The Jiva Beach Resort all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast in the main restaurant (7am to 11am)
  • Late breakfast in the main restaurant (10am to 11am)
  • Lunch in the main Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Dinner in the main restaurant (7pm to 9pm)
  • A la carte snack food service at the snack corner (12noon to 4.30pm)
  • Ice cream available 2 hours a day at the ice cream corner
  • Patisserie at the Lukka Lounge 24 hours a day
  • Local drinks, including soft drinks, concentrated fruit juices, beer, wine, tea and herbal tea served at the pool bar (10am to 12midnight), the Lagoon Bar (10am to 12midnight), the main restaurant (during mealtimes, drinks will be served at your table), the Lukka Lounge (24 hours a day) and at the Caria Disco (days and hours of operation depend on the season)
  • Beach towels

From the moment we walked in, everything about this place exceeded expectations. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with just the right mix of comfort and elegance. But the real star of the show was the food — every bite was a masterpiece. Service was impeccable — attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely friendly. Our server gave thoughtful recommendations and clearly had a passion for the menu. I had the grilled lamb steak, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Cooked to absolute perfection, the lamb was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. The grill brought out a beautiful smoky char that complemented the natural richness of the meat without overpowering it. The seasoning was spot-on — simple yet effective — allowing the quality of the lamb to shine. It was served with a side that balanced the dish perfectly (whether it was roasted vegetables, creamy potatoes, or something else, it all came together beautifully). The portion size was generous, the plating was elegant, and the service throughout the meal was friendly and attentive. It’s clear that real care went into preparing the dish. We spent a week at Jiva Resort & really enjoyed our stay. The ultra all-inclusive package was great value for money. The resort was very clean, staff were attentive & friendly, the food was tasty, & the location felt safe. There was a nice atmosphere with plenty of activities, & it’s suitable for all ages. I would definitely recommend this resort. 5 stars 🌟

I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for the beautiful surprise they prepared for my friend’s birthday. Despite the payment issues, the staff showed incredible kindness, understanding, and professionalism — the cake, the decorations, and the atmosphere in the room were absolutely wonderful! This kind of guest care proves that there are passionate and warm-hearted people behind this place. I truly recommend this hotel — for their empathy, attention to detail, and outstanding service. Lovely hotel. Lovely grounds. Cannot fault the hotel in any way. Tayfun in main restaurant is superb! (As are all the other staff) quick and attentive clearing plates and asking if we need anything, always says hello and makes sure we are taken care of. Our second time here and hopefully will be back in the future. Always plenty of space around the slide pool (our favourite). Qr codes on the beach is a lovely addition to the hotel. Management should be proud of their staff.

We have stayed at Jiva Beach Resort 7 times now. We are never disappointed! The rooms are always spotless and have extremely comfortable beds, the service of all the staff is excellent (everyone is so welcoming and helpful) and the location of the resort is incredible. Being able to spend the day at the pool and then walk 30 seconds to the beach is ideal. The gym at the resort has all the latest equipment and the spa includes a sauna, steam room. Highly recommended the Jiva package. Thank you to all the staff members for making all of the times we’ve stayed here so relaxed and welcoming. I’d like to give a special mention to Cemil for always being extremely helpful :)
