I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crown Plaza Yas Island and I must take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by Thu Thu. From the moment we arrived at the breakfast area, her warm and genuine smile made us feel right at home. She was attentive and efficient, ensuring that every guest was well taken care of. Whether it was refilling my coffee or offering recommendations on the breakfast menu, Thu Thu went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable.
Later in the evening, I had the chance to visit the coffee shop, and once again, Thu Thu was there to greet us with her infectious smile. She remembered our preferences from the morning and made us feel like a valued guest. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to service truly set her apart. I can't emphasize enough how her top-notch service enhanced our stay. Thank you, Thu Thu, for making my experience at Crown Plaza so memorable!

Nice place with an amazing view of the golf courses. Everything was good except for the initial issue with early check-in. When I reached out, they said, ‘Come over, and we’ll handle it.’ However, when I arrived, they didn’t have a room available, which made it a bit hectic for me to plan at the very last minute. I wish they had either provided a concrete option or stuck to their message.

What a beautiful hotel. Everything about this hotel is amazing. Excellent staff. Clean environment. Wonderful location for exploring Yas Island in general. I was lucky enough to have access to the club lounge and one of the staff in particular stood out. Her name is Shruti, she is one of the most professional hotel staff I have ever met, she was extra nice with my kids and very patient overall. She contributed to making this hotel experience one a wonderful one for the family

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided during our recent stay at your hotel in Abu Dhabi. We had come for a family trip to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and I had specifically requested a professionally arranged setup for the occasion. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations.
The only aspect that was provided was a cake, which appeared to be stale and not fresh. I had requested flowers and balloons as part of the setup, but these were not provided. Additionally, the cake was placed amidst used tissues and empty water bottles, with no effort made to clean the table where it was placed.
For a hotel of this caliber, especially located on Yas Island, I expected much higher standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and customer service. The reality of the experience was deeply disappointing, and it certainly did not align with the level of service I anticipated from such a renowned establishment.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The dining options were fantastic—each meal was a treat, with impeccable service to match. The hotel’s location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. I truly appreciated the personalized attention and the seamless experience throughout my stay.
