We stayed there for 1 day during our trip. Everything was great in the hotel. The rooms are big and had a sofa bed for kids. We arrived early and hotel provided us room in 10 minutes. Great location. The breakfast buffet was great. Mr. Binod at concierge really helped us in planning, taking shuttle and also arranged a big car for us to travel back to Dubai. Would love to stay there again in next trip.

I'd like to give it 10 if possible. Everything was professionally organized. They handled the luggage nicely. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was handled professionally and the in-room dine in food was delicious. I'd like to shout out to the concierge, specially Binod (Concierge Team Leader) for all his amazing assistance. There was a miscommunication about handling my luggage, and he handled it personally.
Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, and I definitely recommend the visit specially with your family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crown Plaza Yas Island and I must take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by Thu Thu. From the moment we arrived at the breakfast area, her warm and genuine smile made us feel right at home. She was attentive and efficient, ensuring that every guest was well taken care of. Whether it was refilling my coffee or offering recommendations on the breakfast menu, Thu Thu went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable.
Later in the evening, I had the chance to visit the coffee shop, and once again, Thu Thu was there to greet us with her infectious smile. She remembered our preferences from the morning and made us feel like a valued guest. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to service truly set her apart. I can't emphasize enough how her top-notch service enhanced our stay. Thank you, Thu Thu, for making my experience at Crown Plaza so memorable!

What a beautiful hotel. Everything about this hotel is amazing. Excellent staff. Clean environment. Wonderful location for exploring Yas Island in general. I was lucky enough to have access to the club lounge and one of the staff in particular stood out. Her name is Shruti, she is one of the most professional hotel staff I have ever met, she was extra nice with my kids and very patient overall. She contributed to making this hotel experience one a wonderful one for the family
