If you choose the Royal Mare Thalasso & Spa Resort Ultra All-Inclusive package, the programme consists of 24-hour service, with all meals served in a range of restaurants. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

The hotel has an amazing ‘feel good’ factor and excellent customer service. The weather wasn’t perfect on some days during our visit but it didn’t really matter because we had a great time inside the hotel anyway! They have a few restaurants beyond its main restaurant, which offer quite special dining experiences. The location is on a quieter side but not too far from airport and other popular areas.

We spent five unforgettable days at Mitsis Royal Mare, and it truly felt like a relaxing escape to paradise. These were some of the most beautiful and memorable days we've ever had on holiday. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Every detail – from check-in to check-out – was thoughtfully and seamlessly handled. Our room was spotless, bright, and cozy, with tasteful touches that made us feel right at home. The food was outstanding – fresh, varied, and always beautifully presented. Each day brought new culinary delights that we thoroughly enjoyed. The surroundings were simply stunning – peaceful gardens, a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and the sea just a few steps away. What truly made our stay special, however, were the people. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A heartfelt thank you to Mo, Emanuel, Ouglen and Maria from KALYPSO – your warmth, friendliness, and dedication made our vacation truly unforgettable. You are a credit to this hotel. We also want to give our sincere thanks to Daniela, the front desk manager, whose support and assistance meant so much to us. Your kindness and professionalism made a big difference, and we are truly grateful. Though we stayed only five days, the memories will stay with us for a long time. The hotel is fantastic, all the staff are very friendly. The gym is a decent standard. The tennis courts look very good. The food generally is good. The sunset from the beach is incredible. It’s unfortunate the beach bar isn’t open later. The rooms are good and beds are. You get delivered to your room on a golf cart with your luggage. If you want premium spirits they are included you just have to ask. It’s about half an hour walk to the nearest town, which is a wash with bars along the shore with good places to eat and drink and everything you could need.

I am very well enjoying my time here the rooms are lovely, The service at the main restaurant is lovely and the pool bar calypso the service it is wonderful Maria and mark are wonders to talk to and have made our stay even better and the location is beautiful you are right near the sea and the sun rises and sun sets are mind blowing

If we could we would give even more stars! :D We spent a week as a family of 3 in this hotel and we loved it. The rooms were cleaned every day, the food was adapted to any taste, staff was always smiling and incredibly kind. We loved the evenings at the main pool bar: very good musicians and dancers, superb shows! And the beach is also stunning - a bit stony but you can walk kilometers to one or another side and enjoy beautiful sunsets or just sit on the beach and eat ice-cream provided by the hotel. Our child loved the place so much that he told he is not going back home:)) Well, we felt the same... We would definitely recommend it to anyone and come back any time we have a chance to do so. A big big THANK YOU!
