This hotel was really good apart from the noise 😩 the noise was awful i honestly had to have earplugs every night (thank god i had some in my bag) we stayed in block B and i don’t think A gets much better..
i recommend bringing ear plugs if you can’t sleep when it’s noisy.
Apart from this inconvenient - the staff was so nice and friendly! i lost my earring down the sink and they got a man to go get it out!
The food was very good as well! fresh and and much choice 😻

This is my second visit to this hotel, and while my previous stay was enjoyable, this experience has been quite disappointing. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the entertainment is excellent, and the kids’ club is outstanding. However, my current stay has been marred by the unbearable noise from a karaoke pub adjacent to the hotel.
For three consecutive nights, I have been unable to sleep due to the loud singing that continues until 3 a.m. This has made it nearly impossible to rest, particularly as I am traveling with my 9-year-old daughter. Despite my request to change rooms, I was informed that the hotel is fully booked, and no alternative arrangements could be made. I even purchased earplugs, but they have proven ineffective.
It is crucial for future guests to be aware of this issue. If you choose to stay at this hotel, I strongly recommend requesting a room that is not on the side facing the karaoke pub. Without adequate rest, it becomes very difficult to enjoy what would otherwise be a great holiday experience.
Additionally, the rooms could benefit from modernization to meet the standards expected of a hotel in this category. While I have stayed in many 4-star hotels, including Gala and Troya, and have never encountered such issues, the situation here has significantly impacted my overall impression.
Unfortunately, I cannot see myself returning to this hotel unless improvements are made, particularly in addressing the noise disturbance, which severely detracts from the holiday experience.

Really nice hotel and close to the sea and amenities. We paid extra for a sea view which was worth it. It would have got 5 stars for the room, but I think it was missing a fridge and the shower was in a bath. However the cleaning lady did an excellent job keeping our room clean. We had an all inclusive deal, and I'd like to thank the bar staff and all the kitchen staff producing such a variety of good food.

What an incredible hotel! The entertainment team is top-notch, especially Daniel, who created such a fun atmosphere for everyone, young and old. The food was outstanding with a wide variety of choices. The rooms were impeccably clean, featuring comfortable beds and fresh linen nearly every day. I must give a big shout-out to Yirian the lifeguard, whose quick and efficient actions saved a woman’s life during a heart attack in the pool area. The staff and managers responded swiftly, showcasing their professionalism. I left my mobile phone on the table where I was eating and the very kind waitress kept it safe and then returned it to me .Well done, Sol Tenerife! You truly excel at what you do, and I can’t wait to return!

Just spent 5 nights All Inc here solo holiday, very clean, staff very friendly and efficient, restaurant served a great variety of food for all meals. Rooms could do with refurbishing, but clean and spacious with plenty of storage, and seating. Room cleaned everyday and spotless. Need more electric sockets, I took a travel extension.
I asked for Tower B which is further away from Veronica's and was allocated a good room. It is in a busy location, but right on the beachfront with good sunsets at the pool bar. Two nice pools which open at 8.30 with plenty of sunbeds, as usual there are always the inconsiderate people who reserve sunbeds all day and only spend a couple of hours on them.
Daytime entertainment was very fitness orientated, no cocktail games or bingo if you like that. Evening entertainment was quite good while I was there.
