Kempinski Seychelles Resort – A Perfect 5-Star Paradise
Our stay at Kempinski Seychelles Resort was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff at this resort are truly outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience. Their dedication and hard work are evident in every detail, making the stay feel effortless and luxurious.
The location is simply breathtaking. Nestled in Baie Lazare, the resort boasts stunning white sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, and a backdrop of lush tropical greenery. Whether you’re lounging by the beach, taking a dip in the beautiful infinity pool, or exploring the surrounding nature, every moment feels like paradise.
The facilities and amenities are world-class. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed, and provide a perfect blend of comfort and island charm. The dining experience is exceptional, with fresh seafood, delicious Creole cuisine, and a variety of international dishes to satisfy every palate. The spa and wellness center offers the ultimate relaxation, while activities like snorkeling, kayaking, and yoga keep things exciting.
Regarding some of the negative reviews—honestly, they seem to come from people who either don’t appreciate the hard work of the staff or simply enjoy finding faults. The reality is, this resort is an incredible destination that offers outstanding service and a truly magical experience. Anyone with a positive mindset and a love for luxury travel will recognize the effort and passion behind everything here.
We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway, and we will absolutely be returning. If you're looking for a dream vacation in Seychelles, Kempinski is the place to be!

Wonderful hotel/resort. All amenities expected from a 5 star property. Crisp and contemporary decor, elegant rooms. Fabulous service. Many local employees who are kind, engaged, and generous in making visitors feel welcome. Nice beach, beautiful grounds are like visiting a botanical garden. Interesting nature trail to mountains, walks along river lagoon and the sea.

Kempinski Seychelles is a well run resort and complete with amenities. Basically a resort that you stay in and spend time enjoying the facilities.
The beach is long and the sand is fine, with some corals where you can spend time swimming about in the reef. It helps that there is a dive centre located at the resort and you can go diving nearby, such as at Elephant Rock and Pirates Cove. There are some better beaches elsewhere but this beach is still very good, and I found that to be generally the case for Seychelles. The beaches are better than Mauritius and Reunion in my personal view.
The rooms are very large and well stocked with drinks, coffee and teas. Bathrooms are big and have several types of shower heads. I stayed in a room that was walkable to the beach just nearby, which cost more.
Service is very good, and staff try hard. Naturally, this is important as you will be paying top dollar for rooms. The Ladies in Red help arrange day to day activities.
The only disappointment I had was that the New Year Gala was sold at much cheaper prices to local residents than hotel guest. I felt that after paying huge sums for a week’s hotel, which had the mandatory dinner, the hotel selling the tickets much cheaper to locals sent a discriminatory signal. I did communicate with the hotel but I doubt they will reconsider this approach, so I would like to inform you readers as a point to be aware of, when booking during peak season.
