I’m so happy my husband and I ended up choosing this Four Seasons for our honeymoon. It was beyond what we dreamed of. Service is impeccable, everyone is so attentive and kind. The resort itself has the best beach I’ve ever been. The rooms are stunning and super clean. The restaurants are the best in the island. I can’t wait to go back.

**Disappointing Experience at the Four Seasons Seychelles** I recently visited the beach at the Four Seasons Seychelles and, although I was considering staying here in the future, my experience left me deeply disappointed. On our visit, we decided to stop by the bar to buy fresh coconuts, as we had done the day before. However, this time, we were told they don’t sell to non-residents. The inconsistency was frustrating, especially since the waitress who informed us was rude about it. It’s worth mentioning that both the bartender and the gentleman who cut the coconuts were kind, which made the experience even more baffling. Next, we attempted to book a table for lunch, only to be told reservations needed to be made 24 hours in advance. When we tried to book for the following day, we were suddenly informed the restaurant was fully booked. Strangely enough, the space was completely empty. It felt like there was either a policy problem or, worse, discrimination at play. It's a shame, as I genuinely liked the beach and was planning to return as a resident on a future trip. However, this experience left a sour taste and raised serious concerns about how guests are treated here. Four Seasons should look into their customer service and policies to ensure consistency and fairness. ---

My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon and we can honestly say it exceeded all of our expectations. The Four Seasons Seychelles has truly secured the best beach on Mahé Island, making it a true paradise. The breathtaking views and pristine sands are even more incredible in person; the pictures simply do not do justice to the beauty of this place. Without a doubt, this is a five-star resort. Whether you're considering this resort for a romantic honeymoon or a dream wedding, it's the perfect spot to create unforgettable memories. Now we did hear great things about the Four Seasons at Desroches Island, but I would highly recommend this resort on the main island for those looking to stay longer and enjoy a wider range of activities. The convenience and access to adventures around Mahé make it the preferable choice for an extended getaway. That said, the staff at Four Seasons is what truly set this resort apart from our other options. Special shoutouts to resort managers Mary and Omar, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Their leadership is evident in the fantastic service provided by their team. Our resort driver, Mario, was always punctual and shared fascinating insights about the island and its history. Chef Trevor crafted the most exquisite private dinners, creating culinary experiences that we will never forget. And let’s not forget Samia, the ambience expert, who ensured that every detail was perfect, making our evenings even more magical. Pay no mind to the recent 1 star reviews, as they are clearly from guests that did not bother to familiarize themselves with how to make reservations (Victoria), were impatient with the checkout process (Abdullah), and or simply couldn't plan their dream vacation in advance. If you don’t book your experiences in advance you will run the risk of not being able to make certain reservations when you arrive. This is a five star resort and everything is in high demand. The level of personalized service was phenomenal. From the intake to the requested bath in room, to the chef creating a personalized dish at my request. I loved the chat features through WhatsApp, it really helped me stay in great communication with concierge. The perfect holiday experience. Breathtaking views and wonderful attention to detail by all resort staff. Perfect location with a lovely beach.
