We have just returned from our honeymoon after staying at Zoetry Marigot Bay.
Our arrival at the hotel was pleasant and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful during the check in process. The room was lovely and had great views over the bay. The pool area is lovely and we never struggled to get a lounger. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the pool bar and the great cocktails made there by Caleb and Alison who are both lovely people.
We enjoyed the sunset cruise out of the bay and the staff on the boat were great.
Otherwise, I think my husband and I were pretty disappointed with the rest of the trip.
The food was pretty average around the resort, with the exception of the sushi served at lunchtime. We found that we became bored of the food quite quickly across the three restaurants offering the all inclusive options. We also found the cocktails weren’t that great outside of the pool bar which closed around 5pm. The evening entertainment was pretty much non existent, as singers were set up in a walk way between the main restaurant and its bar. There really wasn’t very much to do during the evenings.
All in all, we enjoyed our trip but probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends or family.

My experience at Zoetry was amazing. My husband and I had a great time. Tasha the server at the hurricane hole made our stay even much more enjoyable. She was very attentive, welcoming, and sweet!! We loved her. We felt so welcomed here and the vibes are immaculate. Scenery is beautiful. 10/10 Highly recommend!!

Not as luxurious as marketed. When we checked the person behind the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. And even though it was late he carried a of our bags up the stairs with a smile. However “butler” never reached out to us as promised with the information about the hotel and when we finally did speak to someone we found out we missed the only sunset cruise that was included in our stay. We also had no hot water in the shower and had to complain many time and speak to many different people before it was finally fixed. It seemed every staff member we asked a question. To had a different answer then the last. They tried to be helpful but it was very disorganized and no one seemed to agree on the answer to any of our questions. When I callled before checking and told them were celebrating a 50 birthday and girls trip I was told one thing and when we got there, there was nothing about the weekend that made it a special celebration. There was also a lot of back and forth about the transport to the airport. One person said it would cost 100 dollars for me to go separately from my friends and someone else said it was free as long as I went with other guests. It took forever to get it sorted out
I will say the staff was friendly and did smile and try to be courteous and engaging.

As a member of World of Hyatt Unlimited Vacations I was very disappointed with my stay as this isn't aligned with stays at other resorts. The rooms had dorm size beds, didn't have hot water for the majority of our trip, had to constantly call for towels, and our room service tray wasn't picked up for 2 days despite it being serviced. Room service food was horrible however the main restaurants had good food but not good service as breakfast took over 45 minutes. We also had to constantly ask our servers for assistance. Majority of the women staff members weren't too pleasant even after being greeted. I wouldn't return even if it was free.

My fiancé and I recently stayed at the Zoeltry in St Lucia doing an all inclusive stay and enjoyed our stay . Every person on the staff we interacted with was very friendly and able to answer any questions we had . Aside from being nice and helpful they was very accommodating as well whether it was finding a driver at 9-10PM to take me to a store to get some toothpaste ( funny story within itself) and even doing our laundry last minute because we didn’t know we was supposed to let them know 48hours in advance, and anything else we needed . I can’t remember all the drivers name outside of Gifson and Joel but every driver we had was very nice, opened the door for us and we always had good conversation on the ride there . A guy that goes by the name of chemo was fun to talk to , he put me on some of the local music that they listened to out there so that was cool. I would like to give a special shoutout to the young lady who worked at the front , I may be spelling her name wrong but I believe her name was Analezia . I told her i planned on purposing to my now fiancé when we got there and while we was out she went above and beyond for me , by having the room decorated for us when we came back so she definitely helped me earn some extra points . Every Resturant we ate at on the resort was good, but we have to give the staff at the Meraki the night we went a special thanks as well . I would really recommend going there if you stay and if you do an all inclusive you get 50% which feels like highway robbery so take advantage of it . The waiter we had was very nice and even the chefs came out and talked to us. Once they found out we had just got engaged they did something special for us for dessert we really appreciated them going out there way for us like that . Idk what kind of fish they be cooking over at the pool , but if you stay you gotta try the fish tacos , best fish taco’s we ever had in our life and the pool heated. Highly recommend getting the massage done if you go to , we got one and both agreed it was worth every dollar.
if I gotta complain about anything it would be the shower could’ve been been better and the taxi rides are a lot more expensive then we anticipated paying . We went to two excursions and due to the location of the resort everything is about an hour - hour- thirty minutes away from the resort . For the fares we paid 177$ and 220$ USD, but that was for travel there and back , your driver also stayed with you .
All and all though I would give the zoetry a very strong 4.7/5 and would just like to thank every one again who we interacted from the drivers, concierge, resort staff, yoga instructor , waiters, chefs , masseuse, and even the guy who stands on the little bridge and ask for your room number when you walk by , for making our stay and engagement one to remember .
