My family and I stayed here for a week August 2024, we had the most amazing time. Friendly and professional staff. We had a 1 bed junior suite with pool view it was simply beautiful, just a short walk down to the beach. I had a leg injury and found it very easy getting around the hotel and the staff were just amazingly helpful. A good breakfast selection. Will definitely stay again!

I have been staying at this property since the day it opened, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff go above and beyond to make every stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The views were amazing, the rooms spacious and a lot of natural light. The service from the staff amazing. We might be looking at booking again. We normally don't go to the same holiday spot but this one e might make an exception.

The hotel itself is ok. The room we got was large and had a separate lounge and fully equipped kitchen area with a dining area. The downsides we that there was very little atmosphere. Effectively only one bar, which was deserted. There were 2 restaurants, a buffet self-service and an a-la-carte one. Neither really impressed. Which meant going out. There are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. One way is the local town which is not scenic but has some nice restaurants. The other way caterers for a budget British crowd. Best not to expect too much of the location.

This hotel has degrading treatment towards guests. They blocked our rooms and we had to call the police to collect our belongings due to an alleged non-payment that was not such. They charged us again. We came with our reservation and payment made in advance. They waited 5 days to want us to change what was stipulated in the reservation. They treated us like defaulters and scammers having paid for our room. They ruined our vacation and our day. A nonsense. A very embarrassing situation and one that we did not deserve.
