I almost did not leave a review, but I felt compelled to leave a review for this resort. We stayed here for 6 days, and it was an absolute amazing experience. The food is absolutely delicious , the service was outstanding, and our butler Raymond was an absolutely pleasure. This was hands down one of the best vacations I have ever taken. I would definitely return.

The Royalton St Lucia is a nice resort if you enjoy all-inclusive setups. The location is a bit removed from main areas, but if you plan to leave the property only for major excursions or attractions, this isn’t a problem. The resort itself has some great features, like a fantastic gym with all the equipment you could want and a relaxing spa experience (extra fee) that was a real highlight of my stay.
That said, my overall experience was disappointing. While the rooms look nice at first glance, they show significant wear and tear—wardrobes falling apart, taps not running properly, and sofas and other furnishings riddled with stains. The resort offers a selection of restaurants, but the food in all of them was quite average at best.
The real issue, however, was the customer service. Many of the front desk staff had a poor understanding of basic service standards. While some of the service staff at the beach and restaurants were friendly and went above and beyond, the majority seemed uninterested in being helpful. Simple requests took forever. For example, I ordered room service one night, and it took two hours to arrive. By the time it came, I had already tried to cancel it via the app and had put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, yet the server banged on the door late at night and was visibly angry when I told him it was too late.
One incident really stuck with me. I witnessed an older gentleman at the front desk, visibly upset because he had been waiting six hours for water he needed to take his cancer medication. When he came to the desk to ask for it, he was made to wait another hour. While his frustration led him to shout, which wasn’t ideal, the lead front desk staff member responded dismissively, saying, “I’m not a wizard, so you have to wait!” It was shocking and unprofessional.
These kinds of delays and dismissive attitudes were a recurring theme during my stay. It’s unfortunate because the resort has potential, but the lack of consistent service and the subpar condition of the rooms really detract from the experience.
I hope the management takes these issues seriously because with some improvements, this could be a much better experience for future guests.

This was the absolute worst resort I’ve ever been! We went to celebrate a family member birthday and all of our rooms had issues. The elevator was out 90% of the trip we were on the 4th floor, the escalator never worked, the food was horrible, the customer service was awful. We spoke with management and everything fell upon deaf ears. One of my family members took ill, his room wreaked of mold, there was a leak of brown water from the ceiling and they had to put towels down on the floor. They were told nothing could be done until the next day! Then when they finally got around to coming they said trey had to leave the room at 11:00am and another room wouldn’t be ready until after 3:00pm. He was vomiting, sweating and had other issues and they didn’t care. Luckily he was able to stay in one of our rooms while his wife, infant son and daughter had to roam the hotel until the room became ready. There is so much that went wrong and was not corrected, no compensation. Then the elevator went out again and my pregnant cousin had to take the stairs, she and another guest slipped and fell because the floor was wet. Stay away from this place and spend your good earned money on a more deserving resort. I will never return and definitely not recommend!!!!

Everything was amazing 👏 especially the service, the vibes and the views. The food was not out of this world but also quite decent. The only annoyance was that on property most social spaces are shared with children so you can't wear your tiny thong around the children even if you paid to be on the "adults only" property since it's all in the same place except the building where you sleep. All in all still a great value. Lots of fun activities included such as paddle boarding, kayaks and catamarans.

Beautiful location, private beach, and accommodations. Friendly (albeit a little slow, but hey we’re on island time) staff. Martini Mix bar was my favorite! Nightly shows were excellent and very fun.
The food was AMAZING- healthy but delicious options, great restaurants with yummy meals, and welcoming service.
The spa was awesome, very relaxing and great services.
We did one excursion with the local tour group on a boat ride which was a lot of fun and got to see a lot.
Any concerns we had, management dealt with appropriately. The only big issue was the car ride from one of the airports to the resort which had a lot of winding roads so take some motion sickness medication if you need! Overall, had a lovely vacation and think fondly of this trip and resort.
