We booked a week long stay at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa and didn't regret it! The room (junior suite) was clean, spacious and had a lovely waterfall shower and toiletries. The wifi service was reliable in the room and all areas of the hotel. The buffet for breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and variety. We usually like to go to different restaurants for dinner but the choice and quality was so good we ate there most nights! The nightly shows were also enjoyable. The resort is peaceful and quiet, has a fantastic gym and spa facilities. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable holiday. My only feedback was that we found the reception staff a little abrupt at times, and maybe not as friendly and helpful as all the other staff we encountered during our stay. The location is a bit out of town but that's why you get such a quiet peaceful atmosphere. They also had a shuttle bus to the beach and a taxi rank outside, so good options if you want to head down to the beach bars/restaurants.

The staff were incredibly attentive, providing excellent customer service. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with spacious accommodations and great amenities. The hotel's wifi was reliable and efficient, perfect for both leisure and remote work. The breakfast and dining experience was outstanding, with a highly-rated buffet offering a wide range of local and international gastronomic specialties. As an adults-only resort, the hotel provides a serene and relaxed environment with excellent facilities including a heated pool, spa, saunas and gym. The staff's friendliness and attention to detail make this hotel a top choice for a luxurious stay in Maspalomas.

Just returned from our second stay at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa! 🌟 we don’t usually stay in the same place twice but this hotel is bliss if you are looking for relaxation, so we had to come back. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room and the resort in general were always spotless! The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The gym is one of the best of the hotels I have stayed in, with great views. And let's not forget about the buffet for breakfast and dinner—absolutely delicious! We booked bed and breakfast but ate at the restaurant on 4 evenings during our stay. Location is set back from the beach and main promenade, a short walk away, but this adds to the serenity of the area. Can't wait to come back!
