Really nice hotel and close to the sea and amenities. We paid extra for a sea view which was worth it. It would have got 5 stars for the room, but I think it was missing a fridge and the shower was in a bath. However the cleaning lady did an excellent job keeping our room clean. We had an all inclusive deal, and I'd like to thank the bar staff and all the kitchen staff producing such a variety of good food.

Just spent 5 nights All Inc here solo holiday, very clean, staff very friendly and efficient, restaurant served a great variety of food for all meals. Rooms could do with refurbishing, but clean and spacious with plenty of storage, and seating. Room cleaned everyday and spotless. Need more electric sockets, I took a travel extension.
I asked for Tower B which is further away from Veronica's and was allocated a good room. It is in a busy location, but right on the beachfront with good sunsets at the pool bar. Two nice pools which open at 8.30 with plenty of sunbeds, as usual there are always the inconsiderate people who reserve sunbeds all day and only spend a couple of hours on them.
Daytime entertainment was very fitness orientated, no cocktail games or bingo if you like that. Evening entertainment was quite good while I was there.

Actually better as anticipated.
It's true that the hotel is located on the strip, and thus while booking this hotel you know you will have noise in the evening and nights.
HOWEVER, despite the older and dated rooms, this hotel offers a good value for the money.
The food is good for an all-in (all buffets), the drinks at the poolbar are nice as well. The staff in general is really friendly and the evening programs are actually just fun to hang out at.
And as always, location location location. Located near the beach boulevard, perfect for sunsets with cocktails.
Definitely considering to come back.

Good hotel, friendly staff, great variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Rooms maybe are a bit outdated, but clean and spacious. We liked evening entertainment (especially Xavi and rock band). Aqua fitness was also interesting with enthusiastic trainer. Hotel has direct exit to seaside promenade

My husband and I came to Tenerife to celebrate my birthday. Our flight arrived early and we arrived at our hotel at noon, but our check-in was only after 3pm. To our surprise, our room was available and we checked in very happy and grateful. However, when we arrived at the room, we were a little disappointed. It wasn't what we expected, given that it was a 4-star Melia hotel. The bathroom is very old and the bathtub is dirty, with dirty shower curtains. However, my husband said, "We're not going to let this ruin our little vacation," and we tried to enjoy the day. At night, I woke up scared because something was crawling on me. I turned on the lights and it was a cockroach. I went to the bathroom and there were little cockroaches crawling around. we went there and showed the video and they changed our room
