The hotel was nice especially the view of the river from the rooms. Unfortunately, on our first night, I found a cockroach in our room’s toilet area. The following morning, we reported this incident to the front desk and they told us that our room would be deep cleaned while we are out exploring the city. When we got back to the room at night, there were some marks left on the floor where the cockroach was. Upon asking the front desk, it turned out they deep cleaned a different room. They promised us a second time that our room will be deep cleaned. But unfortunately, they never got to it during our stay since the marks on the bathroom floor remained there throughout our entire stay. The hotel should really pay more attention to cleanliness. We expected a better response from the hotel since they are supposed to be a 5-star hotel.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and well managed with mostly polite staff. Extensive breakfast buffet. Bar prices very expensive! Location was a little out of the way but the hotel provided a free river boat shuttle service to key piers. This put you in an ideal place to pick up the express and tourist boats up and down the river and the BTS rail service. Would stay again

Amazing hotel beautiful decor and wow what a view and good value for money. Staff accommodates hotel guests for the rooftop at night if we didn't have a booking and small group which is really nice because you will want to be on the rooftop every day. Boat shuttle service to Siam Icon is great. I only felt the breakfast was average for Thailand without fresh juices or variety of fruit / only dragon fruit watermelon and papaya- (ugh first world problems)- but its Thailand so you expect it to be free flowing. but I would 100% stay here again.

I had the pleasure of visiting this new riverside hotel to attend a hospitality networking event several years back. The evening included a delightful four-course meal paired with an assortment of flowing beverages, all taking place in their elegant event space. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and tasteful decor that perfectly complemented the scenic view of the river just outside. As I mingled with fellow attendees, I was struck by the diversity of professionals present, each bringing their unique perspectives and expertise to the conversations. Location is the main attraction. Breakfast spread was really good. But overall service while checking in or out was not at par with similar kind of other hotels . Receptionist asked us to spend minimum of 5000 baht for 2 people if we need reservation for table in seen restaurant with good view. I would have loved to but the food and drinks were definitely not worth it and I have been to multiple places in Thailand itself and never been forced to pay specific amount for view when I am staying in that hotel. Seen restaurant is overhyped. There are much better places to eat and enjoy with similar view with better service. Overall good experience with the stay but would go to different place in future.
