Came here on a solo trip and I had the most amazing time! The service was great, the workers are amazing and friendly, food was amazing, everything was perfect in my opinion. I would definitely come back here. There is a beautiful beach right across the street from the resort with local stores/restaurants along the strip as well. Very quiet and peaceful area

Exceptional beach resort for families

Right next to Karon beach, we took a 2 bedroom villa for us and the kids for 5 nights in June 2024 - It rained hard for many hours almost everyday.
The rooms , common lounge, kids bunk bed area, outdoor seating and bathrooms were all huge and right next to the main pool. Loved the easy access.
However due to it being on the ground floor and monsoon season we had a lot of mosquitoes, bugs that we had to ask housekeeping to manage from time to time.
The bathrooms and bedrooms dont have latches from the inside, so privacy goes a bit for a toss with other shared members.
The room lighting was a bit dim too, this should definitely be improved.
The 1 working restaurant was excellent and had great food options. Plus the breakfast spread was incredible everyday,
For the kids the play room was superb, our small kids loved playing there for hours and we got some good rest not tending to them.
The staff throughout the hotel is very attentive, courteous and always have a smile on their face.
The hotel is located right next to markets within walking distance so its very convenient. It is also located right next to the Karon beach … about 100 metres to the beach from the resort.
All in all I will stay here again, loved the stay.

Stayed there for 5 nights in a luxury villa (got upgraded on arrival). The check-in process was seamless and the stuff was really helpful, we really enjoyed having that small bath and a shower outside! Breakfast was great, special thanks to Peth and Pacifica team for their warmth and attention! Excellent coffee - variety, quality and availability of non diary options. The beach is across the road from the hotel, it'd be great if hotel had free surf boards and or boogie boards for the guests. While the villas are solidly maintained but quite tired and unrenovated , new rather than antique hair fans, permanent shampoo/gel/conditioner dispersals and free water bottles would definitely improve the overall experience. Gym is quite spacious compared to other hotels, it would be more complete if a few foam rollers were available.

Construction happening now . Would not recommend coming until completion. At times the noise can be heard throughout the lobby, restaurant and main pool area. Their second pool is also being re-tiled. Staff have been friendly.
Edit: despite the reply to this comment - I contacted the front desk with no help or remedy, they couldn’t even stop loud construction happening right beside and during breakfast.

The rooms are the same standards as the ones I paid 25 USD for per night in Phuket just earlier this year.
They are not considerate of their guests. For example, they don't offer mosquito spray for guests, which is offered by every other hotel I stayed in Thailand.
It’s a joke that this is a 5 star hotel given the service level standards.
