We can confidently give this hotel 5 stars. When we arrived, we had one unpleasant surprise – a cockroach in the room – but reception immediately gave us another clean room. The food was good and fresh, rooms were always clean with fresh towels, and any issues were quickly solved. The kids loved the evening disco and shows. As for the gym – just ask for a card at reception and you can use it for your whole stay. We also loved that the hotel even had a little house for the cats living around, cared for and fed by the staff – a big plus in our opinion. After checking out, we still had access to clean towels, showers, and could leave our luggage in the designated area (at our own responsibility). The hotel has its own clear rules – for example, the pool was open from 10am to 6pm, and large inflatable boats were not allowed. Overall, we are very satisfied and the hotel is worth its price.

Beautiful hotel, great for couples & Families. Staff were great, entertainment was great and varied. Food was what is as expected of a large hotel/resort, the usual large trays of food, well presented and good choice just wasn’t to our taste. Breakfast was decent but we didn’t eat dinner after the first night as we just didn’t enjoy it. Made the all inclusive feel not worth the extra. My biggest disappointment was the lack of a cider (4/5 being available for extra) and only 3 cocktails that were included in the all inclusive with the vast majority being extra. This however wouldn’t put me off booking again, rather something to be aware of. Overall had a great stay , if we book again we would book bed & breakfast.

This complex is designed to look like a small village. There is a normal hotel which is surrounded by two storey apartments. The rooms are spacious with lots of storage and a self catering kitchen in a large lounge. We stayed all inclusive which was really good value. The food choice was excellent and tasty. The drinks included were also very good. Cleaning was excellent and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The only negative is that the location of the hotel is around a mile from the centre of the resort. A pleasant walk going but mainly all uphill on the way back. Not a problem for us but would be if you weren’t very mobile. I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely return.

There is a lot about this hotel that is really very good. That said my experience has not been four star and I can not see how it could claim to be that. I have just under a week left to go and will change my review if this changes, but at the moment I am disappointed in several aspects of the holiday and do not intend to return. Review update 28/08/25 Since my earlier post the hotel offered three alternative rooms and explained that air conditioning did not reach all the rooms due the layout of the complex. Of the three alternatives I chose a room with functioning air con that did not smell of mould (there was only 1 /3 that met that criteria). Having convinced my husband to pack up our entire family holiday existence to move rooms you can imagine my chagrin when the new room had new issues. Air con was functioning but the trade of was a bath with rusted exterior that had been sealed and resealed to cover this fact (according to husband) the bathroom door panel was dirty and partly broken, but the maintenance person was able to fix that while he was there attempting to make the entry door locking system work. I have commented on the safety of the hotel but a lockable door to the room is a basic standard expectation that was unfortunately not met. The maintenance person tried his best but when he removed the locking system it revealed a panel that bore drill marks from years of attempted maintaineance work that looked more than a cheese grater than a metal panel. He tried his best but he could not fix the issue and instead reception called to notify me that the door was not a security door and could not lock but that someone would look at it again in the morning. The term security door left me with a very bitter taste, however having moved rooms once I could not again so decided to sleep in the main room that the door opened into and move my son to the main bedroom for security. The next morning I journeyed to breakfast and my husband was greeted initially with being completely ignored and then by chastised for not saying good morning to the staff member before asking for a table. As you can imagine this experience was less than ideal. I decided to use the laundry facility to transform our hastily packed clothes from the room move to a clean, folded, space saving suitcase. I attempted this at 10:45am. The two laundry machines available both required maintenance and it was not until 12:30 that the maintenance team were able to fix the machine and my laundry cycle could commence. I took the opportunity to ask the team about the lock on my apartment door and they said they would take a look, but we're unaware of any previous issue. Since my initial review I have downgraded the service in stars due to my more recent experience, particularly at the reaction of hotel staff that the issue was mine. The door didn't work but the reaction was to suggest that it wasn't a security door. The washing machine didn't work and the reaction was to suggest user misuse (like you, I know how to use a washing machine) and only after significant delays and two maintenance people did they decide the check the mechanism to discover there was a jam in the money compartment preventing the cycle from begining. I now await the spin cycle to complete and cross my fingers that the dryers will work. My husband thought moving rooms would be exchanging problems rather than resolving them and I am sorely disappointed in his accuracy.

A wonderful family friendly resort. This is our 5th stay here and we book every year with our children and our parents. Our cleaner, Melissa, is fantastic and the rooms are cleaned daily, with the option of asking for fresh towels and bed linen. The kids club is brilliant - Adele is phenomenal with the children and has so much energy with a variety of activities - and of course the Cookoo dance! Our children love it here because there is so much to keep them entertained. My parents love the village and shops, in a safe, secure environment and we love the space and adults only terrace when the kids are in kids club! Thank you GF Isabel - we will hopefully see you next year for our 6th visit!
