Beautiful hotel, very chic and modern. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. We had a little surprise in our room on arrival as we were celebrating our anniversary. It was so lovely of them to write us a handwritten note wishing us all the best celebrating our marriage. Beds are very comfortable, we slept very well and they even have a pillow menu if you prefer something different. Pool and garden areas are well maintained. 360 view bar and restaurant on 8th floor is stunning. We only had breakfast up there but it was an excellent selection and perfectly cooked and presented. Would highly recommend this hotel. Great location for various bars, restaurants, clubs and the beach. Easy 10-15 minute walk in either direction depending what you are looking for.

Beautiful hotel. Great attention to detail in the design and some extra touches recently added. The team always look after me when I visit and made a special effort on my birthday which was lovely. It’s quiet if you want it to be. There was a DJ playing at thier (highly chic), cocktail terrace. She smashed it playing some house tunes I haven’t heard in years. Made the whole holiday for me! The only thing that needs work is the pool bar food and service. I dined there once, food was dry and greasy at the same time which was a bit confusing. Plates weren’t cleared away until I asked for the bill which isn’t great when it’s a boiling hot day - attract flies if nothing else. That was only negative, everything else was wonderful.

The hotel is beautiful. Excellent facilities with the heated pool and immaculately maintained garden. The restaurant upstairs is top class. I loved gluten free pancakes courtesy of a lady chef ( huge thanks!). The staff are naturally kind and helpful. Gym is good. The only downside was the music played in the afternoon - a bit too loud. I would definitely come back!

The rooms where great, especially ours as it had its own hot tub and kitchen so gave us the flexibliy to eat healthy and prepare our meals when we wanted. Service at the restaurants (pool bar, and cocktail bar) were often slow, but friendly. This is one area I would say the GM needs to do better quality control. The people are willing to help, but there is no standardized system so it feels like the staff are running around but it's not excellent or efficient service. Having said that, the 360 Restaurant offers a stunning view and is well worth going to, and the same goes for the view for the cocktail bar. The spa is excellent, especially as you can book it privately for one or two hours and have the place to yourself. The overall service of the front desk, cleaning ladies and staff is great. Would come back to this hotel as it was a lovely experience.

What a wow! This boutique hotel is right off the central restaurant district, shopping area and party zone! The hotel itself is a gem with world class "Spanish" hospitality from the second you arrive. There are hundreds of hotels but this is too class service with a little above prices but the pay offs are worth it!
