This place was the best if you want a quiet weekend with your partner or friends. There's not much to do externally, as it's a bit away from beaches and clubs. So you would need to take a cab or public transport to get out and explore more. The service is exceptional, staff are very friendly. Food was Superb, can't say enough about breakfast, lunch and dinner. With that view, You can't help but want to eat for hours. Evening entertainment was great, but finished rather early (11pm) I suppose it is because others want to go to bed early. You would have to go out for more nightlife. Apart from that, I can't wait to visit again!

Amazing location, 500m tall cliffs! Stunning views. Nearby marina with clean local volcanic rock sand beach. Clean and tidy hotel. Great selection of delicious food for breakfast, dinner. Friendly helpful staff. Had everything we needed. Lots of activities to book in hotel or online. Note: most desirable sunbeds start to be claimed on breakfast start time. (Thats the hotel culture I suppose). Small gym only 2 treadmills. But it's okay if you come before gym opening. We saw some bikes nearby swimming pool but never saw them taken out of the shade for class, or whatever. The hotel had great spa facility and super adorable hotel cat 🐈

Still enjoying our vacations here for one more day, it is simply excellent ! This hotel has so many to give you a wonderful experience. The food is everyday excellent and everyday you have another theme. I have no words, my best hotel ever ! The personal is aswell very friendly and nice. I have no negative point to say, simply AMAZING

This hotel certainly has the wow factor for it's setting. It is very relaxing and the staff were very friendly. The buffet restaurant had excellent choices every day. Apart from breakfast when the last couple of days, the choice of fruit was limited to melon. We had room overlooking the cliffs with a whirlpool bath. The entertainment was on the most part excellent and the young man who ran most of it and the pool events was full of enthusiasm and you could see he enjoyed his work. The all inclusive was excellent plenty of choice and not just house brands. We hired bali beds for several days which were well worth the price. On arrival our patio door would not lock which should have been noticed, apart from that would visit again. Did request not ground floor but although it said floor 2 it is actually on the ground floor because of the position of the room

View in this hotel is amazing. Food was great too. But everything else awful. In one day, we go to the spa free and another day spa cost 12 euro. And towels from fifth day to change cost 2 euro sound like a joke. Even the most cheap hotel get towels for guests free for all day. And we take all inclusive. I don’t imagine how was at your guest who take only breakfast for example. There was a cockroach near the restaurant. It's disgusting. In our room with the Seaview was too beds, but we are a couple so we are waiting for one bed, of course. Every night I get down between these beds. Add a reception workers of this hotel says just if you don’t like something, you should choose another hotel - “go to your travel agency and ask them to change the hotel”, that was impossible. Service in this hotel was awful. The worst service among all the hotels where my husband and I have been.
