Perfectly situated for the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, this hotel offers a laidback option away from the bustle of the city. For those sports fanatics, the impressive Zayed Sports City is nearby, home to a number of world-renowned sporting tournaments and fixtures. The iconic Sheikh Zayed Mosque is also just a short taxi ride away. If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9.30pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Stayed at this hotel as part of the layover in abu dhabi (paid by etihad). The hotel looked good on the outside, and the room was large, but upon closer inspection, everything was very worn out and getting extremely old. Room had 1 pair of slippers and 1 toothbrush (even though it was for 2 people) , 2 bottles of water (restocked on 2nd day) some tea and coffee (which werent restocked on the 2nd day) , showergel, shampoo and body lotion (mini tube). The carpet in the hallways make pushing large suitecases extremely hard (but this is the case with a lot of hotels) and we had no support with suitecases when we arrived or left. Weird smell in the room on the 2nd day that didn't disappear. Windows were extremely dirty on the outside. If you're not too fussy about your hotels, then this one is fine. If you're a clean freak like me, then this won't really meet your standards. Location wise, its situated next to a lot of other hotels. Around 20 mins by taxi to airport. Theres a small convenience store nearby (5 mins walk) but quite small.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly accommodating and made sure all my needs were met. The pool was a perfect place to relax, and while I didn’t dine at the restaurant, I absolutely loved the ambiance and the view. The entire atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it a memorable visit. I would definitely recommend it!

Aloft Abu Dhabi was a suprise to me when I realised Etihad holidays booked my stopover there instead of the hotel I chose in first place. When I arrived, I explained the situation to Ismael, the guy at reception and he assured me that I'm gonna like it better there! Thumbs up to him! I did enjoy my time to Aloft and my time in Abu dhabi. Breakfast was plentifull and tasty. Beside the typical kind of food there were local emirati food as well. Pool was really pretty and seemed well maintained!

The Aloft hotel is big, comfortable and has all modern amenities. Built in to the ADNEC conference center it is very conveniently located for conferences - but the area is also great for small walks to the nearby shops (including a beer store) and restaurants. Best thing at the Aloft hotel is absolutely the Glow Bar located directly next to the lovely swimming pool and recreational area. Manned daily from 11am to 11pm by Mr. Omar and the team of friendly and service minded personel, this is the perfect spot to relax after a busy work day or while on vacation!! Big screen for sports events and plenty of spaces at the bar, at the tables outside or under røde, at the day beds and around the pool... This place has everything you need 😃 Food is seemed here at reasonable prices and everything is done with a smile and a warm, friendly greeting from Mr. Omar, Edison, Morad and co. Frequent travelers will know the value of friendly faces and service minded, efficient people in places such as the bar - and Glow Bar is among the absolute best places I have had my afternoon refreshments and even dinner. I cannot recommend this lovely spot enough!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my mom, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We had booked a 4-night stay, but after spending only 1 night there, we decided to check out the next morning due to several issues. The room was not as advertised, and the service was subpar. Despite our early departure, the hotel is only offering a refund for 2 nights, not the full amount for the nights we didn’t stay. This feels incredibly unfair, especially since we communicated our concerns and left as soon as we could. I will not be returning, and I would advise others to look elsewhere for better service and a more honest approach to customer satisfaction.
