We stayed in the resort for 6 nights in their Deluxe Room. The room is nice and spacious, but the room cleaning service was not good. The used coffee mugs were not cleaned properly. The beds were also made very casually.
The whole resort does not offer any 5-star services. The cutleries used are old, plates are also old and normal. The whole dining area's service is below average with none making the tables for the customers. Even though the buffet timings are long, usually there is hardly any food or staff if you are eating after the rush-hour. Most of the staffs are trainees and the entire place is run by trainees who are confused and not much of English speakers. The food also is really below average. There are no authentic cuisine chefs, so everything lacks the pure authenticity. I was indeed surprised that even the pasta did not taste good. There is a lot of improvement needed in this place if you really want to offer a 5-star experience to their customers. I would not recommend this place to my family or friends.

We vacationed here for a week and it was amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and cleaned daily if desired. We were on the all-inclusive option in a prestige sea view room. We did this for our 5th anniversary. Would definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay at C Mauritius for our honeymoon. The staff were all lovely and very attentive, with special mention to Nitesh and Andiket who always went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming.

The location of this hotel is very good and also the services offered like jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which are complimentary for guests to use upon booking. Also, the restaurant offers a variety of dishes every day on each meal session. This was our second time in this hotel and I have to admit this time we found some changes and we encountered some problems. In fact our stay didn’t go as planned and every time someone was trying to “help” to make things better everything was getting worst. However, Mr Rajesh really looked after us and tried his best to make things right, in fact he organised a lovely dinner for me and my husband and we were looked after by the most amazing and kind people the all evening. The hotel and its staff have lots of potential and they should keep an extra eye on returning guests as their experience should be same or better than the last time, and never worst. We really appreciated the efforts of all the staff who made our stay better. Thank you!

Decent all-inclusive on the island and an OK space if you're looking for a quiet vacation time. The service quality varies depending on which staff you're talking to, but still a 5-star experience overall. Anastasia and Nitish were very helpful in making us feel welcome and comfortable. Danny, the tour agent, is very friendly and helpful. Abilesh and Milan gave us a memorable wine-tasting experience. I wish there were more food options at the resort as the options were the same every day, and I wanted more variety and excitement. Food taste and delivery were just OK. Also I wish there were more entertainment activities. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing time here, and I would come back again.
