Our stay at this hotel was incredible! The staff were all so kind, professional, and always seemed happy, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. The food was amazing—everything I tried was delicious, and the variety was great. The villas were unbelievable, like something out of a dream. They were up in the hills with stunning views, plus we had our own private pool, which was such a cool feature. Everything was super clean and felt so luxurious. I also want to give a special thanks to Sandy, one of the buggy drivers. He was so friendly and made us feel really welcome the entire time we were there. This hotel is definitely one of the best Four Seasons property I have ever stayed at, and I would 100% love to come back. If you’re looking for a place that’s beautiful, relaxing, and has amazing service, this is it!

The beach at this property is undeniably beautiful, with the promise of great snorkeling and refreshing water. However, my experience with the hotel left much to be desired, as it highlighted a sense of exclusivity that detracts from the welcoming spirit one might expect. On my birthday, I drove an hour to watch the sunset at the beach, only to be turned away at the gate. While Seychelles law designates all beaches as public access, I was denied entry, forcing me to drive an hour back to my hotel. I returned two days later and finally enjoyed the beach, but accessing it proved unnecessarily difficult. The hotel does not allow staff to offer rides to or from the public beach, even when empty golf carts are headed in that direction. Thankfully, some kind-hearted staff members made exceptions, but the policy feels unnecessarily restrictive. As someone with a severe injury, the steep hike down to the beach and back up was challenging and would not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility. This lack of accommodation for guests with physical difficulties was disappointing, especially given the property’s reputation. Additionally, despite attempting to book spa and dining reservations four months in advance, I was told these amenities were fully reserved for hotel guests. While I understand prioritizing guests staying on-site, the exclusivity creates a sense of inaccessibility that may not align with the inclusive hospitality many travelers seek. While the Four Seasons is known for luxury, the policies and atmosphere at this property come across as elitist rather than accommodating. If you’re a guest aligned with this ethos, you may enjoy the experience, but for others, it may fall short of the warmth and accessibility expected from such a prestigious brand.

I called yesterday to make a reservation, and they told me to come in the morning without asking for any further details or providing information. When I arrived at Petite Anse beach in front of the Four Seasons, I was not allowed into the restaurant and was told to go directly to the beach. I was surprised to find that there was no beach bar and that visitors were not allowed to order food or drinks. It felt like the area was completely monopolized. Even after submitting requests through the website and speaking with staff, I still wasn’t allowed to order anything not even after having lunch at the restaurant and returning hours later. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Some of the staff were quite unwelcoming and had a rude attitude toward visitors. I truly hope the government of Seychelles allows another beach club to open in this area, because I won’t be coming back to the Four Seasons not even to stay there!

Extremely disappointing service. The first time I called to book a table at the restaurant, I was rudely told that everything was fully booked — followed by a sharp “Goodbye, madam,” right after they found out I was staying at a nearby hotel and not theirs. The next day, our hotel concierge managed to make a reservation for us in advance. However, just 20 minutes before the scheduled time, the restaurant called the reception and cancelled our reservation — without offering any alternatives or explanations. What kind of service is this? Absolutely unacceptable.

His dedication, professionalism, and warm personality truly stood out, making our time at the beach unforgettable. Edwin went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. His attentiveness and willingness to help with even the smallest details made a huge difference. Whether it was setting up the perfect spot, offering refreshing drinks, or sharing his local knowledge, he always did so with a genuine smile and kindness. The Four Seasons is known for its world-class service, but it’s people like Edwin who make it truly exceptional. His hard work and commitment to excellence deserve the highest praise.
