Great family hotel with tidy rooms, good swimming pools and outside area. Nice buffet breakfast and evening meal with a good selection. The location is a 30 to 40 minute walk to the beach with a steep incline. A track all around the hotel and golf course for running and walking is fun.

The food at the spacious pool bar is the best for me, cheap but tasty snacks/food. Rooms are massive compared to other hotels, e.g la siesta. Staff are very friendly as well. Only thing that could be better is the indoor bar that is a bit understaffed for the volume of people that use it.

Great 4-star hotel in Tenerife! Rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. No tea/coffee facilities but they are available upon request. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. The hotel facilities (pool, spa and pool bar) were great. It’s a 5-10 minute taxi to the centre of town, costing maximum €10 per trip. Close to Siam Park and Siam Mall, both within walking distance but would recommend a taxi. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Would recommend for young adults as can be quite loud at night but unavoidable.

I stayed here for a week. On the first night, struggled to sleep on a ground floor hotel room due to guests constantly moving around above making loud noises. After asking at reception. Staff were willing to move us to another room. Our new room was perfect, and had no problems at all after moving. The staff on reception are all extremely hospitable and friendly. The area around the hotel is beautiful, surrounded by green gold courses and natural terrain. The only downside being you have to walk around 10-15 minutes along a main road to get to the town centre, or a short taxi ride, around €4-7. This is not a problem if you don’t mind doing so. The room features are basic, but contains the simple amenities such as hair dryer, safe etc. I did notice a few maintenance issues such as wonky balcony railings, handles on the balcony doors were loose and the fire sprinkler was loose also. The hotel grounds however all seemed extremely clean and looked after, which was nice. Maybe they need to pay more attention to the rooms as I have seen other reviews detailing similar issues. As for the food, it was ok, there was plenty of choice and some nights were better than others. Not all the food looked great but there was always something which I didn’t mind eating. I think this is always the case with any all inclusive buffet.
All In all I really enjoyed this hotel and the stay and would come back. Better than some other hotels in the area. Just a few small issues but nothing major. Very nice stay and would recommend!

Rooms are very dated
Food is terrible
Cold food, not much choice and if you don't get there as soon as doors open it end up like a cattle market.
Today is our last day and what I witnessed this morning tops the lot.
Young hotel worker, male and had a black jacket on was tidying the pool area and I saw him pop 3 inflatable toys. 1 was a green 🐊 and the other 2 was rings think 1 was a pink one and 1 was a brown donut.
If I had access to my phone I would have took photos. People have already paid alot to stop in this complex without staff doing meaningful and mindless things like that.
He did leave a yellow lilo and a pink ring
Poor kids will be looking for them when they come to the pool this morning.
