Gorgeous rooms, fabulous staff and service, food was mainly incredible but my partner did end up with food poisoning on the last evening. He was lucky as he was only throwing up for 9 hours rather than the two days it could have been. Location is absolutely gorgeous but there is no sandy beach nearby, which I guess isn’t the hotel’s fault!

I was pleasantly surprised at hotel. The location was brilliant - so near airport yet plenty around here and a €28 taxi ride to Los Cristianos for somewhere livelier. Hotel does need a little TLC which I hear it's being done up this winter. It's spacious, comfortable and v friendly. Only thing I think is missing is a little outside drinking area as that would be nice to spend evenings on terrace instead of in lobby area. It did get hot inside at nights. Also more coffee machines as always a queue in the morning for drinks. Rooms were big enough just need little repairs as both our bedside plugs were hanging off walls. In general this was a lovely relaxing place to stay and would recommend it.

Room that we had was massive with a four poster bed and a sea view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They sorted out a mishap we had very quickly with no fuss. If golf is your thing, this place is perfectly located. Situated right by the sea, there's lovely walks to be had to neighbouring towns. Not the liveliest of areas, but it suited my wife for a quiet getaway.

A really lovely hotel with great views of the sea. Staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. Rooms were a great size and clean. Hotel is getting a little tired, but this didn't impact our holiday at all. It can be windy as the hotel faces south on to the Atlantic but this didn't stop us enjoying the pool and loungers. I would definitely recommend it for a quiet relaxing holiday.

We are absolutely loving our holiday here. The hotel truly does have a sea view; you cannot get any closer to the ocean!! The staff are friendly and very efficient, the all inclusive food is very tasty and there's tons of options. I had a massage today at their mini spa with Lourdes. She was unbelievably fantastic and I was so, so relaxed by the end. Good location for bars, shops and local amenities. The gym is a little small with only a few machines... But who goes on Holiday to work out? Top marks all round! We will hopefully return soon!
