The hotel is wonderful – very family-friendly and ideal for staying with kids. The rooms are comfortable and well kept, and the whole atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. What really stands out is the staff – reception, waiters, lifeguards, cleaners – everyone is incredibly kind and offers outstanding service. Although the hotel is a bit away from the beach, the shuttle service makes it very easy. Overall, it’s a charming and quiet resort, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation.

We stayed for a full week with our three children and had an amazing time! The housekeeping service was excellent, the rooms were large and comfortable, equipped with a big fridge and a microwave. The pool service was outstanding – we received free drinks all day, including cold bottled water. There is a large swimming pool, three fun slides for children, and a separate area for toddlers. The food was fine, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay and give the hotel a high rating. The hotel assistant manager flouris was extremely kind and attentive to every request, and the lifeguard, Dimitri, was very polite and friendly. A truly excellent hotel!

Amazing place that is outstanding in every department. The food is world-class and the staff are the friendliest people on earth. I might suggest the rooms could potentially be better, the little snack bar could have club sarnies but that's irrelevant, this place is fantastic. The pool... could be cleaner but not complaining, it's not crowded and after it does get cleaned, its spotless. Book this place now for a simply amazing holiday. Big shout out to the entertainment staff too, Hazel, Ryan and co are outstanding. Miss this place so bad

Outstanding turnaround – a truly five-star experience! We initially had some serious issues with our first room (room 41), especially with the bathroom facilities, and were understandably frustrated. However, what truly sets a hotel apart is how it responds to problems – and in this case, the hotel management exceeded all our expectations. After raising our concerns several times, the hotel manager personally met with us and offered us one of the best rooms on the property, complete with a private pool. The room is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We did not expect this level of care, and we are deeply grateful. Even though it’s only for the last two or three days of our stay, this gesture made a huge difference and completely changed our impression of the hotel. The food is excellent, with a great selection at lunch and dinner, and the drinks are just as good. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which we’ve appreciated throughout our stay. We now truly feel that this is a hotel that values its guests and is willing to go above and beyond to make things right. That’s rare – and deserves full recognition. We are here as a group of 20 people from 7 families, and we would all happily come back. We now fully recommend this hotel and are happy to give it 5 stars for service, hospitality, and the way they turned a difficult start into a fantastic experience. Thank you again to the manager and team – we appreciate it sincerely.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, a family with two kids (one is a baby). The worst part was the lack of accessibility for babies and strollers, this hotel is not baby friendly! First, you must use the stairs everywhere you go. Our room was located at the end of the hotel, with plenty of stairs to climb back and forth. Second, we got a room with a shower, not a bath, And third there wasn’t even one type of suitable baby pureed food in the main dining room The hotel is quite old, all the photos online are outdated and well edited; rooms are old too, and not well maintained. Our room was dirty, and we needed to ask twice for a cleaner. In addition there were plenty of ants all over the room. The food was ok, not a find, alcohol was good. Service and employees were very nice and tried to make our stay more pleasant but unfortunately they didn’t succeed. The Kids club was very dirty, I don’t think someone cleaned there for at least a week, which is funny since the place is closed between 12:00 to 15:00 for a break. The toddles water facilities are not fully functioning and the bigger water slides are only available for kids older than 6 years old. Pool towels are available starting 10:00 o’clock, if you need to get a clean towel earlier you need to ask the reception and beg for one. There is a shuttle service to the beach, which is great but it is only once an hour with three stops outbound and just one inbound. The Check in form must be printed and then scanned again to apply it back to the hotel. There are plenty of other solutions that are more easy and convenient. the hotel map we got at the check in was not readable due to resolution issues while printing it. Overall this hotel is not for babies, quite old and need some policy changes.
