Loved the customer service from check-in to house keeping staff, especially Krishna for taking care of our needs. Pros - Helpful staff, quiet pool, close to attractions. Cons - First off, there are no semi double beds as stated on Agoda booking. This not the fault of the hotel but however it did mean I had terrible nights sleep due to having to share a single bed. My back and stomach hurt due to this inconvenience. The hotel offered an extra portable bed, which im thankful for, however to be honest, it is like sleeping on a plank of wood. No children entertainment at this hotel therefore for nothing for the children to do barring the swimming pool. Although they state a playground in the hotel description but you have to access this from a different hotel next door. The quality of the buffet breakfast is low, not a great variety of options. However the ommlette chefs are great and l like the addition of Masala tea. Rooms (plaza) are dark with a cold interior. Aircon was outdated and not responsive. Room was not deep cleaned on arrival as there was still makeup from previous guest on the mirror and strands of hair. Dust, hair food remains under the bed and some sort of spilt liquid behind the bed. Private beach is not accessible from the hotel but via crown plaza. I feel conned with my experience here. As much as our stay was not terrible, I would not come back as I know I could experience better for the same price if not less.

The entire experience was pure bliss—unparalleled luxury, world-class hospitality, and an atmosphere that made us never want to leave. This hotel is truly a gem in Abu Dhabi, and we can’t wait to return!”

Stayed here with family. 4 rooms. 2 nights. Friday and Saturday. Reached the hotel at around 11am, parked our luggage and moved to one of the amusement parks. The concierge at the reception is very helpful with the information you seek regarding things to do, places to visit and timings of the shuttle etc. (Lasitha at the desk). Our rooms on the 4th floor were spacious, with adequate space for an extra bed. Ask for a room facing the poolside / creek (better views and come with a balcony), and not the one facing the other direction. The location is central, the shuttle that takes you around Yas stops just 100mtrs away, and you can also get cabs pretty easily throughout the day. The hotel has several F&B outlets. The swimming pool is also pretty good. The breakfast spread was huge and it also had an Indian counter to cater to the tourists from India. The team took good care of us, providing Jain options and preparing eggless batter for pancakes upon special request. A very pleasant stay, and would surely recommend, while staying at Yas Island.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was very convenient for visiting the parks. What really stood out was the excellent service. Sohaila from the reception team was especially helpful and accommodating, making sure our stay was seamless. The housekeeping team, particularly Reynan, did a great job keeping everything clean and replenished. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we’d be happy to return.

Very nice personnel in the hotel - they make the stay even more enjoyable. The view from the balcony is relaxing and chill. Just quite a lot of airplanes flying close, but some would find it fascinating)
