Awful place, never again,
Rooms were disgusting we had 2 Rooms, large family.
So run down and not clean,
Music at the pool ridiculously loud, complained 3 times told me at reception they will call police, as I said I will turn it down, entertainment, well how bad was that, Awful, 2 day's from our 7 day stay they had someone in, rest of week it was karaoke and quiz, absolutely no entertainment if you over 5 yrs old,
Food is so bad and repetitive, fish in batter must have been left out to dry for a week before frying for an hour, even cats hanging around had difficult time chewing it,
Drinks are so bad, cola tastes like coloured soda water, alcohol must be 1% , we ended up eating out which was amazing food and drink,
It's got recent exterior painting done which makes it look good from the outside, shame they didn't do the rooms, got plenty of pics which will be going online,
Booked this place due to all positive reviews, after more examination it does appear to me they are very generic and either staff posting or paid for, worst place visited for over 30 years,

Loved our stay at Virginia Family Resort, location was central for getting round the island, public transport very easy and cheap to use. Rooms were spotlessly clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Shop was very well stocked, plenty of choice of food. Beach beautiful. Will definitely come back.

Place is modern and 100% clean .food is okay bit cold .smells occasionally. Rooms are basic and toilet is very open and shy people not a place to sit .not enough sun lounges and local beach is very
disappointing. Entertainment low .taxi fares are fair and not too bad drive . 6 possibly 7 out of ten guys sorry . But was okay in general

Booked private pool room in October half term. Please be aware that at this time of the year your terrace and pool will not get any sun and the water is freezing.
Staff were friendly and they treated us to a 'special' breakfast but it would have been nice to get asked what our preferences were as we wasted must of it as I don't like egg.
The pool was nice, albeit a little cold, but that didn't put off my son enjoying it.
Rooms could be updated a bit, and I.suppose with us going at the end of the season we didn't see the resort at it's best.
Food quality was OK at best. Very repetitive and I question how long the food sat there at Luke warm temperatures. My son was very sick on our last day, but I can't say whether this was because of the food.
Location is ok. Plenty of buses into Rhodes or a €12 taxi ride.

The animators were doing an amazing job!
However, our experience had several issues. We arrived at 8 pm, but our room wasn’t ready, even though check-in starts at 3 pm. Following the all-inclusive rules, we tried to make a dinner reservation, but were told this wasn't possible because reservations need to be made a day in advance. I found this frustrating, as the restaurant was only 20% full.
The receptionist was neither polite nor professional.
If you have gluten allergies or intolerance, you might struggle here. While they offer gluten-free bread, you have to ask for it every day, and most of the other meals are coated in wheat.
The fruits were another disappointment. They were not fresh and almost inedible, likely being served for several days as the quality noticeably declined. On Sunday, they delivered a plate of fruit and wine to each room, but again, the quality was poor. The watermelon was frozen, and the melon and grapes were of low quality.
In summary, the location is average, and the food quality is poor.
