I recently stayed here. I liked the hospitality and also they upgraded our rooms to sea view with no additional costs. The breakfast spread was really good with a lot of vegetarian options. They also provide free shuttle service to the theme parks where the frequency of the buses is every 30 mins. Glen was really helpful to us and he guided us pretty well. Overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend.

During my stay at this place, I found everything worth the money. The receptionist was very kind to upgrade our room to the sweet knowing the fact that we have a big family and need an extra bed. We had a package that included a water park and a Ferrari world entry, so we could not spend much time in the hotel. However, I really recommend this place for people who are looking for a peaceful yet luxurious staycation. This place is worth the money.

A great hotel in a fantastic location that is being damaged by a terrible refurbishment.
I've stayed at this hotel a number of times before and love the location. It is now being refurbished, which should just add to the attraction.
However, the choice of materials and colours are very poor. Vinyl tiles have replaced carpets in both the corridors and bedrooms and, as there are now no soft surfaces, the acoustics are diabolical. Noise echos up the corridors and even flight noise from the planes is significantly worse.
The visual effect is to be minimalist, which is not a bad thing, but the tiles look cheap and the blue and white colour scheme is an 80s nightmare that reminds me of kindergarten school.
The beach was also a lot dirtier than on the past.
It is still a wonderful location with fantastic sea views and the staff were great. I would stay again albeit I will now consider the stay bridge or rotanna instead.

Since the renovations I found the rooms are very, very noisy.
If there is any sort of outside event at the hotels bar Stills, and you are not planning on attending it....better request a room well away from that wing of the hotel as the noise is incredible and runs until late.
There are no soft floor coverings in the rooms or the hallways so the room is bombarded with other guests noise.
There is no longer a desk in the room or a place to work.
Older people may also struggle with the hight of the bath that doubles as the shower.

The hotel was clean and organized. The staff members in every department were friendly and helpful. The pool was well maintained with enough space for both kids and adults, the life guards were vigilant and always made sure that people followed the rules. The availability of kids entertainment room and other amenities was very useful. Free underground parking was very convenient. The food in both restaurants was decent. The room was clean and decent size. One thing the hotel can improve on is room maintenance just to make sure everything works well before the guest checks in. Otherwise everything else was great.
