Amazing hotel!
This hotel is one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. Staff were super friendly. The food was also very good evertime we ate. The only thing I would say is it needs a all inclusive coffee an cake in the afternoon 😅. The pool area is very well maintained, was always clean and tidy. We never struggled for a sunbed as we wasn't bothered where we sat and welcomed the afternoon shade on those very hot days but if u wanted all day sun you would struggle. Rooms are amazing!! As a family of 4 we upgraded to a suite and it was the best we've ever had! There was loads of room and his/hers sinks. The shower door is a poor design. Simply needs a rubber seal on the bottom as the bathroom floods when using.
We had an amazing stay and would return tomorrow if we could (if only for the amazing smell in the lobby!) What is that? I'd love it at home 😅
Thank you to all the staff 😁

A very comfortable place to stay in. There are great differences between the rooms, some are super peaceful with a great view but others are next to a parking lot and a public bar with a lot of noice. The buffet has good quality and selection. The pools are nice, there is a family pool, a kids' pool and a separate adults only pool which is great.

This was our 4th stay at the Vangelis and it will certainly be our last.
For the cost of the holiday you would rightly expect a relaxing stay. Having to get up at 5am every morning to get a sun-bed if you are lucky is a joke. The hotel management don’t care and aren’t prepared to do anything about it.
The food in the restaurant is bland and lukewarm at best. The queue for restaurant on at least 4x occasions was all the way down the stairs and into reception.
The cleaning of the rooms is not what it used to be. Yes from a distance the room looks great but look closer you will see they are tired. Wallpaper peeling is not really acceptable for a supposed “4 star” hotel.
The lack of options for drinks at the pool bar for all
Inclusive has reduced since our last stay in 2022. I understand branded drinks are not included but to not offer a local alternative is really poor which resulted in buying our own from the supermarket.
No late check out rooms available meaning hanging around reception for nearly 6 hours. The promise of being able to leave our cases in a locked room was false, “sorry sir the room is full.” When I said this isn’t good enough I got an arrogant response of “what do you want me to do about it?”
This topped off my feelings towards the hotel that they do not care about their guests.
Really poor attitude to customer service and we won’t be back

The rooms are fine, the location is great, and the service is top-notch. However, it's hard to relax here due to the insufficient number of sunbeds by the pool. By 6 AM, all the sunbeds are already reserved. It feels like the lack of sunbeds has led to a battle over them. In the heat, you're forced to stay in your room because relaxing by the pool is impossible. For me, this is a disaster. We've visited many hotels around the world, and I've never encountered anything like this before. I definitely do not recommend it.

We had a great stay. Friendly service, good drinks, an adult only pool area, right on the strip but not loud in the section I was in. Food is pretty good but like everywhere it gets a bit samey (although the flavours are slightly different!). Take a walk and eat out locally a few nights to mix it up a bit.
Pubs, bars, beaches supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.
