Me and my husband had a great time at Cleopatra hotel right before Christmas '24. We really enjoyed our room with a balcony facing the swimming pool. The breakfast was a buffet with great choice and variety of food with live grand piano music every morning. The hotel itself is not new, however stunning. Reception people very friendly. The location is great as well the main entrance facing a small and nice beach. It is minute walk from busy area with shops and restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Cleopatra Palace Tenerife and couldn’t be more satisfied with everything it offered. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional service.
The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a balcony offering stunning view over the pool. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, especially the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and perfect for soaking up the sun. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—diverse, fresh, and absolutely delicious.
The location is unbeatable, right on the beachfront and close to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. Whether you’re looking to explore Tenerife or just relax, this hotel is the perfect choice.
I highly recommend Hotel Cleopatra Palace for anyone seeking comfort, quality and a fantastic holiday experience!

Big hotel, with very nice hall, but it seems to be quite old.
The room is old fashioned, clean and the balcony door can not be locked. Also the toilet flush did not work...
The breakfast otherwise was excellent.
The beach is nice, the sea water warm and clean.

Room are a bit tired.... but the views, staff... welcoming you with a sparkling wine, smile and being so helpful and polite.
Breakfast - amazing! The choice !!! Someone mentioned in comments below about no choice... not truth. Plenty of choice hot food, cold cuts, juices, fruits, vegetables, cheese, cereals. So much to pick from and very tasty.
Swimmpools are quite cold but still OK.
The pianist during the breakfast... she is simply the best. The atmosphere is perfect.
Also the pianists in the evenings in the lobby. Beautiful

The pools are not heated in either the Cleopatra palace or the adjoining Mediterranean palace, also both pools are mostly shaded throughout the day due to the layout of the buildings, therefore they are not useable.
The Cleopatra palace is the standard of a 3 star hotel and a very old one at that, not 4 star.
The interior of the hotel and all fixtures fittings and soft furnishings clearly required replacement over 10 years ago.
The breakfast/meal area resembles a pop up disaster recovery shelter, I couldn’t actually believe how run down this area was.
We only had breakfast and the food was really poor, the majority of the fruit being served was tinned in syrup, I have never come across this before, really poor.
In summary, as Tenerife is a winter sun holiday you will need an alternative hotel with a heated pool.
