Excellent resort! I really like it. This is my third time visiting. It's a very large resort with great shops. I particularly enjoy the Melon Cafe; they make excellent iced coffee. However, this time, I found that the bathroom was not very clean and there were some cleanliness issues. Also, there were no vegetarian options available in the room service menu. Furthermore, the resort closes very early and the place is quite far.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and found it to be a mixed experience. The room design was nice and authentic, and everything was very clean. The atmosphere of the resort was pleasant, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I appreciated the option to get a massage in the area, and the food was very tasty.
Outside, taxis were very easy to find, and the prices were very clear.
However, there were a couple of downsides. The beach, despite having a nice view, was unfortunately full of garbage. Additionally, the fitness facilities could use some modernization.
Overall, while there were some areas for improvement, the positive aspects made for an enjoyable stay.

Such friendly hosts. Trully loving and warm people which alone is a great takeaway for me. The buffet breakfasts were not to miss no matter how late you slept. The rooms are great and overlooking the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing as you go to bed. The restaurants and spa offerings on the property are great assets too. All in all my stay was perfect!

The resort is beautiful with lots of amenities , I mean 5 or 6 pools and more restaurants. The staff and services were awesome . Everything was super clean .
Special shout out to kids pool with slides , the bar at the beach with the perfect sunset and the italian restaurant.
The only thing I did not like was that our room was in a building very far away with no view with a windows facing construction work and bare plain corridors .

This is a family resort and overrun by badly behaved young children. There is no consideration given to couples, young or seniors. At over $320.00 per night, we believe we have every right to expect much better.
Children under 11 years, stay & eat FREE. Couples are funding their family holiday.
Clearly the market at this property is families, predominantly Southeast Asian, Indian, Middle Eastern. Our advice don’t go here if you want a relaxing enjoyable holiday. It’s a nightmare.
There are six swimming pools and none are Adults only. The children squeal, shout, cry etc and parents make no attempt to consider other guests. It’s the same in the restaurants, a noisy nightmare.
The included messages are only available on the lawn in the public garden area. The management have no respect for their adult guests, on the ground, in the public area will do!
Provided for children is a Kids club, recreation room, several of the pools have large amount of children’s play structures.
There are two nice small restaurants, Italian & Thai. Couples could have a very pleasant romantic dinner at either of these, however the ambiance is totally spoiled by very badly behaved noisy children even late into the night. Again, parents or hotel staff make non attempt to quieten the children.
Our six-course tapas dinner was served, three on one plate, followed by 3 on another. Two courses, Not six courses.
The reception staff are not friendly or helpful and most speak little English.
The food in the restaurants is below average, with a package the set menus have very limited choices, small server that contain very little produce. The happy hour drinks menu is very limited, one only beer option, 4 cocktails, No wine.
Our room is described as a “Suite”, it is NOT a suite it had a bed & couch, this is NOT a suite. The air conditioning in our room was very noisy, we could not leave it on at night, therefore became very hot.
Do your research before you choose this resort, if you are a couple, it’s not for you.
