We spent 7 nights at this hotel, and we were very satisfied! I highly recommend this hotel because it has so many advantages and positives. First of all, the location is incredibly beautiful, and you'll get to enjoy an amazing view every day that inspires and instantly lifts your mood. The hotel offers many options for spending your time: golf, tennis, a gym, a yoga room, a great spa, and various beauty treatments. You definitely won't get bored here. There are two nice outdoor pools and one indoor pool, but the only downside is that the indoor pool had cold water 🥶. The staff here is very friendly, always happy to see you, and they do their job well! We were pleased with how they interacted with us. Although we had an unpleasant situation when checking in because we had to wait a long time at reception, they compensated us for the inconvenience and upgraded our room. Special thanks for that. As for the breakfast, there's a wide selection of food with calorie information provided, including gluten-free options, though the desserts were just average. One evening, we purchased access to the dinner buffet. The food was also varied, but nothing special. The restaurant on the hotel grounds has a rather limited menu and nothing particularly interesting—3/5. I would definitely come back to this hotel because I truly enjoyed my stay! *** It would be difficult to get around without a car here.

It was a pleasure stay. The hotel is so big and spread over the hill that you feel like in a village! They got a separate area with swimming pool adults only that was just perfect! I put 4 stars because the buffet for the dinners was not always up to expectations with a lot of canned vegetables. Apart from that the service was excellent and the room just awesome. Highly recommended!

We had a good time at the Hilton Mallorca Galatzo. The hotel boasts two pools: one adults-only (Vista del Rey), which offers a more chill atmosphere, and the other, which is more crowded and noisy. While both pools are really nice, we preferred the adults-only one for its relaxed vibe. Note that the main pool opens at 9:30 AM and the adults-only one at 10 AM. Be sure to reserve your seats early, as the prime spots get taken quickly. Breakfast was delightful, served buffet-style with a good variety of food. We never experienced any issues, but it can get crowded towards the end of service, so try to go early to avoid the queue. Our room was great overall, though it had an odd shape with a column/wall near the bed, making it a bit challenging to access one side. However, the big terrace was a nice perk. A tip: keep your doors closed as we encountered a cockroach in our room, which may have entered through the door or the A/C system. The hotel’s location on a hill provides beautiful views but can make it a bit challenging to access local shops in the nearby village without a car. Luckily, we had a car and appreciated the free parking available. The concierge team was very helpful, booking activities, taxis, and offering local advice with great knowledge. Overall, we had a good experience at the Hilton Mallorca Galatzo and will likely return on our next visit to Mallorca.

As a Diamond member, I was quite disappointed in this Hilton. I’m confused why it’s a 5 star hotel when the basic amenity of Air Conditioning was not functioning properly. The whole time it felt like a sauna in the room - and instead of cooling while the AC was on, it would get hotter. My husband and I were very uncomfortable the whole stay. It’s sad because this hotel has the potential to be a 5 star - the location on a hill overlooking the ocean is breathtaking and the food was really good. Even our upgraded room was nice. However, it’s really hard to get over AC that doesn’t work on a humid island. It ruined our whole stay. Also, there are complaints on here about taxis. Yes, it takes forever to get a taxi (so be prepared), but it is not the hotel’s fault. It takes forever to get a taxi anywhere on this island. I think the island can’t handle the amount of tourists in general.

Our stay at Hilton Galatzo was, without a doubt, the worst part of our honeymoon, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Already being a Hilton Honors member and having it be our preffered hotel, we arrived with high expectations after incredible stays in Barcelona and Valencia, but this hotel not only failed to meet even basic standards, it actively ruined our experience in Mallorca. Upon arrival, we were given a room that smelled overwhelmingly of Clorox, making it impossible to relax. Instead of being an inviting space, it felt like a sterile, unwelcoming environment. When we raised concerns and requested a change, we were moved to a second room, only to find that the air conditioning didn’t work, leaving us in a hot, stuffy room in the middle of summer. The level of indifference from the staff was shocking. Despite multiple complaints, most of the staff seemed unconcerned and unresponsive to our issues, which made us feel neglected as guests. Only two staff members—Juan and the bartender at the Tapas restaurant—attempted to address our concerns with any real effort or kindness. Unfortunately, their individual professionalism was not enough to save the experience. To make matters worse, the hotel grounds were poorly maintained, and walking at night became unsettling when we encountered critters crawling around the property. Disturbingly, these pests even found their way into our room, making the stay not only uncomfortable but also unhygienic. The most disappointing part is that this was supposed to be a memorable, once-in-a-lifetime trip, and Hilton Galatzo turned it into a stressful and deeply disappointing ordeal. For a hotel carrying the Hilton brand name, this experience was unacceptable in every way. The management’s lack of attention to guest needs, poor room quality, and neglect of basic maintenance show a shocking disregard for what should be the fundamental standards of hospitality. If you are considering staying at Hilton Galatzo, I cannot stress enough that you should reconsider your choice. This hotel does not offer the experience, service, or quality that one would expect, especially given its price point and reputation. Our time in Mallorca was ruined by this stay, and I hope others can avoid making the same mistake we did.
