First of all, I would like to thank the entire staff. Everyone was very nice, patient and smiling. Thanks to him, we felt really good in the hotel. Both the hotel and our room corresponded to 5 stars. Unfortunately we had one of the few rooms without a balcony so it was difficult to dry wet things. The food was sufficiently varied and tasty. With one exception. In the a la carte restaurant, we received insufficiently tasty food and instead of a medium steak, we received a well done. The beaches were clean and close to the hotel with plenty of sunbeds. There were stands on the beaches with a wide selection of different tasty foods, so those who didn't want to go to the main building for lunch could also eat on the beach. We missed the hotel bar a bit. All the bars were outside and it was not possible to bring a drink inside. Part of the hotel's services was also the possibility of visiting the aquapark. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall, very happy with the experience. Service is really good. Staff are all friendly. Outdoor facilities and aqua park are really great. Indoor space and rooms are clean but seem outdated. The hotel indoors doesn’t give luxurious vibe, it gives you clean and practical vibes. Breakfast buffet was good.

We stayed at this hotel 2 times. The first time we had a lovely room near the main elevator. the second time we were given a room in a nearby building. this room was bigger and not comfortable. The long, empty hallway in the room looked scary. We didn't want to stay there. but the staff was very friendly and offered to look at other rooms, we looked and chose the most acceptable one. but I realized that the comfort of staying at the hotel strongly depends on which room you will be given. the breakfasts are very tasty and very varied. there are so many delicious things that people on a diet should not attend these breakfasts 😅 because it's a very big temptation. It was nice to meet a lady at the reception who speaks Russian. Nadia told us about the seasons in Salalah. we will definitely return to Salalah and of course we will choose this hotel for our stay.

We visited Oman in April 2024 and stayed in Fanar Hotel and Residences for a week. Generally, Oman as a destination is a perfect place for a short beach-y break for a week because it is not too far from Slovakia and a direct charter flight takes just 7 hours. Location is perfect too. Not to close neither to far from the airport or Salalah city. Picturesque sights! Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at a resort and had a great experience. All the services were excellent, and the food was good. However, improvements could be made regarding the drinks included in the all-inclusive service. The rooms were very nice, and the beach was lovely with many beautifully arranged spots available. This resort is an excellent choice for families with children, offering plenty of playgrounds and ample space for evening walks. I recommend it for a relaxing vacation, both for families with children and others. The pools were very well maintained. I highly recommend this resort.

We stayed at the Hilton Salalah Resort last week as a five days trip of two friends. I was welcomed as a Hilton Honours member and was offered a complimentary upgrade. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The rooms and gym were recently renovated. They were spotless clean and everything was brand new. Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful. In terms of improvement, I suggest improving the restaurant’s menu and provide the waiters with some more training on customer service and the menu choices. Moreover, additional facilities in the hotel would be great such as kids play areas and a variety of restaurants. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Rooms The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and elegantly designed with modern amenities. My room had a private balcony that opened up to panoramic sea views, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the tranquility of the surroundings. The comfortable bed, luxurious linens, and thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and evening turndown service made it feel like a home away from home. Dining The dining experience at Hilton Salalah is outstanding. Overall its a 5 star, whenever I come to Salalah I have to choose this hotel, the service they offer is a 10/10 I had to wait only 5 minutes for them to collect my luggage, they also clean these rooms pretty quickly and the rooms are well cleaned and are pretty cozy, although they aren’t the best but they are highly great, but I asked for a mountain view and they moved me to a room that leads to a construction view, I didn’t care much but I hope they work on it. In the conclusion I would definitely recommend this hotel.

