Stayed a week here. Great staff always willing to help and make sure your stay is enjoyable. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Staff in the dining room in the morning are very attentive and work hard to make sure guests enjoy their breakfast. Very good choice and lots of coffee. There were always sunbeds available at the pool and lifeguards were always in attendance. Good location, straight across the road to the beach and short walk to restaurants, if you choose not to eat at the hotel. Very much a family/couples location which felt safe to stroll out at night.

The best stay I have ever had in my life :)
The resort is stunning, always cleaned and looked after in every details. The beach is only 2 steps away - you literally have just to cross the road - and if you don't want to make the 5 min walk from the lobby to the beach, they will bring you there.
The breakfast is definitely the highlight - serving any kind of food you might be looking for and most of it is cooked right on the spot upon your request.
I got injured during my holiday and we ended up eating almost every night at the restaurant of the resort and we didn't get let down at all - the food was really nice and the service excellent.
Above all, everyone is super welcoming, lovely and caring. They try to accommodate your request in any possible way making you feeling completely at home and at ease.
I would definitely recommend wether you are a group of friends (as we did), a solo traveller, a couple or a family - you will definitely enjoy it.
I'm already thinking to come back there soon :)

I believe this is one of the largest resorts in phuket . From my room till I reach karon Beach I need to walk for 14 minutes through villas and swimming pools and lagoons and gardens of this huge resort. They have 4 swimming pools. It is a bit expensive and there are lot of Russian tourists who are nice people and see less tourists from other nationalities. I love the service there and the breakfast is amazing and super delicious. I recommend you to stay even a couple of nights there and give it a try if you want to stay away from noise and crazy night life in patong and other places . This resort if family friendly and I saw lot of kids enjoying there . Super safe . No visitors allowed . Thank you for all the staff there who were helpful and amazing

I want to make an update to my earlier review.
While there are improvements needed to the resort (from security/ staff training/ IT management), my stay for the last 3 days has been fairly comfortable.
The room that was assigned to us is dated, barely furnished, and not value for money compared to the other rooms / villas that are renovated and supposedly cheaper than our suites, but our chambermaid has not neglected the daily housekeeping to ensure the room is dust-free in every corner and I am appreciative. Over the last few days, I see all employees work very hard around the resort to keep a very large resort clean and maintained and it is only fair to be kind and give credits when it is due.
Albeit the initial poor experience at check-in, I can sense that the ground employees try their best to provide a positive experience for all their guests.
Location-wise, it is next to Karon beach so it is finely accessible to good amenities. It is a relatively good resort for families for its large space, compared to the other resorts in the vicinity as it has many reasonable amenities to keep younger guests busy.

This is not a five star hotel. Definitely not worth the money that they're charging you for it.
We visited it on October and our feedback was really bad.
When we checked in to our room, we quickly noticed that not only was it not clean but it was also in desperate need of renovation.
Noisy, maintenance works around and not so comfy.
The breakfast buffet was really bad because the selection of protein was extremely limited.
Like most of Phuket, this hotel attracts a very unpleasant crowd that's obnoxious and completely oblivious of their surroundings. We thought maybe staying at a 5-star hotel will make things better, but that wasn't the case.
When we were checking out, they asked how we liked our stay. We were honest and shared how we felt.
The receptionist said she can talk to the manager and see what they could do for us but the taxi was already waiting for us at the lobby so we politely declined.
Avoid this place, looks good on pictures but no one who knows what a 5-star hotel looks like would ever consider this anything close to a 5-star hotel.
