We stayed at the Grand Baker Bangkok Atrium Hotel, booking an Executive Corner Room with access to the Executive Lounge. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered excellent comfort and great views, which were the highlights of our stay. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations for a 5-star property. We arrived in the afternoon and were welcomed with snacks, a nice gesture to start our stay. However, we missed out on the cocktail menu and lounge experience on the first day due to our schedule. The next morning, the breakfast served in the Executive Lounge was disappointing, with limited options that didn’t impress. Despite requesting Indian breakfast, we were informed that such options weren’t available, which was a letdown. The snacks offered throughout the day in the lounge lacked variety, making the overall food experience quite underwhelming. However, the cocktail menu on the second evening was enjoyable, with well-prepared drinks that added a touch of luxury. Unfortunately, the breakfast on the final morning repeated the same limited choices, with no improvement in variety or quality. While the room itself was luxurious and comfortable, the food quality and service in the Executive Lounge left much to be desired. For a 5-star property, the experience didn’t feel premium enough, especially given the price point. It was an okay stay overall, but not one we would eagerly repeat.

It's a very pleasant hotel, the entrance is grand and very spacious. The rooms are clean and comfortable,facilities are great, nice size gym, cosy pool with good seating and great pool side bar offering all type of drinks and food, The staff are very helpful and friendly, getting a taxi here is easy, getting one to go anywhere is good, but due to traffic it can be slightly delayed The only slight issue for myself was not being able to open a window for some fresh air, and no ventilation in the bathroom Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely, yes, it's definitely worth the money

Amazing hotel with delightful staff. Great food and bar. My massage at their hotel was amazing as well. They made me feel very comfortable. It was a fun, relaxing stay. I would highly recommend for their price.

I do not recommend this hotel as it does not justify its price for the following reasons: The hotel is old and in urgent need of renovation. Poor customer service with delays in check-in. I arrived at 11 AM but was only given my room at 3 PM. Strong smells of burning and electrical issues, which raise safety concerns. Overpriced compared to other hotels offering better value for the same price. Lack of honesty— I specifically booked a king-size bed, but they gave me a small bed instead (I have pictures as proof). The hotel is large, but the swimming pool is surprisingly small. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable environment throughout my visit. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes, and everything was fresh and delicious. As a platinum member, I had access to the lounge, which was a great perk with added convenience. The hotel is also very family-friendly, with plenty of amenities for kids to enjoy. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making sure every need was taken care of. Additionally, the location is unbeatable—right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend for both families and business travelers!
