We stayed there for 1 day during our trip. Everything was great in the hotel. The rooms are big and had a sofa bed for kids. We arrived early and hotel provided us room in 10 minutes. Great location. The breakfast buffet was great. Mr. Binod at concierge really helped us in planning, taking shuttle and also arranged a big car for us to travel back to Dubai. Would love to stay there again in next trip.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Yas Island, booking through the Yas Island website for a stay from April 1st to April 5th. While the overall experience was positive, one incident did leave a negative impression. When we arrived at the hotel late on the night of April 4th, we were informed that our booking ended that day instead of April 5th. I showed the staff my booking confirmation, which clearly stated the correct check-out date, and they acknowledged the mistake. I asked why no one contacted me earlier in the day to clarify, and the response — that they couldn’t call my Saudi number — was quite disappointing, especially for a hotel that frequently accommodates international guests. We were eventually let back into our room, which still had our luggage, but unfortunately it hadn’t been serviced at all. Aside from this issue, the rest of our stay was enjoyable, and the facilities and location were great. I do hope the hotel takes steps to improve communication and attention to guest details going forward.
