We stayed for our Honeymoon and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were friendly, polite, competent and just nice to be around. The facilities were beautifully planned from the nice groomed nature to the pools and bars, and everything was perfectly maintained. We stayed in an over water villa, it was gorgeous! Thoughtfully designed in lots of little details, real pleasure to stay there and the views. Snorkelling was amazing! My first time snorkelling in a reef so I cant compare but I did not get bored of the house reefs at all, full of beautiful marine life. And diving with nurse sharks experience was definitely something we will remember forever. Finally the food was excellent, tasty lots of variety, especially recommend the alacarte restauarants.

Can’t speak highly enough of this resort and the staff! We went for birthday celebration and stayed in a beach villa and water villa that enjoyed amazing sunsets. The welcome off the boat set the tone and staff explained everything so well. the service here is exceptional with cases to your door . All staff are very friendly and polite, keen to help you have the best stay possible. On my husband birthday the team surprised us with cake and decorated our room which was a lovely surprise. The resort is very peaceful and relaxed and has plenty of viewpoints for photos and romantic strolls. Food is so delicious and of a high standard both in the main buffet and the 3 speciality restaurants. We enjoyed alot and highly recommend. Thank you for giving us amazing hospitality.

My husband and I chose Centara Ras Fushi as our honeymoon destination, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. We spent 5 magical days in a stunning overwater villa with a swirl pool, and every moment felt like a dream. The hospitality was top-notch, and you could truly feel that the staff cared about making our experience memorable. A special thank you to Amirul, our housekeeping staff, who ensured our room was always beautifully set up and comfortable. He checked in with us every day before the end of his shift to make sure everything was perfect – his attention to detail and dedication were truly appreciated. We also want to give a big shoutout to Chef Mama, whose delicious food and warm hospitality added an extra layer of joy to our stay. This was the best holiday ever! The villa, beach, food, staff, everything was 10/10. We had the sunset villa with outdoor spa bathtub which was amazing. The beds in the villa are huge and also very comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and big with a walk in shower. We took up the classes they offered with ANISH who was brilliant, some which were complimentary or just 10 dollers per person, sometimes it was only my partner and I so we felt like it was our own personal training sessions. They offer everything from meditation to thai boxing which was brilliant for me as I love training. We had a lovely cleaner AMIRUL who couldn't do enough for us and made sure we had everything we needed everyday. The 3 course meals in every restaurant were some of the best food we've ever had and as for the waiters especially NAJ and JUBIR are all so welcoming and friendly.

All staff are very friendly and polite, keen to help you have the best stay possible. Dinesh, Jo, Babu and Yasas at the bars, Arif and Mimi in the buffet, Hosin our housekeeper to name a few. On our anniversary the team surprised us with Prosecco and cake and decorated our room which was a lovely surprise. The resort is very peaceful and relaxed and has plenty of viewpoints for photos and romantic strolls. Food is plentiful and of a high standard both in the main buffet and the 3 speciality restaurants. Top tip - download the app and make reservations a few days in advance - it is not limited to one visit to each. A couple of snorkelling experiences (with nurse sharks) were included and just brilliant. You can snorkel right on the beach and see vibrant fish too. Recommend the Maldivian night amongst other evenings that the staff put so much effort into.

The island is beautiful and the food is very delicious. This place is amazing and beautiful. The club is definitely the place to be and if your are lucky to get Rishard as your host he is amazing and very attentive to your every need. He took amazing care of me and my wife. He really made our whole trip worth while. Amanulla was a superb villa attendant. He took special care to our every need. Would definitely recommend if you get him to be very lucky! Great guy and we appreciated his thoughtfulness.

I had a wonderful experience at Centara Grand Maldives on Machchafushi Island. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were warmly welcomed, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. I accidentally dropped my phone into the sea, and I was incredibly grateful for the assistance provided by Yuva, Tiffey, and two other staff members who helped me retrieve it. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression, and I am so thankful to have my phone back. Special thanks to Isaram for taking excellent care of our room and the thoughtful surprise he arranged for us. The warm hospitality from all the Thai staff and the convenience of your Concierge app made our stay even more enjoyable. One area for improvement would be ensuring that luggage is carefully managed until it reaches the guests at the airport. Unfortunately, my bags were left unattended at the airport transfer, which is something that could be refined. Overall, a wonderful stay with memorable service!

