We’ve just got back from a week stay at Jiva and had an amazing stay.
All staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to give you a great stay.
The rooms have air conditioning which works, rooms and bathroom are of a nice size, we had a balcony with a stunning view out to sea.
Housekeeping are very good as well, and make towel art to make a memorable stay.
We enjoyed the food too, for breakfast you have the buffet which has many options catering for everyone.
For lunch, there is the Beach Bar and Paprika Snack Bar, both with a fairly extensive menu with very tasty food and great service.
For dinner, we mostly ate at the Acacia Restaurant buffet which had a large choice of options, and wasn’t just serving the same thing every night so gave us the chance to try different options each night. We also ate at the Roof A La Carte which was delicious.
There is entertainment on which is brilliant and definitely worth checking out.
There are several bars across the hotel which are all worth trying out, a nightclub as well which stays open until 2am.
There is an on-site shop selling gifts, confectionery, crisps, cigarettes plus much more.

My wife and i had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful resort last week during our 15 days Treasures of Turkey. tour. The resort covers a big area and is clean and well kept. There is a wide variety of food to choose and eat everyday. The hotel staff from the reception, kitchen and room service area are all very polite, welcoming and always have a smile. WE love the beach next to it and the entertainment at night was great. In short, we had a great and confortable stay and will love to visit here again.

We’re from Australia and have stayed at slightly less costly resorts in Bali, Thailand - not all inclusive but with amazing breakfasts and service.
We checked into a family room block 7 around 2:30 which was spacious and nicely cooled - the top level rooms don’t have balconies you can see through, so need to stand up to get a view, not really an issue as we didn’t spend much time there and had more shade.
Food, we ate at Paprika for lunch and the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner, better than I expected quality wise and something for everyone.Desserts looked great but very average tasting - so much gelatine in the mousses, you were chewing. Grilled Turkish meats - delicious!
FYI - The rock climbing wall is closed Sundays. The main disappointment of our stay was the main pool being closed from 11am for the rest of the day, we think due to a code brown (saw them fish something out), thanks to the person who decided not to put their child in a swim nappy!!
The response to this was quite poor, communication was not clear about the closure and amenity in other areas not increased to compensate. For example they could have extended the hours for the slides in the water slide pool and opened the bar there, I had to ask 4 different people and eventually some extra loungers were brought across to the lagoon pool.
I’ve never been to a resort with this level of sun lounge hogs, people ‘reserve’ them for the whole day - normally if you’re going for lunch, shopping or a nap, you move your stuff so others can relax - it puts the staff in a difficult position too and they didn’t enforce any removal of towels etc from unused loungers. We saw many that were reserved but no one on them for 2hrs plus. The day we left, all around the lagoon pool were reserved by 7:30am

Would rate the resort as 4*, however unfortunately due to the issues I had, I had to mark it lower.
It is a lovely resort, with great spa facilities. Would definitely recommend having a Turkish bath and massage! Had a swim up room which was very spacious. Bed was very hard, but asked and received a topper, which helped. Lots of storage and free safe to use. Swim up pool is very nice, but a little chilly! The bar service for the swim room was great, and if there is anything you want that is not listed, just write in the comments. We did have one issue where a member of staff spilled a drink all over the table and floor but refused to clean it up. Had to ring guest services to get it cleaned up.
Main buffet reception food was good and lots of options, however due to my lactose intolerance, I did struggle. Staff would bring out cows milk, when asked for almond or oat milk or stated they didn’t have any. Unfortunately I can’t have soya milk either. Spoke to guest relations several times, but unfortunately they weren’t that helpful with this. They would walk away from us when we tried to approach them!! Sometimes they would have alternative milks in the coffee cart or the 24 hour bar, but not always. Coffee was hit or miss. We travelled to Starbucks in Fethiye which was better, and cheaper than the UK!
They had no dairy free dessert available and no labels on the desserts to show allergens. Most items did have labels, however guest relations told us to ignore the labels, and to ask the chefs instead!! The made us a dairy free chocolate dessert, which was ok, however when asked for more options, we were told that the chef were unable to make anything else (including a dairy free cake). If you are vegan, you might struggle even more, especially with dinner options, as we ate meat most of the time, due to some food cooked in butter.
Overall nice resort, but did have an unfortunate experienced with my intolerance. I have been to resorts with less stars but had more options and didn’t need to chase staff around. I just want others to be aware before going. Local supermarket sell lots of alternative milks, which we ending up doing in the end.

Went back in April 2024 with the Mrs and my 2 boys (1 & 3). Very nice hotel, really welcoming staff who go the extra mile. Kids enjoyed the small kids area. Fethiye is a nice classy town too. Food was great plenty of options. Wasn't as busy in April and much cheaper, however the water was a little cold in the pools. Great shows for the family. The family room was a really good size.
