Just left the resort after a 7 night stay.
Absolutely loved every minute of our holiday. The accommodation was very clean with great air con. It was well equipped, and when we arrived in the early hours there was a fully stocked fridge with sandwiches and drinks.
The family pool was great fun in the day with good entertainment for both children and adults. Evening entertainment was equally as good.
The staff were really helpful and polite and so hardworking and they really made the effort to make everyone feel so welcome especially the children.
A special thank you to Ioanna and Mohammed who just always seemed to be working none stop with a smile on their face and even came to wave us off.
5 stars from us. A perfect holiday 😊

Amazing staff, the best service I have received in a hotel, every request was dealt with immediately, with a smile on the face. Really, the service experience here was the best I've had in my entire life.
The rooms are large and air-conditioned.
Highly recommend their Greek restaurant, a particularly delicious experience.

Overall, a very nice family-friendly hotel. "Water Park" is a bit of a stretch, they have (from what I saw) 3 water slides of no great size, but we weren't there for that anyway. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, speaking adequate-to-very-good English; there were a smattering of other nationalities but everything was signposted (etc) in Greek and English.

Our stay at the St. Elias Hotel and Resort in Protaras, Cyprus, was very enjoyable! From the moment we arrived, the warmth and care of the staff made us feel welcome and at home. The All Inclusive food offerings had a fantastic array of options catering to every taste. The Meze restaurant was a particular highlight, with some fantastic Greek food. We booked in twice! The All inclusive food was always fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, and the variety of hot and cold snacks available throughout the day—along with cocktails and refreshing slushies—ensured we never went hungry.
The ambiance throughout the resort strikes a perfect balance of comfort and relaxation. With landscaped grounds and thoughtfully designed spaces that made us feel like we were more in a village than a hotel. The spa offered some well priced respite from sunbathing, providing a tranquil escape and adding to the holiday experience.
The resort offers two pool areas to suit any mood: one lively with slides, music, and activities, and the other a serene spot for unwinding. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with effective air conditioning that kept us cool and comfortable. The housekeeping team did an impeccable job every day.
One of the highlights was the resort’s prime location, just a 10-minute walk to the start of the Protaras strip and about 15 minutes to Fig Tree Bay. Watching the sunset from nearby St. Elias Church, with its breathtaking views over the horizon, was an unforgettable experience. There’s also a free shuttle from the hotel, which is popular, so we recommend arriving early to catch a spot.
Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The bar and restaurant staff, are always helpful, jovial and ensuring that you are well looked after. Floris, the manager, deserves a special mention—he was hands-on and approachable, helping us coordinate with the airport to retrieve a lost suitcase and always checking in to ensure we were having a wonderful time. The entertainment team also did an excellent job of keeping the atmosphere lively and fun.
As seasoned travellers, we both left with only one thought: we would love to go back. The St. Elias Hotel and Resort truly embodies the spirit of Cypriot hospitality, and I’m sure that this will be on the return agenda at some point in the near future.

Holiday resort in Cyprus. The resort is situated on a small hill in Protaras with sea view from many places, with 3 min drive to reach the beach and the main street.
The rooms are spread across the resort so it's not suitable for ppl with walking difficulties. The water park is rather small with only a few slides. Other game services like pingpong and tennis can be improved as they are not well maintained.
The best thing about the hotel are the nice rooms, the great pools, the evening shows, the abundance of food & drinks and the excellent staff.
