Very pretentious place for nothing. The rooms are very old and don’t match the pictures at all. The food quality is nowhere near 5-star standards and most products are frozen food. You can’t get a seat on the pool or the beach unless you fight with towels at 7am, like in a 3-star hotel. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your vacations.

The view from our room overlooking the sea was simply breathtaking, especially at sunset — a true paradise for the soul. The cuisine is outstanding: diverse, fresh, and incredibly delicious. Every day brought us new culinary delights. A special thanks to the staff — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. This hotel truly deserves its 5 stars and even more ✨. We will definitely come back!

Absolutely amazing! A dream! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, sparkling clean with constant attention from the staff. The staff is super polite and warm and ready to help with anything and the beach, beautiful! Great restaurants, too and excellent quality and spread at the buffet- especially breakfast! Would recommend 100%!

A fantastic resort! We thought we were in the White Lotus! They really went out of their way to make my wife and I special for our honeymoon. The golf carts are great. Everyone is in a good mood and greets you with a smile. This is a very family friendly resort, something that we didn’t know or realize the magnitude of. If you visit don’t be surprised by the children - you have been warned. That being said, the resort does offer adults only dining rooms and pool areas.

Excellent location and the overall hotel was beautiful. We were kindly upgraded (as we paid for residents club on the last day) to a premium suite, but even so the room didn’t live up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. The interior was quite dated, with several of the fixtures and fittings not working properly (including the heating). Only a small detail - but the TV was quite old, so you could only access terrestrial channels with no smart functions. The room was generally clean and tidy, but a large hair/dust ball did appear from under the bed when we were unpacking. Unfortunately the laundry service was also somewhat chaotic, with it taking us well over 48 hours to get our clothes back- however after this mix up this was deducted from our final bill, which was appreciated. The staff were lovely and accommodating- particularly the restaurant staff! The spa was an incredible space- but for €200 for a 90 minute massage, we felt that this was a little overpriced (even for the premium service). Overall a good experience- but a few small things that could be addressed to make it truly a 5 star experience
