The following are included in the GF Isabel all-inclusive package:

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the buffet restaurant
  • Drinks served with lunch and dinner, including water, juices, soft drinks, beer, red, white and rose wine. A 40 per cent discount will be applied to other drinks.
  • Picnics (must be reserved before 8pm the day before)
  • Snacks and drinks at the pool bar from 10am to 6pm. Snacks include cakes, ice cream, fruit and pastries, with hot, self-service buffet snacks, including hotdogs and burgers available from 12noon to 5pm.
  • Drinks (as above) and ice cream from Bar Zumeria (10am to 6pm), Bar Tarcoronte (9am to 12midnight), Bar Isabel (6pm to12midnight summer) and Bar Salon (6pm to 12midnight winter)
  • Entertainment

First hotel holiday in many years and was not disappointed with anything. Evening buffet was varied every day. Fresh cooked items and so much choice. Breakfast was great and even in busy periods there was still plenty being prepared and refreshed. Room was clean and tidy plus the sofa bed was intact 2 single beds which worked perfectly for out 15 & 13 year olds. Would stay again.

Hits the sweet spot in terms of value and facilities. Staff are very friendly especially the kids club staff that are really engaged with the kids even in the evening time when entertainment is on. Food is pretty good and pool area is big. Only negative are the beds in the room which could be more comfortable

Hotel was lovely but larger than we thought, food was plentiful although we only stayed b&b, rooms kept immaculate by the maids. A good 10/15 minutes walk to the nearest beach all downhill but obviously harder to walk back because of hills. Enjoyed our time here, all staff we encountered were pleasant.

Staff were amazing. Lovely property. The excellent service and amenities don't make up for the appalling physical condition of the hotel rooms, however. Doors that don't fit and don't close properly, significant mold and rotting wood in the bathrooms that someone attempted to hide with paint. AC that doesn't function. Really shameful.

We stayed here in July 2024, my wife and I with our three young children and had a wonderful holiday. We all felt really safe in the confines of the hotel, and the staff were all fantastic. They all seemed happy in their work and genuinely wanted to ensure that families enjoyed their holiday. The breakfast buffet was excellent and there were a good choice of three swimming pools for children of different ages and ability. We were also able to easily get ourselves some sun loungers each day near the second largest pool. Our kids have never wanted to go to holiday clubs in previous holiday, but they wanted to try this one which runs morning and afternoon for 90 minute session each time. And I’m pleased to say that all three of them absolutely loved it thanks to the excellent staff. The club also gave the kids some variety during the day between going to the holiday club and playing in the pools with us. We can’t wait to return next summer and have already booked for August 2025.
