And the Seychelles are the perfect location for such a wonderful hotel. The team, from the director to every employee, is super friendly, helpful, always smiling and happy. Outstanding Service – A Memorable Highlight of Our Vacation During our recent stay, Marc from the In Room Dining team truly exceeded all expectations. His flawless execution of the Sundowner event was an experience we will never forget. From start to finish, every detail was carefully thought out, creating a seamless and relaxing atmosphere. Marc’s friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience feel even more special. His organizational skills and attention to detail were unmatched, leaving nothing to chance. Thanks to him, this moment became the absolute highlight of our vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for more. If we could rate Marc’s service higher than 10 stars, we absolutely would. His dedication to excellence is a rare find, and we feel incredibly lucky to have experienced it. Highly recommend – Marc made our stay unforgettable! The hotel itself is breathtaking, arguably one of the best on the island in terms of environment/ location. However, during our honeymoon, we visited for a day trip, booking both spa treatments and lunch. The staff at the spa and restaurant were fantastic. After lunch, my pregnant wife, feeling unwell, needed to sit down. We decided to rest briefly on the beach, but a staff member approached us, asking for our room number. When we explained we were day guests and would like to spend the day at the beach, my wife was rudely told to leave the beach before we could finish our explanation. Despite explaining our situation—that we had spent the day at the hotel and my wife needed to rest—we were met with a complete lack of empathy. The beach staff only repeated the policy and made no effort to accommodate us and were dam right rude. I asked to speak to a manager, and after much resistance, the duty manager, Mr. Jaradue, finally arrived. Unfortunately, he was dismissive, cutting me off repeatedly and reiterating procedures rather than listening to me or addressing our concerns. When I offered to explain the situation to his manager, who I met early that morning, he became very defensive and egoistical. Overall really unfortunate and short sighted especially in the off season, if it’s the busy season and the hotel is fully booked. I understand, but to treat paying day guests who are visiting, unwell and pregnant - is unacceptable! This treatment was unacceptable, especially given the amount we had already spent at the hotel. While I understand policies exist, what was truly missing was basic empathy and a willingness to help or anyone smart enough to see the bigger picture. One of the best hotels in the Constance chain I have stayed at - from service to room to food, all were top notch! Especially love Hole 15 at the championship golf course and will be back to play again as it’s complimentary for guests. Hiked up Mont Plasir to Anse Lazio and back and it was spectacular I highly recommend it - Kudos Constance Lemuria!