They say it’s a 5 star hotel but the hotel works like a 2 star hotel. Overall our stay was very bad and not something to be happy about. They say it’s pet friendly but they charge you extra 50 OMR. The policy was never mentioned when you book through agencies. Clearly there is misleading information about this hotel. We had booked for mountain view room but they downgraded it to a view with construction people walking around. It was very unprofessional. Also the night pub culture is very bad. They just host the party to promote a bad culture. There are ladies misbehaving and throwing glass bottles around. How are they even allowing such pathetic behaviour!! Also they don’t give a damn when the guests arrive and about collecting the luggage. We had to wait approx 1 hour for someone to come and collect our luggage after telling them multiple times. Also the receptionist isn’t friendly. You don’t get parking spot because the people who come to the pub are given more priority and provided parking. Please make it a thing that you mention your policies clearly via agencies and booking apps. I would say that it’s a scam to mislead people.

Where do I Start, if I could give 0 stars I would and that would be the write way to start this. It’s a shame to how they have run down the hotel, the room has a smell of humidity, the floor in the room is dirty, as a paying guest I would expect a lot more from a 5 star resort. It’s all about the all inclusive package they sell if that’s how you want to run the place that is your choice, then please close the option for people to book rooms and pay. At the beach bar we couldn’t get service as it was only for the package guests, mind you that’s the only place to get even water on the beach. At the pool bar and restaurant they only serve package guests so you cannot order and pay also. So me being a paying guest I cannot eat or drink near the pool or at the beach. The WiFi is the worst I’ve seen even in my room you’ll be lucky to get 2 bars. The food at the only restaurant I could eat at for lunch is at mediocre. The best was the breakfast experience and even that gets ruined with unprofessional staff that make rules as they go along. When we spoke to the F&B manager he assured us we could order from the beach bar and then they run out of ice. So sadly I do not think I will ever come here again and I would never recommend it to any of my acquaintances. As this time I made the mistake of telling friends and we all booked here. Not to sound to bad the location and the property get 5 stars as the views of the ocean are breathtaking but that’s all.

Rooms are nice and spacious. They are clean although we did have a bit of mold in our bathroom. My biggest complaint is about the A/C. Once turned off the room gets wet fairly quickly because of the moist air. If kept on on the other hand, it’s semi noisy and it disturbs one’s sleep. Also, I didn’t get the feeling it was able to dehumidify the air in the room completely. I must add however, that I kept the temperature quite high, at 23 degrees Celsius. The staff was friendly, forthcoming, and helpful.

Amazing suite and food was delicious. Many delicious options for breakfast! the resort was beautiful, a very nice lagoon. Wifi connection was great. Huge pool, full of fun kids club. Great location. We loved this resort. Me and my family highly recommend this place for a quick rest for continuing your trip😁

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Salalah Rotana Resort, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. With easy access to the beach and nearby attractions, it’s a prime spot for both relaxation and exploration. The resort's amenities were good, catering to guests of all ages. Whether it was lounging by the beautifully maintained pools, working out in the well-equipped gym, or enjoying quality time at the kids club, there was something for everyone. The tennis court was another great addition, perfect for those looking to stay active during their stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, which added to the overall relaxation. However, the furniture felt a bit old-fashioned, and the lighting inside the room could definitely use an upgrade for better ambiance. That said, the level of cleanliness far exceeded my expectations, making the stay all the more pleasant. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the dining experience. The resort offers a diverse range of delicious options, ensuring there’s something to satisfy every palate. Whether you’re in the mood for local flavors or international cuisine, the quality and variety are top-notch. In summary, despite a few minor issues, my stay at Salalah Rotana Resort was truly memorable.

A luxury resort in Salalah. We went there for dinner and we had the paella, which was delicious. The ambience was nice with an Oud player playing music in the background. The staff were attentive and friendly. I can’t judge about the rooms because we didn’t stay over at the resort.

We had a great stay of a few days at this property. The staff, amenities and food were unbeatable. We had the buffet night for a dinner and also tried the Asian restaurant. Food was excellent at both places. The breakfast spread was vast with fresh coconut water brought to the table! There were a few issues with the bathroom which were fixed promptly and desserts given as an apology. We had my grandma traveling with us and all of the staff were extremely helpful with the wheelchair and ensuring she was comfortable.
