Overall it is a really good hotel with most things you would expect in a all inclusive. It’s very beautiful and has many food and drinks options for all tastes, all staff speak very good English and it was really easy to communicate. There are really good and polite staff however you will encounter some lazy staff which put my overall score for the hotel down. The cats do really good make a difference to the experience 🥰

We have had a wonderful family holiday. The staff at the hotel are a great asset. They are so friendly and will do everything to make your stay memorable. The food is fantastic in all the restaurants including the buffet. Our favourites included the Asian and Brunch. Our room was cleaned daily, mini bar topped up daily, could always get sunbeds. The only slight negative but this is not the hotels fault - it was quite windy and the beach was very choppy! Our first visit to a Mitsis hotel and we will definitely looks at the other hotels for a future holiday.

Firstly, the staff are so accommodating and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The food in the main restaurant is of a high standard, with constant variation. The salad items are always fresh and crisp. The included wines and beers are palatable and always cold. There are several themed restaurants which are amazing. The bars have some great cocktails and the measures are just right. Obviously, you can ask for stronger drinks if required, but the standard measures are good. The hotel complex is on an incline, but the reception staff are quite keen to send a driver and electric buggy for guests with mobility issues. Overall, a good relaxing holiday. There are obviously things that could be improved upon, but you have to look hard for them. We plan on returning sometime in the future.

Had a wonderful stay! We came looking for a place to relax and escape from our busy lives, and it was a total success, we didn’t even feel the need to leave the resort. The service at the Delphinia Pool Bar and Minos Bar was excellent, really nice people and great service. Special thanks to Maria and the team for making our experience even better!

We had such a wonderful stay at Mitsis Royal Mare! The resort is stunning, the food was always tasty, and the whole team couldn’t have been friendlier. Our absolute favorite spot was the Delfina pool bar – we spent time there every single day. Special thanks to Maria, who made our holiday even more perfect with her warmth, positive energy, and amazing cocktails. This is what true vacation vibes are all about.
