Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Bangkok
Stayed at Amari Bangkok for a few nights and overall had a great experience. The hotel is well-located in the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. Restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping areas are all within walking distance, which is a huge plus.
The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a good rest after a long day out. The design is modern with a cozy ambiance, though nothing extraordinary. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean.
Breakfast had a good variety, but Muslim guests need to be cautious as some dishes contain pork. It would be great if the hotel could provide clearer labeling or more halal options.
Service was professional and friendly, with staff always ready to assist. Overall, a pleasant stay and a good option for those looking for comfort and convenience in Bangkok.
Would recommend it for travelers who want a centrally located hotel with decent facilities.

To the HouseKeeping Team, specially crediting this post to Ami, Tong & Dang...Thank you for making our room free of dust and clean every night! This time we are returning to stay with Amara again and we are thrilled by the special attention and hospitality the staffs had given to my family! Breakfast at Club Siraa is so cosy and peaceful... we are pleased with every staff member we met, especially Khun World. All 4 days we see her at the Club serving us with her greatest smile!!
Every night we were also greeted with either lovely towel elephants or yummy delights!! Tonight we had a house of sweet snacks & 2 lovely elephants with a feather balloon when we came home!! My daughter was thrilled!!! Thank you so much Khun Patty & Housekeeping Team for the arrangement! And it made me very pleased that my feedbacks were well noted. Khun Patty....Thank you for meeting us personally at Club Siraa during breakfast. It was great to know you.
This stay was very special as Khun Harry had helped to provide us with complimentary upgrade to the club corner suite room! This room is amazingly huge and we are super pleased that all my requests are well taken in. As we arrive late on Day 1, the team as well as the Reception Staff at our private check in, Khun Fah, called to ensure that my sofa bed was ready so that my girl was able to have a very cosy bed on her own. Thank you so much!
We will be back and hopefully enjoy the renovated room that has bath tub the next year!!

There is a Tuk tuk service served by Ball & Bas to bring us to 3 BTS stations which u require to book in advance. A must try experience. Strongly Recommended Hotel to stay when you come to BKK.

Excellent service by staff. Special mention to Swam, and reception staff. Second special mention to room wrsive team in being so supportive after I hurt my leg. Cruches were available, which have helped immensely. Must remind me to tip: nai, and the lady who cleans 2124, and those who helped me with my grab order when I could not go down night I hurt my foot.
Good breakfast. Indian restaurant is not so great, food wise. Small maintenance on my room, but they did say they were working on renovating the hotel, so probably not worth it till it's done. Rooms service fold also good, maybe but the sweet mango rice pudding was not fresh. Otherwise, all good.

Amazing place! The staff is so nice and welcoming - especially Golf, Korn, and Jack. They recommended a bunch of places and how to get around using different transportation. When we checked in they let us check in early, upgraded our room and let us check out later. They do also give you a $500 voucher for one of there restaurants as well. Right in front of the hotel are a couple different malls you can shop at. Would recommend!
