Had a very relaxing and enjoyable 3 nights at Harbour Club. The staff were above and beyond great people. Our room was excellent and made use of our swim out terrace and would highly recommend. I was disappointed that there was no shuttle to the beach as I had read on their website there was a daily shuttle. There was a good selection of eateries at the hotel.

Hotel was very clean. I stayed from Wednesday- Sunday. It was my birthday and I enjoyed staying in Saint Lucia. The hotel employees were very nice. I wish I can remember names because there were a few specific individuals who were very nice and complimented my dress on my birthday. If you’re looking for a hotel to relax and want an older crowd then this is a hotel for you. No parties or events and it’s not adult only. Overall, I will give it a 3/5 because during our breakfast I didn’t feel the waiters were attentive to me. They were often overlooking me. I remembered I requested water and instead gave it to a different party. Also, I asked one of the ladies if they can warm up food for me and she said no they can’t without any reason. Lastly; they were charging our cards everyday without explaining why. We had to go to the front desk and ask what are some of these charges and why wasn’t explained to us. Overall, the front desk employees and hosts of the 6th floor restaurant were the best to me. I wouldn’t come back but thank you.

Very attentive staff always happy and smiling. The food is always a pleasure the pools always clean as is the rest of the hotel. We will visit again. Many thanks to all the staff. The shows were very good as we're the entertainment.

We stayed here over NYE and it felt like all the staff cared about was the party. (The party that they charged $300/ticket.) They ran out of towels at the pool and had no solution other than to take the only 2 bath towels out of our room. I waited over 2 hours one day for one pool towel. Lunch would take over an hour to make, they had seating for maybe 50% of the guests so people fought over the chairs. We often didn't have hot water for showers before dinner, we had to ask several times for coffee every morning at breakfast. In general the staff was very nice but did not have any urgency to deliver. Everyone we met at the pool had a few vents as well - and a few even left the hotel early to book another. The hotel was clean and in a decent location but we will not return, especially not during a busy travel week. For the price we paid I expected more.

Amazing customer service! This hotel is one of the friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed at in the Caribbean. The friendly manager Marlon was very welcoming at Breakfast and all the staff were friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the view is great from the pool deck and bar area.
