Room is excellent. Bed is conformable. Layout is good and has plenty of electric socket.
Hospitality to be improved. Most of the Staff are not so kind to children. Not smiling. Room service is slow.
Location is good if you came for business purpose. A lot of good restaurant and Cafe.

We checked in to aloft no welcome very cold check in we booked half board for two night two rooms + one kid restaurant times were not explained had to ask for the timings & locations no buffet in on the first night set menu only and was asked to pay for the kids dinner and when mention the child is 5 years still insisted that we have to pay. We requested to speak to the manger & the waiter checked with the manger & it was included staff our not trained no welcome.
Breakfast was average. TV in the room was not working had to call 3 times from 9 in the morning to fix it how come you releases rooms for check in with out checking the equipment in the room is working or not ? Housekeeping F&B Front Office you should work on your customer service also we wanted to swap dinner for lunch & it was not possible ?? No flexibility being a Marriott property you don't live up to your standards very disappointing

I will talk about the rooftop. Discovering this gem in Al Ain was truly a highlight of my evening outings. The bar offers a big range of alcoholic beverages and very special cocktails. The food menu complements the drinks perfectly. What sets perfect this place is its stunning view!! The people is vibrant and the music selection keeps the energy high. A must-visit place for sure!

We stayed there for 3 days. First thing I noticed was the tiny check in area with 1 person working, we had to wait some time to be served. The room was on the first floor, I asked for a quiet room location. The room had carpeting that looked old, pillows were way too soft. Every time the neighbor shut their door ours shook. There was some vibrating noise under my bed that kept me up, I was too tired to complain and spent another night with the noise. The following morning, I had not slept well, banging noise started at 8 am. I had to get out of bed and go to the front desk, she said no construction was going on etc, I knew they were going to make me seem like I was imagining it so I let her hear the recording. They moved us to another room on the same floor. Both rooms a/c was hot, did not sleep the 3 days I was there. The valet parking was good. The surrounding area was nice, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops.

Service is slow, mismanaged, bad service experience for basic needs. Good business rooms - do your things outside like eating and others instead of requesting them.
Ordered some drinks for room service - delayed. Went to the bar - all tables were reserved. I end up paying both orders (bar and room service) with a bad experience.

1. Good hotel + bad service = unsatisfactory
2. Average hotel + good service = satisfactory
