If you choose the Royal Mare Thalasso & Spa Resort Ultra All-Inclusive package, the programme consists of 24-hour service, with all meals served in a range of restaurants. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

From the moment you arrive it feels like a special place. The approach to the reception is tree lined giving the resort a grander feel. While you check in you are given a refreshing drink. You and your luggage are taken to your room by golf cart. We were upgraded from a garden room to a room with a shared pool, which was appreciated more and more over the holiday. The staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. One evening at the bar we mentioned that we would like to go to the local town for dinner and asked our waitress if she could recommended anywhere. We were told that she only really went to the bars and clubs. About 10 minutes later she returned with a few places that she found out about. Now that is service above and beyond. We paid for a spa treatment and were not disappointed. Overall, it was one of the most enjoyable holidays I have had. A fantastic resort made better by the people who run it and look after the guests.

in general, the hotel is good. and it can be recommended. I will write some points that will be interesting to other guests:
the room is clean and ordinary. cleaned every day. drinks and bar are free. refill every 2 days. it's cool that they care about the guests so much.
the furniture, the bathroom are a little "damaged ", but I assume that this is from the huge number of guests.
it will take some time to go to the sea, be prepared for that. in the morning people go and reserve their place with a towel. those who like to sleep will never find a sunbed and a beach umbrella. the sea is almost never calm. pebbles and stones. wear special shoes.
a la carte restaurant menu. everything is reserved. you just won't find a free option. we stood in line waiting, but never found out which restaurants were in this hotel.
the main dining room. everything is delicious, diverse, the staff is wonderful.
every evening there are some parties and entertainment near the main pool. everything was great.
Also there are different shops in the territory of the hotel.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mitsis Royal Mare! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure guests had a wonderful experience. The facilities were top-notch, from the luxurious pool area to the beautiful beach access. The food options were diverse and delicious, catering to every taste. I particularly enjoyed the spa services and fitness center, which added a touch of relaxation and wellness to my stay. Overall, Mitsis Royal Mare exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable vacation experience.

Very nice hotel and very value for money. Food was fabulous, especially in the Mediterranean Restaurant. We booked a suite and when we saw the room, we were speechless. Last but not least, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The resort is well maintained, beautiful area, room was very comfortable with Aircon, fridge etc. The main restaurant is quite large with a wide selection of foods available. I must say the best part of the holiday was our server Maria at the restaurant. She was absolutely amazing greeting us for every meal, rapidly getting anything we needed and nothing was a problem to her. If only all employees round the world were like Maria. Please not there is a tip jar at the restaurant but this goes to the owner so please if you want to tip make sure you slip it in the staffs pocket. There were other restaurants available but unfortunately booked up, plenty of pools and right by the sea.
