Excellent choice of stay, in the heart of the city. Spacious and clean rooms, good food. I went for a summit and it was amazing to see how they managed the huge. One star less for service only because when asked for a scale, staff refused to hand it over to me and insisted I should weigh my suitcase and give the scale back. When I called them later, it was told that others had not returned the scales and hence they couldn’t provide me one. You should treat all the guests with the same ..

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The property was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, there were so many options, they have an international selection! The staff at Amaya Restaurant were incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. There were managers checking the guests throughout the meal to ensure everything was going smoothly. A special thank you to Mr. Jeffrey, who checked on us and made sure our dining experience was excellent. We were also fortunate to be there during one of their special dinner buffets, which was outstanding! The selection included lobsters, steaks, oysters, crab legs, soups, pastas, roasted pig, and all other foods. It was all for a reasonable price and was worth it! Additionally, the hotel's location in the city center was perfect and within walking distance to the big malls, night markets, and train stations. All the staff we encountered were courteous, polite, and professional.We will book again in the future!

Good hotel in the city centre. Very good service. We had a good sized room, but the interior of the room was already worn out. The air conditioning worked quietly, but the temperature control did not work, I adjusted it several times to warmer, but the temperature did not get warmer. The pool is beautiful but quite small. It seemed that the pool was in the shade all day, but at least in the morning there are some sun loungers further away in the sun. Very central location. Plenty of large shopping malls within walking distance, but the newest and most luxurious shopping malls are further away. At check-in, we were not instructed how to use the elevator, but it works here in an unusual way (very cleverly) and since we did not understand it, it caused confusion and other customers had to instruct us. The breakfast seemed to have a very rich selection at first, but a very large part is specific food (Indian and Asian) and there is actually not much for European taste. All in all, still a good breakfast. We couldn't find any trash cans in the public areas of the hotel, and since there were no trash cans on the streets, we ended up having to bring the trash we created while walking around the city to the hotel room to throw it in the trash. The sound insulation of the windows is weak, the room was on the 32nd floor, but the street noise was still very loud. I'm a little disappointed because I expected more. I stayed here about 25 years ago, and in the context of that time, it was a much more luxurious hotel compared to now. Since I read that the hotel had renovated, I hoped that everything would be of a good standard, but it seems that this renovation was done a long time ago (at least in our room).

I stayed at this five-star hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, offering a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel’s facilities were also top-notch. The gym was well-equipped and had almost everything I needed for a good workout. The pool area was great, with a bar conveniently located nearby. The location was convenient, within walking distance of all the major malls, and the view from the room was stunning.

I booked Amari Bangkok without doing much research as it was a very last minute trip to Bangkok. I felt so glad I did as it was the best choice I made coming back to Bangkok after more than 10 years. Checking in was easy breezy and we were given a complimentary early check - in as we got ourselves a morning flight to Bangkok. The walk along the corridor to our room was pleasantly scented which lifted up our mood. I booked a Premier Twin Room which comes with 2 double beds, perfect size for our family of 2 adults and 2 young children. The room is very clean and well maintained. I did not book the room stay with breakfast but on one of the mornings, we decided to try out the breakfast buffet after reading good reviews about it. The breakfast buffet has a huge spread of food and they even cater halal food in their spread. Their fitness facilities like the swimming pool and the gym are very well maintained. The gym has a lot of equipment unlike most hotel gyms. The location is so convenient as it is walking distance to many shopping areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
