The hotel is absolutely stunning, I am so glad we upgraded to The level. The staff are so welcoming, always willing to help you find ways for you to enjoy your vacation. It is like staying in an Italian village, lots of choice for restaurants in you want more than half board to choose from.

What can I say!it was everything and more than I expected, the brochures really don't do the resort justice. It was so idyllic the most beautiful scenery amazing food.i stayed with my friend we had the grande suite on the level, and it was perfect I really couldn't fault anything. I didn't want to come home.

We have now stayed at this luxury hotel twice now. The staff are very friendly , helpful & accommodating. The general manager being Isabel Gonzalez is truly an amazing person. She is very passionate about all her guests having a memorable vacation/ stay . Nothing is to much trouble for her she makes sure that all her guests receive extra special treatment & treats them all like V.I.Ps. With this attitude she will take this hotel to the next level. She really is an asset to this hotel complex. Looking forward to coming back again with all the family to celebrate Christmas & the New Year at her hotel ! It’s 5⭐️ from us .

A beautiful place, a magnificent place with beautiful architecture. Large volumes and a breathtaking exterior. Water pools surround the dining room and the breakfast buffets are hearty, with something for everyone. Golf, tennis courts, fully equipped gyms and indoor pool. Sports enthusiasts will find plenty to keep them busy. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, bedding is comfortable and the view from the ramparts is impressive. This is the destination to choose.

My booking and check-in experience was great. I did, however, have a small finding-the-reception-building issue that I managed to solve fairly quickly. When I entered my room I was surprised at how much bigger it was for the price I paid. Not to mention the view! Usually I only get a nice view if I pay for it or if I'm a regular guest. Here I chose the cheapest room at a hotel I've never even heard of before. I did miss having access to free drinking water at my room, but truth be told I was actually met with a can of lukewarm water hiding behind a note saying "...we offer you this exclusive and natural gift...", so I can't really complain, can I? The staff were always smiling, being friendly and informative. Perfect service. However, one time I went to the spa building to get some verbal information and recommendation about their services, but living in the modern era I was instead given a QR code where I could find the information. So I went back up to my room while wondering whether a human or an android would perform the massage if I ever booked one. I chose to skip the massage and instead book an erotic massage outside of the hotel, but that's another story. I received a visit from a lady (not the masseuse) who had a fear of lifts, so we chose to take the staircase. We were met with food trays and trolleys on the way, some that we had to move to be able to pass. It was strange because it was supposed to be an emergency exit. Apart from that we had a nice staircase experience. Overall, I must say I'm very satisfied. I wish I had access to pancakes for breakfast, a shuttle bus to Benidorm, and the toilet roll in front of me instead of a 225-degree angle partly behind me... But all in all, I had a great stay!
