Our stay at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa was exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive, providing excellent customer service. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with spacious accommodations and great amenities. The hotel's wifi was reliable and efficient, perfect for both leisure and remote work. The breakfast and dining experience was outstanding, with a highly-rated buffet offering a wide range of local and international gastronomic specialties. As an adults-only resort, the hotel provides a serene and relaxed environment with excellent facilities including a heated pool, spa, saunas and gym. The staff's friendliness and attention to detail make this hotel a top choice for a luxurious stay in Maspalomas.

Fantastic place to stay. Staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly. Room very clean and well appointed. Food choice and quality very good indeed. Even the entertainment was good and we usually wouldn't bother with it. Nice peaceful location, quiet suites, black out curtains very comfy bed. Great pool, spa, gym etc.

Truly one of the best places we've stayed - it's not often the photos match and a place ticks all the boxes but the food, service and cleanliness throughout can't be faulted. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing, adult place to stay this is it - I'd love to go back & 1000% recommend. We still miss the breakfast buffet with live music on the terrace - we had lunch, cocktails and ate at the restaurant a few times. It was expensive at €40 each but I can say it was restaurant standard food served as a buffet, not the usual pizza & chips. Evening entertainment was fun especially as we weren't expecting this - we used the shuttle once which was handy, apart from that we walked or taxis Special shout out to Kevin Sting who looked after us so well and always took the time to talk to us, even grandma back home! We loved it here & hope to return - thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay xx

Have to say one of the best places we have stayed. I was there unexpectedly after an accident for an extended stay. Everyone was so caring and helpful which I am very grateful for. We’ve just returned from our second stay this year, and without a doubt, this is the best holiday destination we’ve found. The resort is beautifully designed, providing a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff here are exceptional—truly professional, attentive, and always ready to help. The buffet offers an impressive variety of dishes, with nearly every type of cuisine you could imagine and then some. The quality is top-notch, with highlights like organic, free-range meats that elevate the experience. My partner especially loves the extensive selection of fresh fruits, and the desserts are not only delicious but also incredibly creative. Every dish we tried was fantastic, with nothing that we didn’t enjoy. The rooms are excellent. We stayed in a Deluxe Double on our first visit and a Junior Suite on our second, and both were wonderful. We’d happily stay in either again. Being on ground level, with no tall buildings crowding the view, creates a serene environment that many other resorts can’t match. The grounds are beautifully laid out and offer a true sense of relaxation. A special thanks to the Public Relations team, who went above and beyond to accommodate specific dietary requirements smoothly and professionally. Each member of the team made our stay unforgettable, and we’re grateful to them all for creating such a remarkable experience. We’ll return as often as we can—our absolute favorite place to visit abroad.
