We have just returned from an amazing family holiday with our 2.5 year old. This hotel has absolutely everything you need. We stayed for 1 week, only a short drive from the airport which is perfect with a little one. The hotel is beautiful, with such a Greek feel around the place, beautiful plants everywhere. The pools are so clean & the water park is amazing for all ages. Me and my husband love the slides. The food was one of the best we have had at an all inclusive resort. Such amazing choices and love they you can visit all of the restaurants too! The staff are so friendly, a special mention to Stella how is a waitress in the main restaurant for lunch and dinner, her service was amazing & she went above and beyond for us - excellent with the little touches and wine suggestions. The drinks were also amazing, so much choice everywhere and loved how many bars there were around to visit. The entertainment in the evening was perfect for our toddler, lots of fun and dancing. Thank you for the great memories.

Stayed 10 days at the resort. I have to say hands down amazing place to stay in Crete. Nowhere is 100%, but this resort has it all. Will definitely return. Even if you have a problem, which we didn't, talk to the staff, they will always try to help. I've noticed people's reviews marking them down, but if they asked, they will help. We travelled as a couple with 2 adult sons, one who is disabled and my elderly parents. Absolutely fantastic for anyone with mobility issues. The only issue we had was the adapted room my son had, the bathroom floor was slippery when wet, but in all fairness I didn't report this, so I don't know if they had something better. We just used extra towels to dry the floor and all was OK. Honestly in terms of meeting needs for disabled people this resort gets top marks. Would return.

I'll start by saying the food is great. A lot of options for every taste.
The resort is very large and offers a lot of options to spend the holidays.
The most annoying thing during our holidays was the silent fight for sunbeds. The hotel has a no-reservation policy, a lot of signs everywhere, but the policy is not enforced. Never. So when you have a 600+ rooms resort and a limited number of sunbeds, you must enforce the no reservation policy.
The beach is fine, but there are huge underwater rocks near the shore when you get into the sea. You have to choose your path carefully in order to avoid them.
Regarding the available drinks, they didn't even refresh the sparkling water in the room minibar. So, after paying hundreds of euros per room per night for all inclusive you have to go to the supermarket and buy sparkling water. What a disgrace!
Also, the quality of the wines included in the all inclusive program was less than average.

We spent our summer vacation in 2024 here and loved it. Close to the airport. Top notch service. Clean resort and so much to offer. Great all inclusive buffet food and also drinks and the other restaurants offer great food. We where really hyped about coming back in 2025 but now that we found out that they are turning all the heated pools into adults only pools now and also block off part of the restaurant and the beach for adults we are not so sure anymore. It is so hard already to find a family friendly resort thats been renovated, so we were happy to find the Creta Maris and now they’re slowly making arrangements towards all the other fancy hotels as well.
