Truely a luxury hotel. We had a Mountain View room and the room was very clean and functional. I rarely have seen such well maintained bathrooms even in 5 stars. Luxurious and spotless. Every small detail mattered and they know it. Every item provided by the hotel from toiletries to towels oozes luxury and quality. The airlines lost our luggage and the staff helped us a lot to get it back. 5 stars for customer service too. The cocktails and the food were first class too. Sleep quality was fantastic. Swimming pools and beach service is excellent. The location is the best of both worlds - convenience and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Mahe island.

We had an incredible stay! The service was outstanding, and the staff were both helpful and welcoming. A special thanks goes to Armia, the night manage, his dedication and support truly made our experience unforgettable. He was always available and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Honestly, he deserves to work at morning! Thank you for making our time so memorable!

We loved our stay here. The rooms are spacious. The view is great. The pool is amazing. And it opens directly towards the beau Vallon beach. Plenty of parking available. The room has a big bath tub available. The staff if very helpful and polite. And the service & housekeeping is almost immediate. It has a lot of bars and restaurants within 50 meters. Special thanks to the General Manager, Mr Sujeet for acknowledging our honeymoon and providing us with upgrades, complimentary drinks and meals. We had a pleasant stay there.

We are regular travellers visiting world wide 5 star hotels, and by far, Savoy Seychelles is the worst. No customer service at all! From reception staff to waiters… general disregard to ensuring their customers are being looked after. Breakfast was so hectic, never any tables, no staff around to clean up and set up tables… we ended up picking up cutlery and setting up tables our selves. We stopped going to breakfast, as we could bear to deal with the above. Lunch as the Pescado, similar experience, not enough attentive waiters, we would have wait a very long time to be served, and quite often we would have our dirty dishes sitting in front of us for a long time , before anyone would taken them away. We had water dripping from AC in the room. My husband nearly slipped and fell. We called reception immediately to get this resolved. It took 2 calls to reception after 3 hours for someone to attend! We chose to stay at the Savoy, due to its brand name and reputation, but don’t be fooled! This hotel simply does NOT have the ability to put customers first… plenty of other 5 stars hotels in Seychelles.

Apart from the humidity level in the room, we had a great experience at Savoy. All staff were friendly and quickly answered our requests. The food is tasty but a bit expensive. We loved the buffet breakfast and very nice swimming pool; the overall stay was excellent.
