We stayed at this resort for our annual girls trip this October 2025z , its 2 hours away from airport. The transportation from airport is horrible, they made us wait for 45 minutes at the airport, just to fill the bus with more passengers. Despite only one empty seat. Communication was zero. We all had long flights, they had no water or snacks on bus. The resort itself is dark.dingy and has nothing going on, except one night there was karaoke which was also not that great. Silent disco party that ended at 10:00. Staff is rude and doesn’t believe in hospitality. Food is below average. Restaurants are 1 star. Buffet is also so so. We had three rooms, the swim out pool is meh, they didn’t clean the rooms or replace towels unless asked. The iron in the rooms was so bad that it burnt our silk outfits. There was no iron board in one room and no iron in other room. Those were not even placed after several calls. So we just shared the same board and iron and took turns. Spa was good for the price. They had to call someOne to do our hair after we requested, otherwise salon was closed for months. They are short staffed and it is obvious. We booked excursion to go for mud bath, see waterfall and snorkeling. Thats was fun. We had a great time just being together but resort had nothing to do with that. They believe in direct and blunt style of communication. I will not go or recommend this place to anyone.

I recently stayed at Royalton Saint Lucia, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The resort is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, modern rooms, and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, from gourmet à la carte restaurants to casual buffets. I especially appreciated the range of international options alongside authentic Caribbean flavors. Drinks were top-notch as well, with creative cocktails and premium options included. What really stood out was the atmosphere — relaxing and luxurious, yet also family-friendly with plenty of activities. The entertainment team kept the energy high with fun shows and events, while quieter areas of the resort offered peaceful escapes for rest and relaxation. The beach and pools were beautiful, with plenty of loungers and cabanas available. I also loved the spa, which provided a truly rejuvenating experience. Overall, Royalton Saint Lucia exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Caribbean getaway.

My son and I stayed in the Swim up room, which we love. Sitting out by the pool after a long day at the beach or before we started our day is always nice. The room could use some minor repairs, as there were some damage to the screen door, bathroom door, and the dresser was outdated. The room otherwise was comfortable and spacious. I also loved the showers. The pool and the beach was nice. The sand was soft and the water was warm. We did some snorkeling and kayaking which we enjoyed, and the view is stunning. This is a nice resort however, the food selection were bare. They never had anything. It didn't matter what time you came. And if you were late, you barely ate. One day for lunch I was stuck eating 2 drum chicken wings (thumb size) and salad. When you went to the bars for drinks, they were alway out of something. You had to either walk around to different bars to finish making up your drink or come with at least 2 other suggestions. The food truck had specials of the day listed, but they were never able all but 1 out of the 7 days I was there. The staff was friendly, but frustrated with the situation at hand. Lastly, for the 7 days we were there, the kids play ground and pool was closed the whole time. Thank goodness my son is older and can swim well. I've been to several Royalton Resorts and was really happy with my experience. This time I was really disappointed in this location. I while I would return to St. Lucia, I wouldn't stay at this location again. Oh and it was 3 hours trying to get to the hotel from the airport due to some political thing causing a ton of traffic. You can opted to take a helicopter and save some time.

I’ve been to multiple all inclusive resorts and on many cruises, and this place did not live up to my expectations. We were extremely disappointed with the food. It was mediocre, and it was also extremely hard to get anything to eat as well - we kept being told to wait for the buffet to open as well as wait for a bartender to show up to the restaurant bar if you wanted to order a drink. You couldn’t easily book reservations at any of the other restaurants. The bartenders do not care to serve you and 90% of them you can tell, hate their jobs. There was no bottled water when requested. The towel station down by the swim up bar pool, never had clean towels for anyone to use on the beach/or at the pool. The room we stayed in was musty smelling and the first night we stayed, we found a cockroach on the wall. When we were finally checking out, we couldn’t/didn’t leave the resort until an hour after we were scheduled to, on top of our 2 hour drive back to the airport before our flight. The list goes on and on with this place. Truly the only good thing about this place was the views!

We traveled here for our honeymoon Sept 23 -30 and we had an amazing time. The only con I would say on this whole trip was the drive from the airport since my wife does get motion sickness. It did take almost 2 hours down some windy roads to get to the resort Since we were diamond club our butlers met us at our check In (Fabian & Neil) and helped with the luggage up to our room. They had done a few special touches to make our occasion special. Outside our door it had honeymooners, inside they had a flower heart on the bed that also said “ I love you”. It was such a sweet gesture for our. Another day they ran a bubble bath with a nice bottle of champagne. All in all the upgrade was amazing. The side pool and food was all so easy as the butlers basically did everything for us. We were also lucky enough to have a romantic candlelit dinner on the beach that was completely unexpected. While this resort is in need of a little TLC which they were currently doing with the pools it is a very nice location and the beach is fantastic. The water from the sea is so warm. Thank you Royalton for our stay