Nice hotel and very good staff. - Kids Club EZone was amazing and used by the whole family. They have PlayStations / Switch, Football Table and Pinball Machine - Room was spacious and clean thanks to Monir from Housekeeping who is an absolute star! Mentioned to his Supervisor Ram who did a great job as well. - The restaurants are good but lack variety, especially the International Buffet which did not change for the 4 days we were there. - The staff however are great everywhere - especially Timmi from the Thai Restaurant and Rygin from the Italian Restaurant. - Great areas for snorkeling all around - Parrot named Jack who is very Friendly and nice - Waterpark and lazy river were great - I wish there were more shaded areas - Some sort of Daily focus or Theme nights at the International Restaurant would be great - We had to book a place as the restaurants were full but the resort was very empty so I wonder how this would work out when the resort is full - Thai section at the international restaurant is very limited - the Thai Chefs are great and helpful, but I wish there was more authentic Thai food.. - only the Thai restaurant and the Waiting area by the reception have AC.. - the website and booking experience was very bad. Website was unintuitive and the Callcenter staff was just rude and unhelpful. We almost cancelled due to this. - the price dropped after we booked and there was no way Centara would honor their „best price“ guarantee for us which is dissapointing - birthday of our kid was mentioned at the booking and at check in and we were willing to pay for a cake but it was ignored until the day after the birthday when we got a small complimentary cake.. It’s a bit dissapointing as our kid saw other children getting celebrated in the restaurant etc.. We did not expect much but a little recognition. Would recommend the Hotel for Families and short stays as the food will get boring really quick, would also recommend to book over Travel Agent but not direct with Centara.

We have booked a 4 day 3 night stay with my family but it was not as impressed as expected. It started raining when we arrived by speedboat. We were told to walk to the restaurant on our own — even though we had luggage including two computers and other belongings weighing about 10 kg. No umbrella was provided, and no buggy service was available, poor resort. When we finally reached the Sailhouse restaurant, many dishes had already run out and were not refilled. After finishing our meal, we asked the staff for a buggy. Cathy, a staff member at Sailhouse, seemed uninterested and unhelpful, so we ended up carrying all our belongings back to the room in heavy rain and strong wind. For dinner reservations, both the first and second days were fully booked, they informed that Centara Grand guests booked already. So we could only dine on the third (last) night. For the first two nights, the earliest available slot was 20:30 — quite late, especially since we had small children. Overall, we felt disappointed with the hotel’s management and service, considering we paid over USD 4,000. It was the raining season, so it rained often. Even when we requested buggy service from Cathy at Sailhouse again, none ever came. I would like to officially complain about this. In conclusion, it was not worth the price — the benefits did not match what was advertised. This was our first and last time staying at Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives. - After received the message from Centara Mirage Lagoon - Dear Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives Team, Thank you for your kind message and respond to my feedback. I truely appreciate it. I understand your explanation and apology, and I believe it is important for future guests to be aware that expectations for a 5-star resort experience may not align with the current 4-star standard of Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives. What really stood out was how family-friendly everything was. Stayed in Mirage for 2 nights with family (2 teenagers and a two-years old boy and an infant of 4 months). It was a great stay. Team were very friendly. Restaurants were great too. Had the pleasure of experiencing Thai, Italian in Mirage and Tandoor in the grand. Staff in all the restaurants were amazing and friendly. Sorry, we can’t remember all names, but everyone who served us were great. Food was also great. Special mention of The Gallery team - JK and the team were excellent. Breakfast team was also exceptional. The girl who did our check-in was also great. Kids club girls were also very friendly. It was so comforting to see lifeguards around - they were visible all the time when we were swimming in water villas. They look attentive too. Buggy guys were also friendly. House keeping: rooms were well looked after and rooms were clean. House keeping team was efficient and super fast in responses. Aswan and Ram did a great job. Your app is great. Responses were very fast. Would definitely recommend Mirage for families who are looking for a great value. Thank you for the beautiful upgrade too 😊 we booked 2 beach units, but due to non-availability of inter connecting rooms, they upgraded us to water villas. The kids room in all the villas is a great idea.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay on this peaceful and quiet dream island. Everything is beautiful and the staff are all incredibly friendly, helpful, and caring. The arrival and departure by speedboat, which took roughly 40 minutes, were smooth, and the seats even had a massage function to help us relax before and after the long intercontinental flight. We stayed in a water villa with a jacuzzi. The room was very spacious and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. There was also great privacy, even when enjoying the jacuzzi or sunbathing on the balcony. The weather was a bit difficult during our stay, as it rained heavily every day, but nevertheless, we were still able to enjoy every single minute. Since we preferred a more private atmosphere, we chose to have our breakfast at The Club and our dinner at the Blue Fin Restaurant, instead of at the Gallery, the main restaurant. Even though the resort is quite new, we experienced impressive marine life. During our snorkeling trips, when the weather allowed, we saw many different fish, including pufferfish, stingrays, eagle rays, and even a turtle. A big THANK YOU to the management and all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable. We truly hope to be back soon.

Rubel Villa attendant was very thoughtful in the cleaning and preparation work, including honeymoon and birthday flower beds, and prepared many surprises for us in advance. Our room was cleaned very clean and comfortable every day, and daily necessities and food were well stocked. Every staff member here is very nice and highly recommended.
