I am currently staying here. Checked in last night and asked for room change in higher floor which is possible given my status but was told no rooms are available. However, the app was showing me several rooms available in higher floors. I showed the receptions, which magically told me rooms are available but at an extra charge! I paid for the upgrade and asked for digital key which she said was on the way, which was not the case. The receptionist gave me only one physical key which I had to use to turn the light on in the room and didn’t take with me thinking my digital key would work but alas - not the case. I had to go back down at 11pm and had to wait for 30 minutes to get another key….
This morning I asked for a late checkout but was refused flat out. I asked for the manager and was told she/he will call me. No one called of course. Never had this experience at a Hilton.
I would advise to find another hotel nearby to get better treatment. Marriott properties give its gold / platinum member checkout as late as 6pm!
I was actually just checking this place for one night to bring my family for a 10 day vacation next week. Good that I found out early and will not be coming back here.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with all necessary amenities for comfort. Certain dishes could’ve been improved in terms of quality and taste, but the rest were great. The ambience is elegant and inviting, and the staff provided top-notch service, always attentive and courteous.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, the food was excellent, and the views were breathtaking. A special highlight of our experience was the animation team, especially Shara. She is truly the best! Her energy, activities, and games made our time unforgettable. Thanks to her, we had so much fun and created wonderful memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation!

The all inclusive package was great. Specifically the breakfast had a lot of variety and catered to all types of guests. The food was fresh, well cooked and seasoned. The staff were incredibly attentive and very welcoming, Iroshi served us multiple times during our stay and always made us comfortable. Loved the crockery which gave the dining experience a more homely vibe too. The separate adults only section was appreciated especially as the last couple of days of our holiday overlapped with half term.

Great location. Terrible check-in and check-out system. They seem understaffed… once checked in though, very relaxing and enjoyable. Rooms are okay, but tiny. I would go back to the island but not this hotel purely because check-in took us 3+ hours, and check-out 1hour+. An easy fix, have two receptions to cope with the volume of people, or higher more staff during peak periods. Beach bar had great service though and the young lads were very good waiters. All inclusive package is good and worth it.
