I really liked the concept of a non-smoking establishment. The hotel itself is located among the city streets, 15-20 minutes walk to the ocean. The hotel has a great pool. The exterior itself is a piece of wild nature combined with civilization, everything is very harmonious. The room is clean, the cleaning is without complaints, and the staff responds immediately to all requests. The cuisine is delicious. I am very satisfied.

Was disappointed by the drinks packages ( min of 3 days for whole group) when only me and my husband wanted (5 of us in total) so no one got it. Pool lovely Grounds beautiful well taken care of Trips desk very helpful Food good different every night. Rooms lovely Husband really liked Reuben very high opinion of him. Interacted well with guests and lovely bloke.

Pleasant enough staff. Rooms were kept very clean but basic. No kettle and my fridge never worked. I had a nice view of the pool though. Breakfast was ok for me personally. Porridge with honey and pancakes every day. Lots of tea choices and juices. Grounds of the hotel were very clean and had a lot of nice well maintained green spaces. No smoking around the pool which is good. I like walking as exercise and this place is situated at the top of a few quite steep hills. I enjoyed the walk down to Puerto and back up though as it’s a nice walk. My one issue is why they don’t just open the pool at 8am till 8pm. Opened at 11 o clock which is very late for someone like me who likes a swim before breakfast. The pool guy cleaned every aspect of the pool before he would open it. Surely he can just do this during the day. It closed at 7pm so if you took an all day excursion you are away before pool opens and back when it’s closed.

This hotel has a beautiful pool and green areas BUT I will never ever choose this hotel for my stay in Tenerife. I hope this hotel try to work on the problems that we had during our stay. First the super busy and chaotic breakfast buffet. The breakfast hall was not big enough for number of the guests at this hotel. They either need to have a bigger breakfast buffet or make the breakfast time longer! There were so many moments, that the food bowls were empty at the breakfast buffet and I had to tell them to refill the storage. This is the waiters’ job!!! Oh and the coffee made by their coffee machine was disgusting, it was a super low quality coffee with sugary milk which tasted super bad. Second, the defected AC in the rooms. It was called AC but it felt like a ventilator that just circulate the super warm and humid air in the room. Even when the outside weather were fresh and breezy you could not have a good air inside of the rooms because of the very small windows and old structure of the room. Third, their internet is barely working in the rooms and to me it was very strange that they mention they have internet in this hotel! Getting an internet services through the rooms is not that difficult. I took a screenshot of the internet speed test as you can see. My last problem was the unreliable receptions. The cleaning lady forgot to put towels in my room and in the afternoon I told the reception that I need towels in my room. They wrote down my room number and told me their staff will bring towels in my room. In the evening when I came back to the room the towels were not there. This is a very basic task that they could not even take care of it:( What a shame!

Spacious rooms, air conditioning working well, beautiful garden, good location. Rooms with view for the swimming pool and mountains are great! Staff always nice and helpful. Only the bathroom needs refurbishment. Food quite good, always something to choose. I would like more fruits to be available.
