but for anyone looking for this kind of vacation style, it’s just perfect. The hotel has very good restaurants, the prices are a bit high, but the food is really excellent. The service from all the staff members was great. The hotel is well-maintained and beautifully cared for. There are many gardens throughout the hotel, and they are all simply well-kept. The hotel has a private beach strip, which is also a nature reserve for sea turtles. The sunsets from this beach are stunning and really add to the experience. One of the most beautiful and best hotels in Phuket, located on Mai Khao Beach. The villas with private pools are truly wonderful, and cleanliness is maintained at the highest level in both the rooms and all facilities. I also appreciated how they notify guests in advance if any maintenance or even pest control treatments are scheduled, which shows great professionalism and care for guest comfort. Customer service is excellent, and the lobby staff are very friendly. A special thanks goes to Ms. Sarena for her outstanding service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for a perfect stay. 🌟

Stayed at Meliá Phuket recently and had a lovely time overall. The staff were fantastic and everyone was very welcoming, especially the team doing the seating for the breakfast buffet. Shoutout to the friendly guy at the pool bar who really made our stay feel special, cannot unfortunately remember how to spell his name though. The rooms are spacious with a huge, comfortable bed and having a private pool right outside was a real highlight. Only downside was the shower setup, which was a little awkward for me being tall. The resort itself is quite secluded, so you’ll need transport to get around which can slowly add up in price if you are heading out frequently. The beach nearby was very windy during our stay and didn’t feel safe to swim in, though that could just be the time of year. Breakfast was decent, but options were a bit limited. The Gaia restaurant at the hotel had a very westernised menu and was on the expensive side compared to the quality and amount. Overall, a beautiful and peaceful resort with excellent service. Perfect if you want a quiet escape, just be prepared for limited dining choices and to travel for anything outside the resort.
