If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (7am to 10am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 10pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

A fantastic place to stay. Staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. Food was great, lots of choice. Pools are good, not too cold! Hotel was very clean. Entertainment in the evening a little tired but we sat out in the pool bar. The Spanish dancers were brilliant, we saw them a couple of times. All in all a lovely hotel, will definitely be returning

The rooms have an old furniture and no soundproofing whatsoever. The might at the balcony comes on at a certain time and cannot be turned off… The food is good at times, but sometimes it is just too mich salt and over/undercooked… breakfast was actually really good. Staff at the reception is nice, but aome staff st the restaurant wouldnt even understand something as simple as “still water”. All in all our stay was ok, but would look for another place if I had to go back. The beach is right in front of the hotel but it is NOT a swimming beach. Great for relaxing though.

The hotel is in the process of upgrading their rooms, mine hadn't been done but was still comfortable, clean and well layed out. The hotel was exellent, service was perfect, staff helpful and friendly, food was good, pool was great, location perfect. Lots of shops around the area, from touristy shops to designer ones. Places to eat. Loved the fact that the wrist band was your door key, no digging around to find it to get in room.

On arrival not great. Rooms where not what I was shown and paid for at tui in store. The food is all the same all the time and not the best. We are a family of 6. The pools are too deep for smaller children and entertainment is poor. The towels for the pool side are good unless you go to check out and they charge you for changing the half way through the holiday as they get dirty and they charge £5 a towel when there is nothing to say about this. That’s £30 to change towels half way. You can’t have a late check out when we asked at the start as the flight was a late one home and on the last day being told no you can’t. This is not the greatest of places and will not be back to the hotel. If you want a sandy beach you can walk 10 mins not a big issue. Some of the staff in the restaurants are rude but there was one person brain if I can remember correctly out standing service from him. It’s not the worst place but will not be back

The hotel is great, we had halfboard and at dinner we didn't have even water to drink included. I understand to pay for alcohol, but to have lot of food and not even a glass of water included, is nonsense. We were informed at the reception when we arrived, the rest was good.
