Friendly, relaxed, and clean hotel that is situated in a fantastic location on the edge of Golf de Sur resort. This is the second time I have been and recommend it for those wanting a quiet (winter sun) getaway. The staff are excellent and always happy to help. Rooms are a bit dated (mainly the bathroom), but this doesn't detract from the whole experience. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel has won sustainability awards, which is important to me as I want to support businesses that are making this effort.

Me & my husband had a lovely 3 night stay here, staff were so friendly especially front desk, shops and restaurants across the road and the pool/sun lounge area was perfect.
We only had breakfast at the hotel but it was lovely, lots on offer and never seemed too busy so no waiting for any special orders that where cooked fresh in front of you.
I was a little disappointed as I had paid for an upgraded room but don’t feel I got that, although the room was still very big & nice so didn’t bother saying anything to reception.
I wouldn’t say it’s a hotel I’d take my children too but for a couple who just want to escape from everyday crazy life it was perfect 😍 thank you

Room that we had was massive with a four poster bed and a sea view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They sorted out a mishap we had very quickly with no fuss. If golf is your thing, this place is perfectly located. Situated right by the sea, there's lovely walks to be had to neighbouring towns. Not the liveliest of areas, but it suited my wife for a quiet getaway.

It was absolutely disgusting.
First, the guy on the reception was very rude (he works 5.01.25 - for administration)
Next, the rooms really old, need to be innovated immidiately.
Everything is broken, literally everything!
The door was raw, and there are lots of termites living in the room, it the bed, in the fridge etc.
I am bitten by that termites, all my neck and back.
No recommended this hotel, better stay home.
Awful holiday
P.S. Tenerife island is amazing! But please, find another place

Beautiful Hotel, but due to the poor customer service of the receptionist, Enrique; I cannot bring myself to give this hotel anything higher than 2 Stars.
I stayed at this hotel in 2 different periods in November of 2024, both for work. And during this time, I had 3 separate bad experiences with the gentleman at the Front Desk, Enrique.
The first experience at this hotel, I had asked about the availability of a different room, and on both occasions, I was answered rudely and unpolitely “No” without even looking at me, or checking in the system or to give a reason of why this other room was unavailable.
The second experience. The rooms are only equipped with 1 towel per person, on one occasion, I was in need of a second towel so I went to reception in order to ask for a second towel, again, I was told “No” by Enrique, and again, no explanation was given.
The third encounter, and I hope my final encounter with Enrique. During check out, while handing the member the room key, Enrique asked for the room number, even though the key was just handed to him. I did not recall the room number due to my line of work and staying in so many different hotels frequently. Again, the room number was on the key that was just handed to Enrique, I told him this and he became frustrated and angry with me over this.
I would highly suggest that Enrique takes some customer service training, especially while the member struggles to answer basic questions politely and respectfully. I will advise my company to not book me here again.
