This resort made our stay so comfortable. The island is so busy it was nice to relax on site. All the restaurants in the area were easy to walk to. Breakfast was amazing! Our room was so comfortable, quiet and relaxing. I want to give special attention to Katerina. This young lady went above and beyond for me. I had some very important business matters to take care and she made my deadlines achievable. All the young ladies at the front were always courteous and accommodating. We had a late departure and allowed a 7pm check out.

Truly a wonderful resort! The staff are amazing and the concierge went above and beyond giving us the best recommendations for dinner reservations (even took the time to make them for us), travel arrangements, and showed us all around the resort. They are all incredibly attentive and kind. The service is top notch. The rooms are beautiful and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious. Even the fitness center was great. It’s a good place to stay if you’re traveling with a family and you’ll have plenty of room and privacy. The views are breathtaking. We hope to visit again! There are local shops you can walk to and the family bakery down the street is so good! Beautiful resort and fantastic people.

Want to get away from the crowded streets filled with tourist? Stay here. The food is incredible. The service is top notch and the rooms are amazing. I loved my room. I was so impressed with how nice it was and I loved it. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed.

I can’t express enough how great this resort is! The customer service is outstanding. They were quick to respond to concerns and issues. The rooms were spacious. The only thing I’d change would be the showers in the bathrooms. They are too small. But the tubs are deep and luxurious. They anticipate your every need, even including toothbrushes in the bathroom kits. There are 2 pools, a great breakfast and plenty of restaurants/quaint shops nearby . You can immerse yourself in the Grecian culture. I even loved the bells that rang on the hour (and 5 mins before the hour).

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Experience at a Marriott Hotel
I had high expectations for this 5-star hotel, but I left extremely disappointed. Despite being told that ice would be delivered to my room, I never received it. To make matters worse, just before check-out, a staff member came to check and restock the minibar for the next guest, disrupting me as I was busy preparing to leave. They came not once, but twice, which was incredibly frustrating and intrusive.
When I brought this up to the front desk, I was told this was part of their standard process for preparing the room for the next guest. I couldn’t believe this was the attitude of a supposed 5-star hotel.
The main pool was also shockingly dirty. Despite visiting in the summer, the water was freezing cold and had dead bugs floating in it, which made it impossible to enjoy. For a hotel of this caliber, basic cleanliness and comfort should be a given, but that wasn’t the case.
Furthermore, the location is highly inconvenient for visiting Oia or Fira villages. As a Marriott Titanium member, I expected much better service, but this was by far my worst experience at a Marriott property. I cannot recommend this hotel.
