We’ve just returned from our second stay this year, and without a doubt, this is the best holiday destination we’ve found. The resort is beautifully designed, providing a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff here are exceptional—truly professional, attentive, and always ready to help. The buffet offers an impressive variety of dishes, with nearly every type of cuisine you could imagine and then some. The quality is top-notch, with highlights like organic, free-range meats that elevate the experience. My partner especially loves the extensive selection of fresh fruits, and the desserts are not only delicious but also incredibly creative. Every dish we tried was fantastic, with nothing that we didn’t enjoy. The rooms are excellent. We stayed in a Deluxe Double on our first visit and a Junior Suite on our second, and both were wonderful. We’d happily stay in either again. Being on ground level, with no tall buildings crowding the view, creates a serene environment that many other resorts can’t match. The grounds are beautifully laid out and offer a true sense of relaxation. A special thanks to the Public Relations team, who went above and beyond to accommodate specific dietary requirements smoothly and professionally. Each member of the team made our stay unforgettable, and we’re grateful to them all for creating such a remarkable experience. We’ll return as often as we can—our absolute favorite place to visit abroad.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa and it was truly a wonderful experience. The attention from the reception staff was impeccable, always willing to assist and make my stay comfortable. The room was spotless and the buffet for breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of tasty options. The entertainment was also top quality, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable stay in Maspalomas.

Everything here was spot on. Rooms were really comfortable, cleaning of both rooms and all facilities was first class. We had clean sheets a couple of times during a one week stay and the check in and reception staff were really welcoming. The food options were some of the best we’ve had and we even enjoyed the evening entertainment, which we usually avoid. Literally the only downside was the location being a little way from the beach and main shops but this really didn’t bother us. I would go back here in a heartbeat and cannot recommend it enough.

Wonderful holiday-i would draw especial attention to the following All suites r single storey- no long corridors or lifts to negotiate Immediate vicinity to the facilitates to include heated pool,large spa,gym,zen wellbeing center,bar and restaurant The ground staff keep all the planted areas immaculate The high ratio of attentive staff to guests The quality of food to include Aberdeen Angus steaks,fillet steaks,fresh salmon,lamb and wonderful salads, fruits, and sweets etc cooked by polite, solicitous and cheerful chefs A special appreciation goes out to Luis ( guest services) who displayed endless empathy, information and humour- make a point of speaking to him and add fun and good cheer to your vacation! Well done to the owner,manager and all staff- I do hope u can maintain this level of service which others only aspire to🤩🤩🤩

During my recent stay at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa, I was extremely impressed with the level of service and attention from all staff. The room was very clean and the WiFi was good. The buffet for breakfast was of excellent quality and variety. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
