Kempinski Seychelles is a well run resort and complete with amenities. Basically a resort that you stay in and spend time enjoying the facilities.
The beach is long and the sand is fine, with some corals where you can spend time swimming about in the reef. It helps that there is a dive centre located at the resort and you can go diving nearby, such as at Elephant Rock and Pirates Cove. There are some better beaches elsewhere but this beach is still very good, and I found that to be generally the case for Seychelles. The beaches are better than Mauritius and Reunion in my personal view.
The rooms are very large and well stocked with drinks, coffee and teas. Bathrooms are big and have several types of shower heads. I stayed in a room that was walkable to the beach just nearby, which cost more.
Service is very good, and staff try hard. Naturally, this is important as you will be paying top dollar for rooms. The Ladies in Red help arrange day to day activities.
The only disappointment I had was that the New Year Gala was sold at much cheaper prices to local residents than hotel guest. I felt that after paying huge sums for a week’s hotel, which had the mandatory dinner, the hotel selling the tickets much cheaper to locals sent a discriminatory signal. I did communicate with the hotel but I doubt they will reconsider this approach, so I would like to inform you readers as a point to be aware of, when booking during peak season.

Good afternoon,
It is several times that I go to the Kempinski Seychelles Resort hotel and I will go back for sure, always a good experience. I am staying 9 days here.
Rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good. But my favourite place for lunch and dinner is at the Windsong Beach restaurant. Food is very good, I am vegetarian and I have options there, try the vegetables curry or the lentils ragout you will not be upset so delicious they are. Bravo chefs! The manager is very nice, Marya Anna is very friendly and professional. But my special thanks goes to Barbara, such a positive woman, always smiling! She is going to the extra miles to make the guest happy. It is always a pleasure to go and have such a good moment with her, she makes my day every day. Barbara you are number 1, thank you very much to be the woman that you are.

The property is good and beautiful. We stayed for 3 days and it was great.Rooms are spacious and offer a good garden view.Just few things were bit disappointing.Breakfast was really okay.Specially for vegetarians they don’t have enough options also it’s difficult to explain the chef. Also ordered room service twice the delivery took so long.We had to call them twice for the same.
Also the property is 1 hour far from the main city but there are good beaches nearby to go around.Decoration for Christmas was quite charming n beautiful
Overall Good experience

Very nice hotel, beautiful location, the beach is very nice and private.
People are very friendly. Christopher took a good care for us at the beach, we were never forgotten!
Food is nice, buffet is constantly changing their assortment, so you always get something different to try.

Terrible service, unfriendly staff at the beach, poor room cleaning, bed linens are not changed, and there is a musty smell in the rooms. The food is mediocre. The nature is beautiful, but there were constant low tides and a lot of seaweed, making it impossible to swim. The hotel claims to be 5 stars, but I would rate it 3+. I can confidently say that I will not return.
