Room was clean and spacious with tea coffee facilities. We had a swim up pool. Room clean and housekeeping visited daily. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of food from Thai to contentintal. What let the hotel down was it looks dated in decor, Wood work is rotting and has been fixed by placing plug over the rotted wood in some places and tiles in pool have been mended.can see when done could be a 4 hotel as advertised but it's showing its age and Needs a bit of a refurbishment to get it back to that level.

Overall, our stay at Andaman Seaview was a great experience. The staff were absolutely amazing—always friendly, smiling, and incredibly helpful with anything I needed. The breakfast was excellent, especially the omelette station, which I looked forward to every morning. Fantastic locations as well.
The room was comfortable, with a very cozy bed that made for a restful sleep. The pricing was also very reasonable for what was offered, making it great value for money.
The only downside was that the bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected upon arrival, with some hair left behind. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise enjoyable stay, so I wont go Karen over this.
I would happily return and recommend it to others looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay in Phuket.

Old but great hotel
The staff is wonderful, everything is clean, and although the closets and doors do not close 100% the rest makes up for it!
The kids love the swimming pools, breakfast is versatile and very tasty.
The location is superb!
Across Karon beach, which is very wide with white sand, and with many shops and restaurants around.
The hotel is also walking distance from the amazing KATA walking street!

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience! The staff were really nice the service and food were amazing. And I have to say the animation/entertainment team for their outstanding work. They were incredibly energetic, creative and engaging with a wide range of activities to all ages and interests. Their ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming environment was amazing. Highly recommend!

We had an absolute ball staying here. Although we don't normally stay in resorts, there was so much to do here we actually fell in love with the place. Breakfast was awesome with top quality food and a huge array of options. The staff in the resort are super friendly and although the place is a little bit ageing it is immaculately clean. The lazy river was so much fun and my wife and I spent so much time in it. The rooms are huge and clean and very comfortable. Whilst we could not spin on the beach as it was too rough. It was nice to have it there and to walk along it. Best of all, the traffic around the hotel is very light and unlike Bali it is easy to get around. The gym is one of the best gyms I've seen in a hotel anywhere in the world and that is saying something . We have now fallen in love with Thailand and are coming back on a 2-month trip to explore more of the islands.

We had such a great time at this resort. The location is perfect—just a quick walk to the beach and close to lots of great places to eat from. Anything you might need is within walking distance so a car rental wasn't really needed in our case. What really made the trip special was how amazing the staff were with our kid. Nicky was especially fantastic. Very polite, energetic, and great with the little ones. Our son had a fantastic time every time! Excellent place to stay with the family.

Well this place has been a pleasant surprise. We came here for a family holiday I didn’t have huge expectations, but it has been fantastic. The location is really good . It’s right on the beach and close enough to walk to the shopping area and have some great massages. The service has been excellent. The breakfast is really good and so is the happy hour. I would highly recommend it for a family and couples. It’s an older crowd .

Stayed 7 nights as a couple. Location is very good with close proximity to beach , shops and transport. Staff were always very friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to assist. Lots of eateries close by. Breakfast was lovely smorgasbord. The new renovations have been excellent and provided a lovely casual relaxed ambience.
Only a minor suggestion is to include perhaps fox sports or similar on tv but that is minor.

The hotel is new and very clean. It’s amazing for kids, with various pools, slides, and a kids’ room that offers different activities every day. Not all activities are free, but 200–400 baht per hour is reasonable. The beach is literally across the road. The staff are incredibly accommodating and will meet almost all your needs. Unfortunately, my daughter had a high fever during our stay. Not only did they follow up with several calls to check on her, but they also offered a free ride to the nearest doctor. They were also preparing special flu tea using the ingredients I have requested from their buffet (not just basic tea, but herbal remedy). Special thanks to An from the buffet—she learned the recipe, so I didn’t have to repeat it to the staff each time.
The family room had open shower design, which is not super convenient with kids as they splash all over the bathroom. But room service is coming every day.
Buffet options are great for breakfast. Healthy and to suit almost everyone.

Thumbs up for the hospitality and all the staff! The security personnel guarding the parking area were especially helpful. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel’s service.
Unfortunately, during our stay, the kids' slide was still under renovation, so my children didn’t get a chance to try it. However, the adult slide was available and it was totally fun!
I highly recommend booking a ground floor room with direct pool access for a more enjoyable experience. if you have kids, don't forget to bring to kids club.

