What we liked: • The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of good-quality options. • The room was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. • The terrace with sunbeds was a great place to unwind during the day. • Taxis were easy to get, either already available or quickly arranged by the reception. What we didn’t like: • The room lacked basic necessities like a trash can, tissues, bottled water, and a kettle. These small details would have made the stay much more comfortable. • The room felt chilly at night since there was no heating system, which made it uncomfortable during cooler nights. • Cleaning wasn’t thorough. The sheets were changed daily, but the floors and bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly, which was disappointing. • There was a strong bad smell coming from the bathroom sink, which also had a leakage issue. Even after reporting it, the problem wasn’t resolved. • The hotel’s location is fine, but reaching nearby areas involves a long walk around the golf course. A shorter, more direct path would save a lot of time and effort. • Some staff members were helpful, but others were not very friendly, which made the experience less pleasant.

The hotel is dated. Requested to change couch because it was literally stained with vomit. Buffet is good but you need to pay extra for all liquids, including water. No water available except for bottles to purchase. Staff is nice except for one lady @ reception. Far from amenities but walkable through a path.

Huge place with very little directions within unless you are a good map reader (you get a map at check-in). Rooms are very big but not much furniture, so feels empty and echoes but we had a good sleep anyways. Bathroom is quite nice. There is a Spa that is open 10 to 18 daily but closed on Sundays which is a disappointment because we came for a weekend, checked in around 4pm on Saturday and so you have about 2h for Spa and then Sunday it's all closed. Also, the Spa is a separate business, so you have to pay to enter. There is a games room near the lobby, it's nice, it has multiple pool tables, video games, table tennis, boxing machine etc. There is evening entertainment on the big stage also near the lobby.

Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and great views. Where things are let down is the quality of the breakfast, the so called bacon is a mushed compacted donor kebab type substance, the sausage are hot dogs and there is always big queues for fried eggs and omelette. The experience at breakfast is quite manic and in my opinion needs managing better. But all said the hotel is safe and secure and has a good feel about the place. Would i go back again ? Yes, but just have fruit and cheese for breakfast 😏

First time at this hotel, to say the reviews I read worried me, kept all my personal belonging on me at all times. Very nice hotel and clean. Breakfast I only have croissants, not fresh, run out of cups, the young girl said go and use another machine which was on ther side of the restaurant, looked very unhappy so did the guy at the reception, I dont ask for too much.. otherwise it was a good holiday..
