Pretty awesome all inclusive resort. Pool side bar. Awesome. Water slide for the kids. Awesome. Food and snacks available at all times. Awesome. Entertainment crew to keep things interesting and busy. Awesome. On-site massage services. Awesome. Air conditioned rooms. Awesome. Clean and modern rooms. Awesome. You can ignore the low reviews because they seem to be overreacting about some small issue and have completely lost sight of the value this place provides. Another nice aspect of this place is that it's a small all inclusive resort compared to other, major properties. This means it's not as crowded and there aren't lines for stuff. Highly recommend this place. There is one annoyance though. There aren't enough chairs by the pool for every guest, creating a collective action problem of everyone laying their towels out all day to keep the chairs reserved, even if they walk away from the pool for hours. Not sure what management can do about that, but it's the only negative I can think of.

Perfect all-inclusive hotel for a family stay! Hotel is not super large, more like a family resort, suitable mostly for families with kids. Pros: ■Our room was big enough for 4 of us, furnished ok. ■Hotel facilities were modern and clean. ■Staff was very helpful and very kind. ■Evening program was also very entertaining. (live performances, quiz, bingo, karaoke). ■Dining (meals) were very tasteful, plenty of options to choose from. Always plenty of supplies. ■Great quiet location (no bars around), far from the main street of Ialysos village. ■The entertainment team was great, keeping all entertained with sport activities, aqua gym, small talks with guests. ■Pool bar- plenty of drinks to choose from, endless supplies. Cons: ■This hotel is located close to the airport, so planes roar from early morning till late night. So you have Paris Air Show for free. You get used to this noise. ■Cleanliness around the pool and on the beach was horrible. It was being cleaned every morning, however during the day no one took care of it and cups were piling up around the pool and sunbeds. ■Capacity of the dining room was insufficient, however depending on the peak times. I really loved this stay at this hotel, and I would definitely return back. Next time I would just lower my expectations to be even happier.

Just back from a 7 night stay - location isn’t great regarding things to do however hotel is right beside the beach and activities are on throughout the day, and there is also a shuttle service to Rhodes and not too far from the town Ialysos. Staff were very nice and welcoming. The food was the main 5 star rating as for a buffet, the food was of very high quality and different themes for each night such as Asian and Greek and food and drink is available pretty much all day. There are a lot of sunbeds both by the pool and by the beach and although the sunbeds by the pool were usually taken quickly there was always ones available later in the day so was no issue. We stayed in the double room with sea view and was very nice room with a great view. Hotel is a bit loud with crickets and birds however wasn’t really an issue and with the hotel being on a flight path there was planes flying over regularly however wasn’t a problem for us as we enjoyed watching the planes 😊 overall it is a very nice hotel with good food and good entertainment, would recommend 😀

1- If the sea is important in your holiday, this hotel is not suitable.The sea is really wavy and current. Also, the entrance is very rocky stones and there is no pier. 2. Except for the sunbeds by the pool, the other sunbeds are not sturdy. They are either broken, or torn. There is no comfort.3- Even these sunbeds that I mentioned are full early in the morning. There are not enough of them and people reserve them early with towels. There should be a rule for this and it should be implemented.Or the number of sun loungers should be provided as much as the number of visitors 4- The sunbeds that you can find after the adventures are on the grass and suddenly the fountains come out here and spray water. Your phone and belongings get wet. In addition, everywhere becomes mud.5- There is only one slide in the aqua park for children and it is very short and small. There is almost no aqua park in this hotel. 6- There is no hygiene in the pools. They are not cleaned enough. It smells urine.7- There is a high probability of slipping by the pool. No precautions have been taken. 8- The depth difference between the pools is very unbalanced and swimming in the deep one is quite difficult. No matter how good you swim, it cannot hold water. The shallow parts are between 90-100 cm and it is not possible to swim there. You can only walk around in it. 9- The animation team consists of 5 people, although they try their best, every day is the same as the previous day. There is no change, the program is weak. There is no activity other than the mini disco in the evening. 10- Although the view and comfort of the rooms are good, it is impossible to rest due to the loud music, both during the day and in the evening. 11- The variety of food is very small. There is also very little salad variety. It does not appeal to everyone. There is no taste. There was really nothing you could eat at some meals. There are strange smells coming from the kitchen, you need to be careful if you have allergies 12- The employees generally try to help, but some are not polite and can be angry with the customers. 13- It is a small hotel in general. More than 3 days gets boring. There are no different activities to do. 14- Drinks are only available from the poolside bar. You can't get any drinks from the lobby. The quality of the drinks is average and they serve ouzo and whiskey in plastic cups. 15- If you are planning to come, you should definitely get an internet package. Although the WiFi works well in the rooms, there are disconnections, and it is really weak in other areas. There is no signal on the beach, on the grassy area and in the gym. 16- The gym is sparsely equipped. There is only one treadmill and only one weight machine, which is broken. 17- When we left the hotel, although there was a bellboy, he didn't help with the luggage. 18-It is a small hotel in general. More than 3 days gets boring. There are no different activities to do.

Yes, it is a beautiful location, but the sea is not fantastic, also the pools should be maintained better. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the service is a bit worse than at a fast food. It is not something I would visit again, and therefore I cannot recommend it.