"Wonderful Stay at a Fantastic Hotel!"
We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel and the service provided. We booked a Grand Family Room with a pool view, which essentially consists of two connected rooms. Both rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained.
The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, and the hospitality was excellent. The location is also very convenient – just a 2-minute walk to the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities.
Our children particularly enjoyed the swimming pools, including the children’s pools.
Overall, we had a truly enjoyable experience and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Great beachside location - but not a private beach. The service was great, even though they had a huge corporate party in staff were still attentive and helpful.
The resort was amazing - huge! Lots of places to explore and roam around. The shuttle service to the front was helpful too. Pools were good - not too busy. Rooms were great too. Everything you would expect - bed super comfortable and all amenities needed. Some things were just being renovated / updated but there were enough places to eat. Live music in the lobby lounge each night was good, but they do put the prices up a little for “happy hour” so it’s not as much of a bargain as it could be!
Small downsides - housekeeping needed to be requested each day and they didn’t seem to sweep the floors at all, we noticed the sand getting worse each day. There was also no light for the balcony which meant we couldn’t use after sunset.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The service was absolutely impeccable. Everywhere I went, workers greeted and bowed. The resort is composed of several interconnected buildings. I was in Wing E which happened to be where the check-in counter was. To get around to the other buildings, there was a constant shuttle every 10 minutes or so. The pools were super comfortable and clean. Towels are available at every pool, so there was no need to bring one from the hotel room. The breakfast buffet was full-service, with servers bringing drinks, stations for making custom omelettes, crêpes, or noodles. The choices were incredible, including curry chicken, fried rice, fruits and veggies, breads and cereals, etc. To explain the 4 stars for the location, it was approximately 45 minutes from the airport. But other than that, this hotel is highly, highly recommended!

Only went for their Chinese New Year dinner and show. It was really great. Their staff is amazing compared to much of what we've experienced at other hotels across the island. The buffet was generous, the entertainment was enjoyable. Everything was in balance. Walked around after the event: loved how many of the old trees they preserved and how many water features that they integrated. If only one didn't need to cross the busy to get to the beach.

For a five-star hotel rating, I'd say it's four stars max. While the surroundings are nice, the hotel rooms and buildings are ripe for renovation. Cracks, leaks, noisy air conditioning in the rooms. We only chose breakfast, where the selection was of a high standard. Unfortunately, the whole hotel bears the mark of COVID: almost every other employee is a trainee and hardly anyone speaks proper English. Even the receptionists were not easy to understand. The towels, despite daily laundry, are often stained and seem dirty. The sun beds are great and we liked the pools, however, there were an awful lot of guests who ignored others and listened to music loudly or shouted, "chasing" us into the tranquility zones. We had chosen a bed there and another guest threw our stuff down and usurped the sunbed. These few inconveniences were not handled properly by the staff, which would be essential for this hotel to become a much more superb place.

Paradox is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I booked a sea view room, and the view during sunset was amazing.
The food was great every day. I never missed breakfast, there was a good variety, and everything was fresh, especially the fruits and pastries. I have a sensitive stomach, so I’m always careful with food, but I had no problems at all.
The pool was clean and relaxing, and the staff were always nearby and ready to help.
All the staff were very friendly and professional, from reception to housekeeping and the lifeguards.
This was my second time staying at Paradox, and definitely not the last. Highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome — everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to rest after a long day of sightseeing.
The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options each morning.
Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

Loved their chocolate cake and hot chocolate and their fresh pastries! Thank you Chef Tong and Chef Boom! I recommend the beach/ swimming pool and city view rooms Caz the view is stunning! Above all Many Thanks again to Chef Tong and Chef Boom for the daily delicious cakes and pastries and for making our stay a memorable experience. However, the kids club when compared to other hotels needs to be upgraded in terms of activities to make it lively such as dancing, singing, etc. suggest to also introduce kids activities and games by the main pool area.

I loved staying at the paradox. The pool was nice, the scenery was amazing and just getting to be so close to Karon beach was great. The staff are the sweetest people you’ll ever meet! I totally recommend and I’m already planning to come back and this time with my children as I got a chance to look around and see the kids club as well as the resort it’s so family friendly. The only thing I have to say is please provide a bigger buffet option for non pork eaters and would love some more vegetarian options please.

We spent 10 wonderful nights at Paradox and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure our comfort. I requested a room change, and it was handled promptly with no fuss. The view from the main building is absolutely breathtaking, and the entire resort feels like a peaceful oasis. The Spa is stunning—serene, beautifully designed, and the massage I received was truly one of the best I’ve ever had. I was also surprised with a sweet birthday cake from the resort, which made the stay even more special. Breakfast offered a great variety, with both Western and Asian options, and the cocktails by the pool were the perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway at Karon Beach in Phuket.
