Fantastic stay! A great experience the moment you arrive. Everyone is beyond welcoming and friendly, the lovely JP on reception especially. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Great views from the pool and bars. We recommend grabbing a couple of cocktails in the lobby bar and rooftop bar.

The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to travel around. The staff were incredibly helpful and warmly welcoming, even allowing us to check in three hours early. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. On our second night, we enjoyed the Seafood Grill buffet, and the food was absolutely delightful. A special mention to the kind and lovely waitress, Pop, who served us with professionalism and warmth, while Bomb and Aey regularly checked on us to ensure everything—from the food to the drinks—was perfect. A heartfelt thanks to SO Bangkok for providing exceptional service and a cozy room, making the end of our Bangkok trip truly relaxing, memorable, and enjoyable.

I love SO/ Bangkok from the part I can enjoy the greenery view from many levels of the building. The new renovated lobby on 9 FL. is stunning! The cocktail bar with variety of the drink to try. Staff are genuine and welcomed me with a warm hospitality. Thank you to Dome, Teddy and Nook for the friendly service with professionalism. I have also tried the HI-SO Rooftop bar on 29 FL. What a memorable experience!
