Beautiful, quiet hotel in the Mallorcan countryside. Service excellent, staff extremely helpful. No bun fights for sunbeds
Relaxed and chilled vibe everywhere. If you want to see the island you need a car. If you stay for a week and are half board the food might feel a bit samey but this is a very small criticism. The food is superb and presented well.

We love this place. Have been visiting this Hotel almost every year since 2014. The location and setting is just picturesque perfect. Service is awesome. There are various type of rooms (some more luxurious than others). This time we stayed the first time in the area with room#s starting with a 3 and were a little disappointed, but this got offset by the great additions and improvements in the pool areas.
The breakfast is outstanding (one of the reasons we always come back!) but this time we were not pleased by the food served for dinner. We stayed at the hotel restaurant and all of the dishes ordered (octopus (dry), risotto (tasteless), pasta(cold)) were less than mediocre and overpriced. Yes having the Michelin star Andreu Genestra as an option is great (and next year we definitely will go there) but for an easy dinner at the house you should look for some improvements.
Again, the place is just beautiful and it’s great to see how under the new management of Zoëtry here and there little changes are made. Looking forward to next year…

This was a lovely hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a terrace with chairs and a bench seat. Opposite the room beyond the greenery, was a small old chapel which I guess, had been decommissioned. It was nicely kept. There were three pools, one adults only, one a beautiful adults pool with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and one for families. The site was lovely to walk around. There was a football pitch, tennis courts and a cross country track for runners. There was no-one on the track all week so we walked round it a couple of times. Best to do this early morning or later evening, if you are hitting a warm spell.
The meals were nicely cooked but I would prefer the variety of eating out. However, they did three barbecues which were absolutely excellent. We would go back to this hotel, out of main season because it was such a lovely place

Recently stayed here and we truly enjoyed our relaxing time as a couple. Spa is great. Pools outside a little bit cold. David did amazing job teaching yoga in a beautiful chapel onsite which was definitely the highlight of our stay.
However the way they treat water is simply stingy for a 5-star hotel. If you're not an all-inclusive guest, you’re basically treated like a second-class citizen. Water, a basic necessity, is incredibly overpriced at €4 for a tiny 0.5L bottle—that’s just two glasses! This is supposed to be a luxury spa resort, yet there are no refillable water stations by the pools. The only places to get free water are at the spa and gym, so if you want to stay hydrated without shelling out a fortune, you’re forced to trek to these areas. Also, there is no water replacement during housekeeping so you only get two small bottles your first night and that’s it, doesn’t matter how long you stay.
Moreover, if you have water delivered to your room, they tack on an additional €5 fee like it’s some sort of Uber Eats service. It’s incredibly unpleasant to feel like you’re begging for water when you’re already paying premium prices for a so-called luxury stay. If you’re expecting world-class service, especially with something as basic as water, I’d recommend this place to fix this because nobody likes a huge water bill at the end of their stay. It’s just not fair to your guests.

The location is stunning. The rooms are kept very clean and pools are lovely. The spa experience with a hot stone was wonderful, and certainly a highlight. However, we booked because the website clearly states that vegans and vegetarians are catered for. This is true, if you like pasta, pasta or pasta. Abysmal choice, and I regretted that we had booked all inclusive from the first dinner. I even asked at check in if we could expect vegetarian and vegan options and I was told we could. There wasn't a single choice marked on the menu and when we asked what we could have, pasta was the only answer. Some of the staff are absolutely amazing, but the overall serice was not great. I don't blame any of the staff for this, as they are clearly heavily over-worked and also work very long days. It is a failing of the hotel, but still, it did result in moody and rude service sometimes and while it only made us empathise with them, it absolutely did retract from the experience as a guest. This, plus the complete absence of anything we could order on the menu, made us dread dinner times.
