This is a very nice resort. The staff were excellent throughout our stay. Some of the fittings/amenities maybe a little tired but nothing is too bad.
Overall the cleanliness of the rooms and pool is excellent! The staff have made our visit so welcoming. The only downside is the location, highly advised to have a rental car but a taxi to town is about 10 Euro.
Another minor complaint that children take over the hot tub area as a playground area.
Food is good and reasonably priced.
Special mention to the Pool Bar staff, very nice people!

We stayed 6Nights at this hotel last week with our 2 and 8y old. It's a lovely, country style hotel with lovely staff. Not very family friendly. if You have buggy prepare to lift it a lot. We got apartment at the very top floor..kids club work 1hour only per day Monday to Friday and extra hour in the afternoon Friday to Sunday. Entertainers are very warm and lovely girls. 10point to them!They also do water sports program and mini disco every evening. For 4days there were only 1 highchair for all restaurant. It was a challenge because there were many families with small kids.Breakfast same every day(English style) nothing special for kids.. so my kids were alive only with fruit and Cucumber for all stay.. I suggest at least porridge or pancakes could be served or some different breakfast every day as even for adults after 2 days there's nothing to eat.Rooms are lovely but when we arrived first day I had to run out straight away from apartment because of a smell. It was very strong and we couldn't stay in for half day ,only after we left doors and windows opened for few hours it was possible to entry. Bedding also had very strong smell even they've fresh. Rooms need bit of touch ups.. the location is very good.Siam park 5min drive,las Americas 5min drive,Loro park 1hour drive. Hotel surrounded by beautiful mountains. Loved warm pool, jacuzzi &baby pool. Plenty sun beds. All of us got tomach bugs,so they were very understandable and send cleaners ex for us to change beds&towels&clean rooms. We were happy and if breakfast type will change I am pretty sure we will visit again soon!

We are currently using one of the apartments that sleep 8. Only one towel per person. Nothing for your hair. Shower glass was filthy. It has a self catering kitchen. 1 pot only for 8 people !!!!!!! One serving dish !!! 1 small frying pan. Cutting knives do not cut. Absolutely terrible. Coat hanger allowance of 3 per person.Coffee machine does not provide hot coffeee - it comes out luke warm. will never go back

Lovely place great food and service, friendly staff, rooms clean overall rooms and some communal areas need modernising but this is the norm in a hotels cycle.. still would go back again overall lovely..

Very good hotel overall, with nice pool and nice apartments. It is very kids friendly, there are activities for kids, a playground and a mini golf with a shallow river. We recommend it for families. Also, there is an outstanding massage service right in the hotel, if you have the chance to book with Michelle, go for it, she is amazing!
The one thing that could be improved is the breakfast that is really basic, but it's the only negative point.
