We absolutely loved this hotel! Initially, we were a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews, but after staying here, we genuinely can’t understand the complaints. It’s a beautiful and affordable hotel, and we have nothing but positive things to say. The staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was huge, with a stunning view that made our stay even more special. The location is great—about a 15-minute walk to the Strip or a quick and inexpensive taxi ride (around €5), which we found very convenient. Some people are simply hard to please, which likely explains the negative reviews, but for us, this was an amazing deal. We paid just £400 for 5 days for first week in Feb, including flights with Jet2 and breakfast, which we think is incredible value. We would definitely return!

Lovely place, I've been 3 times in the last 3 months. Lovely pool area, the breakfast and evening meals are very good, so much choice and top quality. Pool areas are very good, clean and classy. Staff friendly and helpful. Golf view rooms are great, only bit of green in tenerife so nice to look out over the beautiful Golf course. I. Not a golfer but it's very relaxing looking at the course.

We have stayed here 3 times now and we love it. This was the 1st time that we booked half board, the food was very good, lots of choices. We like that it is a nice walk to the beach but if walking isn't your thing there are always plenty of taxi's outside. The staff were brilliant, the beds were comfy, the water in the pool was warm. Rooms cleaned every day. The only negative was the smell of cannabis being smoked when we sat on our lovely balcony. We did complain and the management moved us to another lovely room only to find the same thing there! Not sure if the management can do anything about that! It was off-putting as also seeped into our room. Very quiet at night, we had lots of rest. It was my partners birthday whilst we were there and a bottle of cava and two champagne glasses were left in our room.

What we liked: • The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of good-quality options. • The room was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. • The terrace with sunbeds was a great place to unwind during the day. • Taxis were easy to get, either already available or quickly arranged by the reception. What we didn’t like: • The room lacked basic necessities like a trash can, tissues, bottled water, and a kettle. These small details would have made the stay much more comfortable. • The room felt chilly at night since there was no heating system, which made it uncomfortable during cooler nights. • Cleaning wasn’t thorough. The sheets were changed daily, but the floors and bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly, which was disappointing. • There was a strong bad smell coming from the bathroom sink, which also had a leakage issue. Even after reporting it, the problem wasn’t resolved. • The hotel’s location is fine, but reaching nearby areas involves a long walk around the golf course. A shorter, more direct path would save a lot of time and effort. • Some staff members were helpful, but others were not very friendly, which made the experience less pleasant.

05.02.2025: I stayed there for 6 night and I can say that overall I am satisfied. The room is spacious with old furniture and some small issues but is decent. My biggest concern is that a cockroach was literally walking on the breakfast buffet. Generally hygiene is not a strong point on this hotel. Also note that you need a car the hotel is far from the center, surrounded by a golf area that you cannot cross
