The following are included in the GF Isabel all-inclusive package:

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the buffet restaurant
  • Drinks served with lunch and dinner, including water, juices, soft drinks, beer, red, white and rose wine. A 40 per cent discount will be applied to other drinks.
  • Picnics (must be reserved before 8pm the day before)
  • Snacks and drinks at the pool bar from 10am to 6pm. Snacks include cakes, ice cream, fruit and pastries, with hot, self-service buffet snacks, including hotdogs and burgers available from 12noon to 5pm.
  • Drinks (as above) and ice cream from Bar Zumeria (10am to 6pm), Bar Tarcoronte (9am to 12midnight), Bar Isabel (6pm to12midnight summer) and Bar Salon (6pm to 12midnight winter)
  • Entertainment
  • Basketball, football, table tennis and use of the gym

We stayed here in July 2024, my wife and I with our three young children and had a wonderful holiday. We all felt really safe in the confines of the hotel, and the staff were all fantastic. They all seemed happy in their work and genuinely wanted to ensure that families enjoyed their holiday. The breakfast buffet was excellent and there were a good choice of three swimming pools for children of different ages and ability. We were also able to easily get ourselves some sun loungers each day near the second largest pool. Our kids have never wanted to go to holiday clubs in previous holiday, but they wanted to try this one which runs morning and afternoon for 90 minute session each time. And I’m pleased to say that all three of them absolutely loved it thanks to the excellent staff. The club also gave the kids some variety during the day between going to the holiday club and playing in the pools with us. We can’t wait to return next summer and have already booked for August 2025.

We have just returned for an amazing 8 nights here. We loved it all, the rooms were great, beds were really comfy and they set up a fold out bed for my 3 yr old at our request, always clean and the cleaning staff are great. There are 3 pools, the main one can be quite busy but we found if we went to the little one at the back it wasn't so busy. The kids pool is great for little ones and a playground next to it. The food is good not the most amazing food but it is what you would expect. My little one loved the chocolate cakes for pudding and the dinner staff were always great with him. The mini disco in the evenings is awesome for the kids. There is plenty to do around the hotel nothing is too far a walk, yes there is hills but we didn't think they were that bad. I would highly recommend going here with family incredible holiday

Great location close to the beach and bus stops. The rooms were clean but a bit older than they looked like in the photos. That’s fine. They were very spacious. The whole hotel was huge very nice staff (especially at the reception). Animations were… okay but not great. We stayed only twice to see them (eg. Singers microphone wasn’t well adjusted and you could barely hear her). That’s fine too. The biggest disappointment were desserts - each day the same ones, taste was like from a not good bakery - artificial flavour of cream, not much choice. Other than that food was good, each day something else to choose from. Also, we didn’t have all inclusive we had breakfast plus dinner but we were charged for drinks for the dinner which was weird. Even weirder was that some drinks were chargeable even for all inclusive guests. I guess it’s good to know that before buying all inclusive here, All in all it was a pleasant stay!

A fantastic hotel in Costa Adeje. It is definitely reared towards families with children, but we stayed as a couple and had a great time. All inclusive offers plenty of drinks and food options. The food can get a little repetitive after a while but that was expected. Room cleaned daily, very spacious and comfortable! Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend 👍

Great holiday with many good facilities. Lovely pool area, spotlessly clean all of the time. All communal areas kept clean. Staff are very polite and friendly and very helpful with any questions. Rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels if you need them. Location is excellent for the big shopping centre and access to promenade and beach.
