I was on the hotel for 7 days! I like the yard, it has bars, a lot of pools! For five stars hotel It has minuses! The rooms are very small for 3 people. The lighting in the rooms was very dim! On to the food It was good, but not perfect. The staff was very good. They were very kind with guests! They did their job very well! In general it was very well! It’s so beautiful! The location is top!

I've never been all-inclusive, but I didn't think it was my kind of holiday
But blue bay, you have converted me. We stayed in apartment 3404, rooms clean and spacious beds really comfy Housekeeping... our lady was fantastic thank you for looking after us. Spent a lot of time at the relax pool. Alex the bar man was the best kept the place
pours a good beer. Thank you. Food was excellent good choice every day. Serving staff work damn harm. All in all I had a great time.

We stayed there 7 days last week. I loved the environment, everyone seems friendly, specially the staffs. I am leaving this 5 stars review for the friendly environment and one chef who specifically stays front of the dining area, She adores my son so much and I loved that. My son liked her very much, she is the cutest. Everything was very clean and they maintained hygiene properly. The food quality is good.

Great hotel and the staff were amazing.
The room was a bit small and we got a two single beds and we can’t push them together as there was electrical outlets in between them.
Food was great so much to eat and it changed everyday.
With four pools and a private beach area you always could find a sun bed.

This hotel is far from a 5 star! Whilst the location is ideal for exploring Marmaris and getting to the beach, we encountered several issues during our stay.
I had emailed the hotel twice before our arrival requesting a ground floor rooms, I've still yet to receive an acknowledgement or response to my emails.
We arrived early in the morning and was told one room was on the 5th floor and the other was on the 1st but in a different building, we were told to take those rooms and then once the manager arrives at 10am we can asked to be moved.
Rooms:
The 5th floor room (for 2 adults) was very small and needed a good clean.
The 1st floor family room was very dated, mould and cracks in the bathroom and wasn't cleaned properly. It was located at the back of the main building and the view was of alleyways. The window didn't close properly and the stairwell to get to the room was filty.
Luckily our grandparents were moved to a 3rd floor room which was much nicer, we were told that we would have to bring all their luggage down ourselves and give the key back whilst we sat and waited in the lobby for the room to be ready (no offer of help from management who could see me struggling with 2 elderly people, 1 in a wheelchair and 1 using a stick plus their suitcases). The manager also refused to move us from the otherside of the hotel so that we could be closer together so we made the most out of it.
The hotel bedding is awful, really cheap thin material. The towels have seen better days, cheap toiletries and cheap toilet paper.
Our next door neighbours had an all day and all night party on our first night, we had to call reception a few times because the noise (screaming and drunk girls running up and down the corridor) got so bad. It eventually got quiet after 3AM and we were able to sleep.
Food:
The ice cream parlour was one of the highlights of our stay otherwise the food was bland and repetitive, lots of food but it was the same thing everyday!
Service:
The entertainment staff were friendly and really helped to create a holiday atmosphere, the serving staff were always very helpful.
Overall:
Overall good service from the majority of staff but I was disappointed in the quality of everything. I was expecting much better quality from a 5 star hotel.
Definitely would not recommend this hotel.
