Fantastic location, good pools, okay rooms. Expect a 3 star hotel room quality, definitely not a 4 star.
Avoid all inclusive or half board dinner and lunch service, it’s not worth it. Reminded me of pub food, or school lunch. We booked half board but decided to go out and eat somewhere else instead. Lots of good restaurants around that area.

Hotel is amazing. Stylish modern and up to date.
Staff was excellent so friendly and always smiling and always happy to help.
This Hotel is rated four stars should be five stars .
Rooms so clean and tidy plenty of extra sheets / blankets and pillows
Hidden fridge under cabinet good design so not visible.
Big wardrobes plenty of hangers.
Big beds and so comfy didn't want to get out.
Views from balcony amazing would recommend like our room sea front.

Food was brilliant had everything for everyone and consent topped up
Best Hotel by far for food
Pool bar food also amazing and all day.
Alcohol drinks served all day and even until midnight never rushed you to leave when bar closed
Music and entertainment were good .

Entertainment isn't provided for children nor
So the pools they have two pool areas plus a hot tub which is brilliant.
But as mentioned not much for children.
They've got a small kid's area and a basketball court area. Our recent visit 21/02/25
We noticed it had a big occupation of elderly people and middle aged
Was this the norm? Or just mid-winter escape.
If honest it's catered for adults.

An excellent hotel. First the hotel is very nice and comfortable. We had a room on a high floor overlooking the ocean - recommend that! It was so peaceful to see the sunrise and sunset and hear the sound of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable. The gym is small but with an amazing view and has everything I needed. The heated pool in winter was a plus.
The staff is great - friendly and helpful. In particular at breakfast, the ladies at the egg station and Saraya were all great. The housekeeping and front desk as well. The animation team was so great too!
The location is great, a lot of good bars and restaurants nearby. Also can walk or run along the sea with lots to explore. From the town you can also book excursions to see other parts of the island. Only downside is there isn’t a great beach right next to the hotel, but we were happy walking a bit or going to the pool.

Hotel is in a beautiful location and I would say 5 star location,but sadly this is the only 5 star i would say about it .
We stayed for 3 nights from the 25th Feb.
Upon arrival staff were friendly the butler guy very lovely . He off ered us a drink on arrival and took our bags .
It took way too long to check in and every time we had a issue you had to wait 20-30 minutes in a que at reception as they were that slow.
The food we upgraded to All inclusive from half board at check in . After having our dinner the first night we decided do downgrade and get our money back .the food was cold and looked like slop . There was very limited things to choose from and I found there was more sweet foods than Savory.
The restaurant system is pants you wait in a huge queue to be seated .the only positive about the restaurant is one of the staff she had glasses and was so so great with my son she told him to study and get a good job not be a waiter .she was so lovely .
When asking to downgrade again there was no questions asked I think a few people had already don't this .
The pool area is lovely and there is a jacuzzi too plenty of sunbeds and shade from the sun .
Unfortunately during our stay there was a group of aprox 20 young males screaming from windows down to those in the pool and also carrying on in the corridors at 1am .for a family hotel this is not what families want to hear.
The guy at the pool was rude and constantly reminded people u have to move soon we close a hour before closure ....then would stalk the loungers we were on to put them away the second we moved.
I would say this hotel is average and the only thing that gets it 4 stars is the location it is in.
It's dated needs a paint and a bit of a re furb but over all it was clean and pleasant for the short stay apart from the food being a let down.
Bonus is there is a mcdonalds 5 minutes to the left as you come out of the hotel.

Lovely hotel, great location reception staff were really helpful as we had to check out a few days early and move on last minute. Bar staff were ok but slow, probably need more staff.
Hotel is great clean and well located with great views of the sea and mountain/ volcano. Solarium is great up top. Pool is nice but very cold.
Only down side is the air con is clearly restricted. Despite saying it's set to 16°C it's blowing more like 20+.
