We had an amazing stay at Best Jacaranda! From the very beginning, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a beautiful room on the 7th floor with a stunning view. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and all the attractions in Costa Adeje. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and varied, and the pools were perfect for relaxing. There were fun activities and entertainment every day, so there was never a dull moment. Highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic holiday!

The hotel overall is in a good location and is clean although looking tired in places. We had to ask for extra bedding as our room was so cold and the heater did not work. If you’re not all inclusive beware there are no drinks available with your dinner unless you purchase them, not even water. To that end we took our own water in. Also tea and coffee facilities not replenished in the room unless you paid extra. The buffet although plentiful had some suspicious looking items, I do love green beans and carrots with my breakfast🤣. BEWARE the sun lounger reservists early in the morning, was quite entertaining. On the whole a good hotel, friendly and attentive staff in a good location, it was the little things that let it down.

This was our second stay here. Our room was on the Family Side. Great entertainment around the pool throughout the day, kids club and activities offer some off time to parents. Great food and variety throughout the week at the big restaurant downstairs. Great location close to all the shopping centers on the way to the beach.

Every visit counts and experiences you get are the same as great memories. We are very happy about the service at the front desk, reception and amazing staff. Myself and family only eat breakfasts and dinners, even our picky kids managed to find two dishes and meals to try. Tremendously great work at the food section, pretty much all you need is here. When booking always choose sea view!

Good location, rooms are good. Location next to the hotel has extremely loud music in the evenings but the rooms are well insulated. Funny to see that a lot of people set an alarm to put their towels on the good spots at the pool. However if you're not too picky there'll be a spot left for you. Dinner service is low quality, breakfast and lunch is OK.
